Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent panel control device for a vehicle, which is used for being connected with a vehicle equipment system through CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols and comprises an interface unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit. The interface unit supports CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols and is used for connecting the vehicle equipment system. The receiving unit is coupled to the interface unit and is used for receiving equipment information from the vehicle equipment system. The processing unit is coupled with the receiving unit and used for judging whether the equipment information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an intelligent panel device, and more particularly, to an intelligent panel control device and system for a vehicle.
Background
For operating equipment on a vehicle, intelligent central control setting can facilitate users and improve the safety of operating the equipment during driving. However, the central control system may have information format requirements for the operation of each device, i.e., it is required to conform to a specific transmission protocol, and thus there is a limitation to the vehicle device.
Therefore, in order to further achieve the purpose of facilitating the user to operate the vehicle equipment, it is necessary to provide a more sophisticated vehicle equipment control apparatus and method.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an intelligent panel control device for a vehicle, which is used for connecting with a vehicle equipment system through CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, and comprises:
the wireless communication device comprises a wireless communication unit, an interface unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit.
The wireless communication unit is connected with the user portable electronic device through a wireless communication protocol.
The interface unit supports CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols and is used for connecting the vehicle equipment system.
The receiving unit is coupled with the interface unit and the wireless communication unit and is used for receiving equipment information from the vehicle equipment system.
The processing unit is coupled with the receiving unit and used for judging whether the equipment information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols.
In one embodiment, if the device information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, the processing unit executes a main program to write the device information into a list of a header file; and if the equipment information does not conform to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, the processing unit adds a list of the header files to write the equipment information and adds a corresponding protocol to the main program.
In one embodiment, the smart panel control device further comprises a transmitter coupled to the interface unit.
The processing unit executes the main program to perform operation corresponding to the equipment information so as to generate a control message, the transmitter transmits the control message to the vehicle equipment system, and the wireless communication protocol comprises WIFI, Bluetooth, near field communication and Zigbee protocol.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an intelligent panel control system for a vehicle, the system including:
the system comprises a vehicle equipment system, a wireless communication unit, an interface unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit.
The wireless communication unit is connected with the user portable electronic device through a wireless communication protocol.
The interface unit supports CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols and is used for connecting the vehicle equipment system.
The receiving unit is coupled with the interface unit and the wireless communication unit and is used for receiving equipment information from the vehicle equipment system.
The processing unit is coupled with the receiving unit and used for judging whether the equipment information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols.

The interface unit supports CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols and is used for connecting the vehicle equipment system.
The receiving unit is coupled to the interface unit and is used for receiving equipment information from the vehicle equipment system.
The processing unit is coupled with the receiving unit and used for judging whether the equipment information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols.
A transmitter is coupled to the interface unit. The processing unit executes the main program to perform operation corresponding to the equipment information so as to generate a control message, the transmitter transmits the control message to the vehicle equipment system, and the wireless communication protocol comprises WIFI, Bluetooth, near field communication and Zigbee protocol.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an intelligent panel control method for a vehicle for connection with a vehicle device system through CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, including:
connecting with a user portable electronic device through a wireless communication protocol;
the vehicle equipment system is connected through CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols;
receiving device information from the vehicle device system;
and judging whether the equipment information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols.
In one embodiment, the intelligent panel control method includes:
executing the main program to perform operation corresponding to the equipment information so as to generate a control message;
and transmitting the control message to the vehicle equipment system.
The wireless communication protocol comprises WIFI, Bluetooth, near field communication and a zigbee protocol.
By using the intelligent panel control device provided by the invention, the following advantages can be realized:
1. the user can conveniently control the vehicle equipment through the operation of the intelligent panel, and the effect of controlling the vehicle equipment by the central control system is achieved.
2. Vehicle equipment using CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols is supported.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in greater detail with reference to the drawings and the accompanying reference numerals, so that those skilled in the art can implement the embodiments of the invention after reading the specification.
Referring to fig. 1a, fig. 1a is a schematic diagram of an intelligent panel control system according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1a, the smart panel control apparatus 10 and the vehicle equipment system 11 in the smart panel control system 1 CAN communicate with each other by connecting 2-way CAN BUS, 1-way RS485, 1-way RS232, and 24-way relay (negative control) as interfaces, which are only for example and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1b, fig. 1b is a schematic diagram of an intelligent panel control device according to an embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the smart panel control device 10 includes:
a wireless communication unit 110, an interface unit 111, a receiving unit 112, a processing unit 113, and a transmitter 114.
The wireless communication unit 110 is connected to the portable electronic device of the user through a wireless communication protocol to retrieve the vehicle related data.
The interface unit 111 supports CAN BUS, RS485, and RS232 protocols, and is used to connect the vehicle device system 11.
The receiving unit 112 is coupled to the interface unit 111 and the wireless communication unit 110, and is configured to receive a device information from the vehicle device system 11.
The processing unit 113 is coupled to the receiving unit 112, and is configured to determine whether the device information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485, and RS232 protocols.
The transmitter 114 is coupled to the interface unit 111 and is used for transmitting a control message generated by the processing unit 111 executing the operation corresponding to the equipment information to the vehicle equipment system 11.
If the device information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, the processing unit executes a main program to write the device information into a list of a head file.
For example, when one of the device information is from an unknown interface device and the communication method is customized according to the original communication protocol specification, a new communication protocol (file) and list (header file) are added, and then a list that can be understood by a main program is made in the program according to the communication protocol, so that the main program controls the unknown interface device according to the specification of the list, and the unknown interface device is also listed as a known interface device.
As shown in the flowchart of fig. 2, the intelligent panel control method corresponding to the intelligent panel control panel according to the present invention sequentially performs step S200, connects the vehicle device system 11 through the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, receives a device information from the vehicle device system 11 in step S201, that is, from the unknown interface device, then determines whether the device information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols in step S202, and is in a state of conforming to the device information, and therefore, proceeds to step S203A, executes the main program to write the device information into the list of header files, then allows the main program to perform an operation process in step S204, and finally transmits a control message to the corresponding interface device according to the list specification in step S205.
If the device information does not conform to the CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 protocols, the processing unit adds another list of the header file to write the device information and adds a corresponding protocol to the main program. For example, when the device information is from an unknown interface device but the communication method is not customized according to the original communication protocol specification, the communication method is additionally added to the communication protocol (file) and the list (header file), and the main program needs to additionally add the judgment and control of the communication method, and then a list that can be understood by the main program is made in the program according to the communication protocol, so that the main program controls the unknown interface device according to the specification of the list, and the unknown interface device is also listed as the known interface device.
As shown in the flowchart of fig. 2, the method for controlling an intelligent panel according to the present invention sequentially executes step S200, connects the vehicle device system 11 via the CAN BUS, RS485, and RS232 protocols, receives a device information from the vehicle device system 11 in step S201, that is, from the unknown interface device, determines whether the device information conforms to the CAN BUS, RS485, and RS232 protocols in step S202, and is not in conformity with the situation in this case, so that the main routine proceeds to step S203B, adds the communication method to the communication protocol (file) and the list (header file), adds the determination and control of the communication method to the main routine, performs the calculation processing in step S204, and finally transmits a control message to the corresponding interface device according to the list specification in step S205.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a main program row table according to an embodiment of the invention, the interface device in fig. 3 is a water tank as an example, and the device information is a water tank sensing feedback message and is written into a header file list according to a format corresponding to communication protocols of CAN BUS, RS485, RS232, and the like in the main program.
In addition, in this embodiment, the intelligent panel control device is connected to the vehicle equipment system, wherein the wireless communication unit for obtaining information of the vehicle equipment such as air conditioning, water tank, engine temperature and the like through the wireless connection and the CAN BUS protocol is wirelessly connected to the user portable electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet, an intelligent watch and the like through protocols such as WIFI, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), ZIGBEE protocol (ZIGBEE) and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic back view of an intelligent panel control device according to an embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the back of the intelligent panel control device 10 has an RS232 interface port 100, an RS485 interface port 101 and a CANBUS interface port 102 supporting CAN BUS, RS485 and RS232 communication protocols.
Fig. 5 to 8 are schematic views of an interface of an intelligent panel control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the vehicle equipment is mainly divided into lights, equipment, a pull cabin, a waterway and warm air.
As shown in fig. 5, in the case where the vehicle device option is a dome lamp, the device information from the first mood lamp, the second mood lamp, the first external illumination lamp, the second external illumination lamp, the external light strip, and the like may be received, and the setting and adjustment may be performed.
As shown in fig. 6, in the case that the vehicle device option is a pull cabin, the device information such as a left pull cabin extension, a left pull cabin contraction, a rear pull cabin extension, and a rear pull cabin contraction can be received and set and adjusted.
As shown in fig. 7, in the case that the vehicle equipment option is a water path, the information of equipment such as a water pump, a water heating host, a sewage tank, a black water tank, anti-freezing, and hot water can be received and set and adjusted for clean water, sewage, and black water, respectively.
