Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the uplink transmission of the NR-Rel15/16, the base station may indicate the time offset at which the terminal transmits the uplink signal (i.e., the second signal) through a higher layer signaling configuration or physical layer signaling (i.e., the first signal). Such as: and the time offset is L, if the terminal receives a trigger signaling which requires the A-SRS transmission by the base station in the nth time slot, the terminal transmits the A-SRS in the (n + L) th time slot. The time offset L may include the time for the terminal to demodulate the trigger signaling, and the group packet and modulation time for the a-SRS, which is reported to the base station as a capability of the terminal. However, the terminal capability reporting defined in Rel-15/16 does not guarantee efficient utilization of the terminal capabilities.
For a terminal with Panel, it takes a certain time to activate Panel. However, the reporting of the terminal capability defined in Rel-15/16 only includes the time when the terminal demodulates the first signal and the packet modulates the second signal, and does not consider the time when the terminal activates the panel. If the reporting continues to use the terminal capability defined in Rel-15/16, the terminal cannot transmit uplink signals according to the indication of the base station within the specified time.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for indicating a terminal capability, which takes into account activation time of a terminal for a panel in a terminal capability report, so as to ensure that the terminal capability is effectively utilized.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for indicating terminal capability according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be used for a terminal with a panel; as shown in fig. 1, the method for indicating the terminal capability may include the following steps:
step 110: a first time for activating a panel is determined.
Specifically, since a terminal with a Panel needs a certain time when the Panel is activated, when the terminal reports the capability of the terminal, the terminal may first determine a first time for activating the Panel and report the first time to the base station, so that the base station may take the first time for activating the Panel into account when configuring a time interval between a first signal and a second signal for the terminal, thereby enabling the time interval between the first signal and the second signal allocated by the base station to better ensure that the capability of the terminal is effectively utilized.
Step 120: reporting the first time to a base station so that the base station determines the terminal capability according to the first time and configures a time interval between a first signal and a second signal within the terminal capability range; the first signal is used for representing a signal which indicates the base station to instruct the terminal to send or receive the second signal; the second signal is used for representing the signal which needs to be sent to the base station or the signal which needs to be received from the base station according to the indication of the first signal.
In particular, the first signal may be physical layer signaling or higher layer signaling. Such as: the first signal is a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) for activating the a-SRS; alternatively, a MAC-CE (Medium Access Control-Control Element) of the SRS (Sounding Reference Signal) is activated/deactivated.
The second signal may be an A-SRS; or PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel)/PUCCH (Physical Uplink Control Channel).
Such as: the first time T is 3ms, and after receiving the first time T of 3ms, the base station considers that the time required for activating the terminal panel is 3 ms. The time for the base station to actually transmit the a-SRS is configured by RRC (Radio Resource Control) signaling, which is 5ms after receiving DCI (Downlink Control Information) triggering the a-SRS. If the base station transmits DCI triggering an a-SRS through a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) at time n, the terminal transmits a reference signal a-SRS at time n + 5.
For another example: the first time T is 3ms, and after receiving the first time T of 3ms, the base station considers that the time required for activating the terminal panel is 3 ms. The time when the base station configures the ACK (acknowledgement)/NACK (non-acknowledgement) to be really transmitted with RRC signaling is 5ms after receiving DCI triggering ACK/NACK. If the base station transmits DCI triggering ACK/NACK by using a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) at time n, the terminal transmits a reference signal ACK/NACK at time n + 5.
In addition, if the first time T is 0ms, the base station considers that the panel of the terminal is always in the active state.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, for a terminal with a panel, the first time for activating the panel may be reported to the base station, so that the base station may take the first time for activating the panel into account when configuring the time interval between the first signal and the second signal for the terminal, so that the time interval between the first signal and the second signal allocated by the base station can better ensure that the capability of the terminal is effectively utilized.
Further, based on the above method, the reporting of the first time to the base station in step 120 to enable the base station to determine the terminal capability according to the first time, and configure the time interval between the first signal and the second signal within the terminal capability range may adopt, but is not limited to, the following implementation manners:
(1-1-1) determining a minimum time interval between the first signal and the second signal according to the first time; wherein the first time is included in the minimum time interval.
In particular, the terminal itself determines the minimum time interval L between the first signal and the second signal. The minimum time interval L may refer to: if the terminal receives the first signal in the nth slot, the terminal cannot transmit the second signal before the (n + L) th slot.
Such as: the minimum time interval L is 3ms, and after receiving the minimum time interval L of 3ms, the base station considers that the minimum time for the terminal panel to be activated is 3 ms. The time when the base station actually transmits the a-SRS is configured with RRC signaling is 5ms after receiving the DCI triggering the a-SRS. If the base station transmits DCI triggering the A-SRS by using the PDCCH at the time n, the terminal transmits the reference signal A-SRS at the time n + 5.
For another example: the minimum time interval L is 3ms, and after the base station receives the minimum time interval L of 3ms, the shortest time for the terminal panel to be activated is considered to be 3 ms. The time when the base station configures the real transmission of ACK/NACK with RRC signaling is 5ms after receiving DCI triggering ACK/NACK. If the base station transmits DCI triggering ACK/NACK with PDCCH at time n, the terminal transmits reference signal ACK/NACK at time n + 5.
In addition, if the minimum time interval L is 0ms, the base station considers that the panel of the terminal is always in the active state.
(1-1-2) reporting the minimum time interval to a base station, so that the base station configures the time interval between the first signal and the second signal according to the minimum time interval, wherein the configured time interval is greater than or equal to the minimum time interval.
Specifically, terminal reporting may be based on each resource or resource set, resource grouping, or a certain terminal. In addition, the terminal reporting may be periodic or aperiodic in the time domain.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, for a terminal with a panel, after determining a first time for activating the panel, a minimum time interval between a first signal and a second signal may be determined according to the first time, and the minimum time interval is reported to a base station, so that when the base station configures a time interval between the first signal and the second signal for the terminal, the base station may configure the time interval between the first signal and the second signal according to the minimum time interval, thereby achieving that the base station configuration efficiency can be improved while ensuring that the terminal capability is effectively utilized.
Further, based on the above method, the minimum time interval in (1-1-1) may further include a second time and/or a third time; the second time is used for representing the demodulation time of the terminal for the first signal; the third time is used for representing a group package and a modulation time of the second signal by the terminal.
In particular, the terminal may consider the demodulation time of the first signal, and the group packets and modulation time of the second signal in addition to the first time for activating the panel when determining the minimum time interval.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the minimum time interval determined by the terminal may include, in addition to the first time for activating the panel, a demodulation time of the first signal, and a group packet and a modulation time of the second signal, which is convenient for the base station to configure the time interval between the first signal and the second signal according to the minimum time interval, and improves reliability of the time interval configured by the base station.
Further, based on the above method, the reporting of the first time to the base station in step 120 may adopt, but is not limited to, the following implementation manners:
(1-2-1) adding the first time to a specified position of terminal capability reporting information.
(1-2-2) reporting the terminal capability report information to a base station, so that the base station acquires the first time from the specified position of the terminal capability report information.
The embodiment shows that the first time can be added to the specified position of the terminal capability reporting information when the first time is reported, and the first time is reported to the base station through the terminal capability reporting information, so that the base station obtains the first time from the specified position of the terminal capability reporting information, and the reliability of reporting the first time is improved.
Further, based on the above method, the adding of the first time to the specified location of the terminal capability reporting information in (1-2-1) may be implemented by, but is not limited to, the following implementation manners:
(1-3-1) determining a quantized value implicitly indicating the first time based on a panel activation time threshold.
Specifically, the terminal may indicate the activation time of a panel based on a panel activation time threshold. Such as: the first time is greater than a panel activation time threshold, and the corresponding quantized value is 1; the first time is less than the panel activation time threshold, and the corresponding quantization value is 0.
(1-3-2) adding the quantized value to the specified location.
Specifically, the terminal may use 1 bit in the terminal report information to carry a quantization value for implicitly indicating the first time.
Such as: the panel activation time threshold is 2 ms. The terminal can report a bit 1 to the base station through the terminal capability report information, and indicates that the base station terminal panel activation time is greater than the panel activation time threshold. And after the base station receives the report of the terminal, the shortest time for activating the terminal panel is considered to be 2 ms. The time when the base station configures the real transmission of ACK/NACK with RRC signaling is 3ms after receiving the triggering ACK/NACK DCI. If the base station transmits a PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared Channel) at time n and simultaneously transmits DCI triggering ACK/NACK using a PDCCH, the terminal transmits ACK/NACK using a PUCCH at time n + 3.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, when reporting the first time, a quantization value for implicitly indicating the first time can be determined according to a panel activation time threshold, and then the quantization value is added to a specified position of the terminal reporting information, and the quantization value for implicitly indicating the first time is reported to the base station through the terminal capability reporting information, so that the base station obtains the quantization value for implicitly indicating the first time from the specified position of the terminal capability reporting information, and according to the quantization value or a value range where the first time is located, thereby enriching the first time reporting mode and improving the flexibility of the first time reporting.
Further, based on the above method, the designated location in (1-3-2) may be 1 designated bit in the information reported by the terminal; the panel activation time threshold is either predefined or indicated by the base station through specified signaling.
Further, based on the above method, the reporting in step 120 or (1-1-2) may include periodic reporting or non-periodic reporting; the non-periodic reporting comprises the reporting triggered by a base station and the reporting triggered by a terminal; the reporting triggered by the base station is triggered based on each channel Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) resource or each SRS resource set; the terminal-triggered reporting is based on reporting triggered when the terminal closes a specific panel.
Further, based on the above method, the first signal in step 120 or (1-1-2) may be a source signal, and the second signal may be a target signal; the source signal is a periodic or aperiodic signal; if the source signal is periodic, the terminal does not expect to receive the source signal which does not meet the timing relation; if the source signal is aperiodic, the terminal does not expect to receive or transmit the source signal satisfying the timing relationship.
Specifically, the source Signal may be a CSI-RS (Channel State Information-Reference Signal), an SSB (Single Side Band) Signal, an SRS (Sounding Reference Signal), or the like. The target signal may be PDCCH, PDSCH, PUCCH, PUSCH, or the like.
Such as: and the terminal reports the information indicating the minimum time interval L to the base station in 3ms through the terminal capability. After receiving the terminal capability report information indication, the base station considers that the minimum time interval between the source signal and the target signal is 3 ms. The base station configures PUCCH-spatial relationship information (spatialrelalationinfo) to the terminal using RRC signaling. The reference signal configured in the SpatialRelationInfo is an aperiodic CSI-RS. If the time for actually transmitting the PUCCH configured by the RRC signaling by the base station is 5ms after the CSI-RS is received, the terminal transmits the PUCCH at the time n +5 after receiving the CSI-RS at the time n.
Such as: and the terminal reports the information indicating the minimum time interval L to the base station in 3ms through the terminal capability. After receiving the terminal capability report information indication, the base station considers that the minimum time interval between the source signal and the target signal is 3 ms. The base station configures a TCI (Transmission Configuration Indicator) state by RRC signaling, indicates which TCI is specifically used by using a TCI field in the DCI, and a reference signal included in the TCI is a CSI-RS. And the base station simultaneously indicates the time of transmitting the CSI-RS by the terminal by using the DCI. The time for the base station to configure the UE to transmit PDSCH with RRC signaling is 5ms after receiving the reference signal. The terminal receives the CSI-RS at time n. The terminal receives the PDSCH with the beam for receiving CSI-RS at time n + 5.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the first signal may be a source signal, the second signal may be a target signal, and the terminal may send the minimum time interval between the source signal and the target signal to the base station, so that when the base station configures the time interval between the source signal and the target signal for the terminal, the base station may configure the time interval between the source signal and the target signal according to the minimum time interval, thereby improving flexible scheduling and control of the base station on the terminal, and further ensuring that the terminal capability is effectively utilized.
Further, based on the above method, after the step 120 is executed, the method may further include:
(1-4-1) receiving a time interval between the first signal and the second signal configured by the base station;
(1-4-2) transmitting the second signal after the configured time interval when the first signal is received.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, after receiving the time interval between the first signal and the second signal configured by the base station, the terminal may send the second signal after the configured time interval when receiving the first signal, and the time interval configured by the base station takes into account the time for activating the panel by the terminal, so that the terminal can send the uplink signal according to the instruction of the base station within the specified time, thereby ensuring that the capability of the terminal is effectively utilized.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for indicating terminal capability according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method can be applied to a base station, as shown in fig. 2, the method for indicating the terminal capability can include the following steps:
step 210: receiving a first time transmitted by a terminal with an antenna array panel, wherein the first time is used for representing the time determined by the terminal to activate the panel;
specifically, in a terminal with a Panel, a certain time is needed when the Panel is activated, so that when the terminal reports the terminal capability, the first time for activating the Panel may be determined first, and the first time is reported to the base station, so that when the base station configures a time interval between the first signal and the second signal for the terminal, the first time for activating the Panel may be taken into account, so that the time interval between the first signal and the second signal allocated by the base station can better ensure that the terminal capability is effectively utilized.
Step 220: determining the terminal capability according to the first time, and configuring a time interval between the first signal and the second signal within the terminal capability range; the first signal is used for representing a signal which indicates the base station to instruct the terminal to send or receive the second signal; the second signal is used for representing the signal which needs to be sent to the base station or the signal which needs to be received from the base station according to the indication of the first signal.
In particular, the first signal may be physical layer signaling or higher layer signaling. Such as: the first signal is a PDCCH activating an A-SRS; alternatively, MAC-CE of SRS is activated/deactivated.
The second signal may be an A-SRS; or PUSCH/PUCCH.
Such as: the first time T is 3ms, and after receiving the first time T of 3ms, the base station considers that the time required for activating the terminal panel is 3 ms.
For another example: the first time T is 3ms, and after receiving the first time T of 3ms, the base station considers that the time required for activating the terminal panel is 3 ms. The base station configures the ACK/NACK to be actually transmitted by RRC signaling (when the time of non-reception is 5 ms. after receiving the DCI triggering ACK/NACK, if the base station transmits the DCI triggering ACK/NACK by PDCCH at time n, the terminal transmits the reference signal ACK/NACK at time n + 5.
Further, based on the above method, the first time of receiving the terminal transmission with panel in step 210 may adopt, but is not limited to, the following implementation manners:
(2-1-1) receiving a minimum time interval between the first signal and the second signal transmitted by the terminal; wherein the minimum time interval comprises the first time.
Correspondingly, the determining the terminal capability according to the first time and configuring the time interval between the first signal and the second signal within the terminal capability range in step 220 may adopt, but is not limited to, the following implementation manners:
(2-1-2) configuring a time interval between the first signal and the second signal according to the minimum time interval, the configured time interval being greater than or equal to the minimum time interval.
