背景技术
鱼饵,即鱼吃的食物。是垂钓时引诱鱼类上钩的食物,进一步的讲,是在垂钓中能够起到聚鱼作用或能够诱鱼上钩的一切可以使用的物质。也是必不可少的一样东西。 按诱鱼原理分,鱼饵可分为真饵和假饵。
现有的鱼饵多采用纯植物原料进行制备,鱼饵不含有高动物蛋白,鱼饵使用时对鱼吸引性一般,且现有的鱼饵制备工艺的混料机结构单一,混合效果差,因此提供一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺。

本发明一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备:按照质量份数取水10-20份、鱼骨粉30-50份、谷元粉30-50份和面粉20-30份;
S2:原料筛选:将鱼骨粉、谷元粉和面粉进行逐一检查,确保原料是否合格,合格即为原料;
S3:原料混合:
第一次混合:首先将相应份数的鱼骨粉和谷元粉加入到混料机内,并倒入相应份数的水,然后启动混料机进行搅拌混合,搅拌10-15min,从而得到预混料;
第二次混合:取相应份数的面粉加入到第一次混合的混料机内,然后加入剩余的水,并启动混料机进行搅拌混合,搅拌10-15min,从而得到鱼饵团;
S4:加工成型:取出步骤S3加工得到的鱼饵团,然后将鱼饵团切成条状,并放在水中浸泡,浸泡10-20min;然后取出条状鱼饵料,并通过烘干设备进行烘干:在200-280度的高温下烘烤20-30min,最后将烘干后的条状鱼饵料倒入转速为1000-1500r/s的的打碎机内进行打碎,从而制得颗粒状鱼饵。

第二次混合具体步骤:首先通过一个进料口9将面粉加入到混料箱8内,通过混料箱8内部的筛网12筛选后通过导料板13和落料口14落入混料箱8下部,然后倒入剩下的水,并通过控制箱5启动转动电机4,转动电机4通过联轴器带动传动螺杆7转动,从而带动传动轮21转动,传动轮21转动带动传动轴22转动,从而带动转动轴15转动,从而带动搅拌架16、内侧搅拌杆17、外侧搅拌杆18和底部搅拌杆19转动,从而得到鱼饵团鱼饵团。

Claims (7)
1.一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备:按照质量份数取水10-20份、鱼骨粉30-50份、谷元粉30-50份和面粉20-30份;
S2:原料筛选:将鱼骨粉、谷元粉和面粉进行逐一检查,确保原料是否合格,合格即为原料;
S3:原料混合:
第一次混合:首先将相应份数的鱼骨粉和谷元粉加入到混料机内,并倒入相应份数的水,然后启动混料机进行搅拌混合,搅拌10-15min,从而得到预混料;
第二次混合:取相应份数的面粉加入到第一次混合的混料机内,然后加入剩余的水,并启动混料机进行搅拌混合,搅拌10-15min,从而得到鱼饵团;
S4:加工成型:取出步骤S3加工得到的鱼饵团,然后将鱼饵团切成条状,并放在水中浸泡,浸泡10-20min;然后取出条状鱼饵料,并通过烘干设备进行烘干:在200-280度的高温下烘烤20-30min,最后将烘干后的条状鱼饵料倒入转速为1000-1500r/s的的打碎机内进行打碎,从而制得颗粒状鱼饵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺的混料机,包括底架(1),其特征在于:所述底架(1)底端中部固定安装有立板(3),所述立板(3)一侧安装有转动电机(4),所述立板(3)另一侧安装有传动箱(6),所述传动箱(6)两侧内壁之间活动连接有传动螺杆(7),所述转动电机(4)的输出端通过联轴器与所述传动螺杆(7)一端连接,所述传动箱(6)顶端内壁通过传动轴(22)活动连接有传动轮(21),所述传动轮(21)与所述传动螺杆(7)啮合,所述传动箱(6)顶部安装有混料箱(8)。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺的混料机,其特征在于,所述混料箱(8)顶部设置有两个进料口(9),所述混料箱(8)两侧内壁中部固定安装有水平隔板(10),所述水平隔板(10)顶端中部固定安装有竖直隔板(11),所述水平隔板(10)位于表面两侧均开设有落料口(14),所述水平隔板(10)底端中部与所述混料箱(8)内部底端之间安装有转动轴(15),所述转动轴(15)底端与所述传动轴(22)连接,所述转动轴(15)上部安装有搅拌架(16),所述搅拌架(16)两侧外壁均安装有外侧搅拌杆(18),所述搅拌架(16)两侧底端均安装有底部搅拌架(19),所述转动轴(15)位于所述搅拌架(16)内侧部分上安装有内部搅拌架(17),所述混料箱(8)底部两侧均安装有出料口(20)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺的混料机,其特征在于,所述竖直隔板(11)两侧上部与所述混料箱(8)两侧内壁下部之间均固定安装有筛网(12)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺的混料机,其特征在于,所述竖直隔板(11)两侧下部与所述水平隔板(10)之间安装有导料板(13)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺的混料机,其特征在于,所述底架(1)两侧底部均安装有移动轮(2)。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种高动物蛋白型聚窝诱鱼饵颗粒制备工艺的混料机,其特征在于,所述立板(3)顶部安装有控制箱(5)。
