In practical application, a first type terminal can send a request to a server through a related application program, wherein the request is used for requesting the state information of each parking space; optionally, the request may further include current location information of the first type terminal; after receiving the request, the server sends the first information to the first type terminal, and the first information can be displayed through a display interface of the application program; the display interface is a human-computer interaction display interface, and a subsequent user can determine which parking place the user wants to rent through the human-computer interaction display interface.
In another embodiment, the status information of each parking spot lock can also be uploaded by the parking spot owner through the second type of terminal. For example, when the carport owner issues carport renting information through the second type terminal, the related state information of the carport is reported at the same time.
102, receiving a parking space renting request sent by the first type terminal, wherein the parking space renting request comprises information of a target parking space lock and information of a target vehicle.
The method comprises the steps that the state information of each parking spot lock is displayed through a display interface of a first type of terminal, so that a parking spot renter can select a parking spot needing to be rented according to the requirement after knowing the state information of each parking spot lock, and a parking spot renting request is sent to a server through the first type of terminal and comprises information of a target parking spot lock and target vehicle information, wherein the information of the target parking spot lock represents the information of the parking spot lock corresponding to the parking spot needing to be rented, and the target vehicle information represents the information of a vehicle to be parked, such as the license plate number of the vehicle to be parked.
Step 103, determining a target parking space lock based on the information of the target parking space lock, updating the state of the target parking space lock to be a locking state, and sending second information to the target parking space lock, wherein the second information comprises the information of the target vehicle.
In a parking space renting request provided by a parking space renter, the information of the target parking space lock can be information of limited conditions, such as the position range of a parking space to be rented, parking lot information, the time length to be rented and the like, and then the server selects the target parking space lock meeting the requirements of the renter according to the limited conditions; the information of the target parking space may also be information of a specific designated parking space lock, such as an Identifier (ID) of the target parking space lock, according to the received status information of each parking space lock, and the server determines the target parking space lock according to the information of the specific parking space lock.
On one hand, after the target parking spot lock is determined, the server updates the state of the target parking spot into a locking state so as to prevent other parking spot renters from selecting the target parking spot lock; on the other hand, the server sends second information including the information of the target vehicle to the target parking space lock, so that the target parking space lock identifies the vehicle to be parked according to the second information, and further when the target parking space lock determines that the vehicle to be parked is the target vehicle, the target parking space lock can be automatically switched from a lock closing state to an opening state.
And 104, sending a parking space renting success message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first type of terminal.
After the server updates the state of the target parking spot lock to be a locking state, it is stated that the parking spot renting order corresponding to the target parking spot lock is successfully generated, and at the moment, the server sends a parking spot renting success message corresponding to the target parking spot lock to the first type terminal so as to inform a parking spot renter. Of course, if the specific parking spot lock is not specified in the information of the target parking spot lock sent by the parking spot renter, and the server determines the appropriate target parking spot lock, in this case, the successful parking spot renting message may carry the position information of the target parking spot lock.
In one embodiment, the parking space renting request provided by the parking space renter can also include the position information of the renter; after the parking space renting order is successfully generated, the server can plan a parking route and send the parking route to a first type terminal to which the parking space renter belongs according to the position information of the parking space renter and the position information of the target parking space lock.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the unified management can be carried out on the parking lot and the scattered parking spaces, the application range is wide, the utilization rate of the parking spaces is effectively improved, and the maintenance cost of the parking space management is reduced.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a processing method for parking space management. On the basis of the embodiment, the parking space owner issues the information of the rentable parking space through the second type terminal and uploads the state information of the parking space lock corresponding to the rentable parking space to the server. Then the method may further include, before step 101:
step 100, a server receives a parking space release request sent by a second type terminal, wherein the parking space release request comprises related information of at least one parking space lock; based on the relevant information of the at least one parking spot lock, establishing LPWAN communication with the parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform; and sending a parking space release success message corresponding to the parking space lock to the second type of terminal.
When the parking space owner does not need to use the parking space, all parking space information can be issued through the second type terminal, and meanwhile, the time length, the cost and other related information for renting the parking space can be set. In step 100, the server receives a parking space issue request sent by the second type of terminal, where the parking space issue request includes information related to at least one parking space lock, and the information related to the parking space lock may be a specific way in which the parking space lock establishes LPWAN communication with the server, such as a LoRaWAN way, an NB-IoT way, and the like. The related information of the parking spot lock can also comprise position information of the parking spot and the like.
The server establishes LPWAN communication with the parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform based on the related information of the at least one parking spot lock, and sends a successful parking spot release message corresponding to the parking spot lock to the second type terminal. It should be noted that, when the parking lock first establishes communication with the server, the server issues an initialization configuration command to the parking lock, so that the parking lock performs initialization configuration.
In some optional embodiments, in step 104, after the status of the target parking space lock is updated to be the locked status, the server sends a successful parking space renting message to the first class terminal to which the parking space renter belongs and the second class terminal to which the parking space owner belongs, that is, while sending the successful parking space renting message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first class terminal, the server also sends the successful parking space renting message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the target second class terminal that issued the target parking space lock.
It should be noted that the first class terminal and the second class terminal may be the same client, that is, the same client is respectively used as the first class terminal and the second class terminal when different services are implemented, and may also be different clients, which is not limited in the present invention.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the carport owner issues the rentable carport through the second class terminal, the renter rents the carport through the first class terminal, diversified carport management and staggered time sharing are realized by utilizing the cooperation of multiple terminals, individual carport resources are kept in a cost-effective mode, and the utilization rate of the carport is effectively improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a processing method for parking space management. In this embodiment, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, after the updating that the state of the target parking spot lock is the locked state, when a parking spot renter arrives at a parking spot corresponding to the target parking spot lock, the server remotely controls the target parking spot lock to unlock, and then the method further includes, on the basis of steps 101 to 104 or steps 100 to 104 of the foregoing embodiment:
105a, receiving a matching result sent by the target parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform; the matching result is obtained by matching the target parking space lock with the current vehicle information according to the target vehicle information;
and 106a, when the matching result is that the target vehicle information is matched with the current vehicle information consistently, sending a first instruction to the target parking space lock through the Internet of things platform, wherein the first instruction is used for indicating that the target parking space lock is switched to an open state.
And for the target parking spot lock, when the current vehicle reaches the parking spot area corresponding to the target parking spot lock, the target parking spot lock identifies the current vehicle according to the received second information. Illustratively, a camera is arranged on the target parking spot lock, and the camera is used for acquiring images of the current vehicle to obtain current vehicle information, such as the license plate number of the current vehicle, and matching the current vehicle information with the target vehicle information to obtain a matching result.
The server receives the matching result through the Internet of things platform, and when the matching result is that the target vehicle information is matched with the current vehicle information consistently, a first instruction is sent to the target parking space lock through the Internet of things platform, and the first instruction is an instruction for controlling the target parking space lock to be switched from a locking state to an opening state. At this time, the server may update the on-off state of the target parking space lock directly or after receiving the information of successful unlocking sent by the target parking space lock, and of course, the server may also update the on-off state of the target parking space lock according to the state information uploaded during the target parking space locking period.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the target vehicle is identified at the parking space lock end, and the server is used for remotely controlling unlocking, so that the illegal occupation of the parking space is effectively reduced, and the legal rights and interests of a parking space owner are guaranteed.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a processing method for parking space management. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, after the state of the target parking spot lock is updated to be the locked state, when the renter arrives at the parking spot corresponding to the target parking spot lock, if the server cannot establish connection with the target parking spot lock due to communication reasons, so that the target parking spot lock does not receive the second information, or the server responds to the requirement of the parking spot renter, the target parking spot lock can be controlled to be unlocked through the first type of terminal. Then, on the basis of steps 101 to 104 or steps 100 to 104 of the foregoing embodiment, the method further includes:
105b, receiving an unlocking request sent by the first-class terminal, and sending third information to the first-class terminal when the unlocking request meets a preset condition; the third information comprises related information of the target parking spot lock, and the related information of the target parking spot lock is used for establishing wireless communication connection between the first type of terminal and the target parking spot lock so as to transmit a second instruction for indicating the target parking spot lock to be switched to an open state through the wireless communication connection.
The parking spot lock is in LPWAN communication with the server based on the Internet of things platform, the communication quality of the parking spot lock is influenced by the fixed installation position of the parking spot lock, a communication base station, a gateway, the Internet of things platform and the like, when the communication condition of the parking spot lock and the server is poor, the parking spot renter can realize stable communication with the server by means of communication mode switching, position changing and the like, and therefore the parking spot renter can normally use a parking spot after reaching a parking spot renting area.
Illustratively, the target parking space lock is provided with a wireless communication component, such as a Bluetooth communication component. After receiving an unlocking request sent by a parking place renting party through a first type terminal, a server judges whether the unlocking request meets a preset condition, wherein the preset condition can be identity information of the corresponding first type terminal in a parking place renting order; and when the preset condition is met, the server sends third information to the first type of terminal, wherein the third information comprises the related information of the target parking space lock, and optionally, the third information comprises the Bluetooth identification of the target parking space lock. The first type of terminal establishes Bluetooth communication connection with the target parking space lock after searching through Bluetooth equipment, pairing based on the Bluetooth identification and completing pairing, and transmits a second instruction for indicating the target parking space lock to be switched from a locking state to an opening state through the Bluetooth communication connection. The wireless communication mode of the first type terminal and the target parking space lock is not particularly limited, and all modes of establishing connection between the first type terminal and the target parking space lock based on the third information to transmit the instruction are included in the protection scope of the invention.
It should be noted that after the target parking space lock is unlocked by the second instruction from the first type of terminal, operation information (for example, the switching state of the parking space lock) may be temporarily stored, and data synchronization is performed after connection with the server is established.
In an embodiment, after the target parking lock is unlocked by itself based on the target vehicle information or according to the second instruction from the first type terminal, the method further includes: the server receives fourth information sent by the target parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform, wherein the fourth information at least comprises the switching state of the target parking spot lock; and updating the state information of the target parking spot lock based on the fourth information.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the communication between the target parking spot lock and the server is abnormal, the unlocking of the target parking spot lock can be realized through the first class terminal of the parking spot renter, and the successful unlocking of the parking spot lock by the parking spot renter can still be ensured.
Based on the above embodiment, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart diagram of a second processing method for parking space management according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, including:
step 201, a server sends first information to a first type of terminal, wherein the first information comprises state information of each parking spot lock; each parking spot lock corresponds to one parking spot;
202, receiving a parking space renting request sent by the first type of terminal, wherein the parking space renting request comprises information of a target parking space lock and information of a target vehicle;
step 203, determining a target parking spot lock based on the information of the target parking spot lock, updating the state of the target parking spot lock to be a locking state, recording the start time of parking spot renting and starting charging; sending second information to the target parking spot lock, wherein the second information comprises the information of the target vehicle;
and step 204, sending a parking space renting success message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first type terminal.
Step 205, receiving a notice of locking the target parking space lock sent by the target parking space lock, and recording the end time of parking space renting;
and step 206, calculating parking space renting cost according to the starting time and the ending time, and sending the parking space renting cost to the first type terminal.
The specific process from step 201 to step 204 can refer to step 101 to step 104. In step 203, after the status of the target parking space lock is updated to be the locked status, the present embodiment further records the start time of parking space renting and starts to charge.
In step 205, after the vehicle leaves and the target parking space lock is closed by itself or by the control of the first type terminal, a notification of closing the target parking space lock is sent to the server, and the server records the parking space renting end time.
In step 206, the server calculates parking space renting cost according to the starting time and the ending time of parking space renting and sends the parking space renting cost to the first type terminal; the parking place renter pays after receiving the cost information of the parking place renting order through the first type of terminal, and the parking place owner can extract the rent income through the second type of terminal. Optionally, the server may charge according to a preset rental standard, or may charge according to a charging mode provided by the parking owner.
As an optional implementation manner, the server receives a parking space publishing request sent by the second type terminal, where the parking space publishing request includes related information of at least one parking space lock and a parking space renting charging rule corresponding to the parking space lock; the server further performs:
and sending fifth information to the second type terminal, wherein the fifth information comprises the parking space renting benefits corresponding to the parking space locks determined according to the parking space renting charging rules.
In combination with the above, in this embodiment, the parking space owner issues the rentable parking space through the second type of terminal, and the renter selects the parking space through the first type of terminal to rent, and the following describes the processing method for parking space management in this embodiment with a specific example.
The parking spot lock is powered on and initialized, and the server receives initialization information of the parking spot lock and performs initialization configuration; the parking spot lock periodically reports the state of the parking spot lock, such as whether a vehicle exists in the current parking spot, whether the parking spot lock is electrified, the position of the parking spot and the like, and the server updates the state information of the parking spot lock; when the parking space owner does not need to use the parking space, the parking space information is issued through the second type of terminal, the lease time and the time price are set, the server updates the parking space lock information corresponding to the parking space, and the parking space can be in a leased state on the first type of terminal.
The parking stall renting party can inquire the rentable parking stall through the first type terminal, screening can be carried out according to renting time and the position, for example, the using time that the parking stall renting time does not meet the renting party can be filtered, the parking stall with the position far away from the target position can be reduced by the priority level recommended by the system and the like, the order is generated by the renting party through the first type terminal after the parking stall is selected, the server automatically locks the parking stall and sends the license plate information of the renting party vehicle to the corresponding parking stall lock, the parking stall lock is in a low power consumption state, downlink sending needs to wait for a certain time, and after the sending is successful, the server sends the information to the renting party and the parking stall owner respectively.
The renter goes to a designated parking space according to the navigation, and after the renter arrives at a designated parking space area, the license plate of the parking space lock is identified for authentication and the parking space is normally used; and then, the renter finishes using the parking space within the appointed time and pays, and the vehicle owner obtains the rent income.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another processing method for parking space management, and the execution main body of the method is each parking space lock in fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a third processing method for parking space management according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 301, the parking space lock receives second information sent by the server, wherein the second information includes target vehicle information.
In an embodiment, the parking spot lock performs LPWAN communication with the server through an internet of things platform, and sends status information of the parking spot lock to the server, where the status information includes at least one of: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.
The parking spot lock periodically reports the state of the parking spot lock, after a parking spot renter rents a parking spot successfully through the first type terminal, the server sends second information containing target vehicle information to the parking spot lock, the target vehicle information can be the license plate number of a vehicle to be parked by the parking spot renter, and the parking spot lock receives and stores the second information sent by the server through LPWAN communication.
Step 302, when it is monitored that a vehicle enters a parking space area where the parking space lock is located, relevant information of the vehicle is obtained.
And 303, matching the relevant information of the vehicle with the target vehicle information, and controlling the switching state of the parking spot lock based on the matching result.
In an embodiment, the parking lock alarm system may be a speaker, a flashing light or other devices with an alarm function, as an example, and then the parking lock further performs: and controlling to start an alarm system under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is not matched with the target vehicle information.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a processing method for parking space management, and this embodiment specifically describes step 303 in the foregoing embodiment on the basis of the foregoing embodiment. In this embodiment, the parking stall lock can be unblanked according to the matching result by oneself, also can unblank through the remote control of server according to the matching result. In step 303, the controlling the parking lock to be in the on-off state based on the matching result may be implemented by one of the following two ways:
step 303a, controlling the parking spot lock to be switched to an open state under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information;
and 303b, under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information consistently, sending the matching result to the server based on an internet of things platform, receiving a first instruction sent by the server, and controlling the parking space lock to be switched to an open state based on the first instruction.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a processing method for parking space management, which can be used for the situation that the communication between the parking space lock and the server is poor or the connection is disconnected. Fig. 5 is a fourth schematic flowchart of a processing method for parking space management according to an embodiment of the present invention, where on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, when the parking space lock does not receive the second information sent by the server, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 401, receiving third information sent by a first-class terminal; the third information comprises the related information of the parking spot lock;
step 402, establishing a wireless communication connection with the first class terminal based on the third information, receiving a second instruction sent by the first class terminal based on the wireless communication connection, and controlling the parking space lock to be switched to an open state according to the second instruction.
When the parking spot lock does not receive the second information sent by the server, the parking spot renter can send an unlocking request to the server through the first type terminal, and after the parking spot lock is successfully authenticated, the first type terminal receives the third information sent by the server, the third information comprises the related information of the target parking spot lock, illustratively, the parking spot lock is provided with a Bluetooth communication assembly, and the related information of the target parking spot lock is a Bluetooth identifier corresponding to the parking spot lock. When a parking space renter arrives at a parking space area corresponding to the parking space lock, the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth device (the first type terminal) can establish Bluetooth communication connection with the first type terminal after the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth device (the first type terminal) can search for the Bluetooth equipment, is matched based on the Bluetooth identification and is matched. And then, the parking space lock receives a second instruction sent by the first type of terminal based on the Bluetooth communication connection, and is controlled to be switched to an open state according to the second instruction.
In an embodiment, after the parking lock resumes communication or controls the parking lock to switch to the open state, the parking lock further performs: and sending fourth information to the server based on the platform of the Internet of things, wherein the fourth information at least comprises the switching state of the parking spot lock.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a parking spot lock. Fig. 6 is a first schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a parking stall lock according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the parking stall lock 10 includes a controller 20, a communication component 30, a monitoring component 40, an image capture device 50, and a parking stall lock body 60; the parking spot lock body 60 is arranged in a parking space area; the controller 20 comprises a processor 21 and a memory 22 for storing a computer program operable on the processor; wherein:
the communication component 30 is used for communicating with a server and/or a first type terminal;
the monitoring component 40 is used for monitoring whether a vehicle enters the parking space area;
the image acquisition device 50 is used for acquiring an image of a vehicle, and acquiring relevant information of the vehicle through the identification of the image;
when the processor 21 is configured to run the computer program, the steps of the processing method for managing parking spaces, which is mainly a parking space lock, in the foregoing embodiment are executed, so as to control the parking space lock body 60 to be opened or closed.
The image acquisition device 50 can be a camera, optionally, the image acquisition device 50 is matched with a graphic processor for license plate recognition, so that whether a vehicle entering a parking space area is a target vehicle or not is judged, and illegal parking space occupation caused by illegal vehicle parking is prevented. Because the camera belongs to high energy consumption equipment, in order to reduce the consumption of parking stall lock, cooperation monitoring subassembly 40 carries out vehicle detection to avoid frequently opening the camera when no vehicle-hour. The monitoring component 40 may be a geomagnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or other sensors or combinations of sensors capable of monitoring the entering of the vehicle into the parking space, which is not limited by the present invention.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a parking space lock according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a communication module 30 in the parking space lock 10 includes an LPWAN communication module 31 and/or a bluetooth communication module 32; wherein:
the LPWAN communication component 31 is configured to perform server communication;
the bluetooth communication module 32 is configured to communicate with a first type of terminal.
Optionally, the LPWAN communication component 31 may be a LoRaWAN communication module, an NB-IoT communication module, and the like, the parking lock installed with the LoRaWAN communication module communicates with the internet of things platform through a LoRaWAN gateway, the parking lock installed with the NB-IoT communication module communicates with the internet of things platform through an NB-IoT base station, and the parking lock adopting different LPWAN communication modes communicates with the server based on the internet of things platform.
Under the condition that the parking lock 10 cannot establish communication with a server through the LPWAN communication component 31 or other requirements exist, the parking lock 10 can establish connection with a first type terminal through the bluetooth communication component 32, so as to control the parking lock body 60 to be opened or closed through the first type terminal.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the monitoring component 40 in the parking lock 10 includes a geomagnetic sensor 41, where the geomagnetic sensor 41 is disposed near an entrance and exit side of the parking space area, and is used for monitoring whether a vehicle enters the parking space area; the controller 20 is further configured to, when it is monitored by the geomagnetic sensor 41 that a vehicle enters the parking space area, turn on the image capture device 50, so as to capture an image including the vehicle by the image capture device 50.
As shown in fig. 8, the parking space lock body 60 is installed in the middle of the parking space at a position slightly far from the entrance, the image capturing device 50 is installed on the parking space lock body 60 and faces the entrance, and the geomagnetic sensor 41 is installed at a side close to the entrance of the parking space 80. When the vehicle enters, the geomagnetic sensor 41 is triggered first, then the image acquisition device 50 is triggered to capture the license plate, and when the license plate number is consistent with the license plate number of the target vehicle sent by the server, unlocking is started.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the monitoring assembly 40 further includes a distance measuring sensor 42, where the distance measuring sensor 42 is disposed above the parking lock body 60 for monitoring whether a vehicle exists in the parking space area; the controller 20 is further configured to control the parking lock body 60 to close when it is monitored by the distance measuring sensor 42 that no vehicle exists in the parking space area.
When the vehicle of the carport renter leaves the carport where the carport lock 10 is located, the carport lock body 60 should be controlled to close. In the embodiment, the distance measuring sensor 42 determines when to control the parking lock body 60 to be closed, and the distance measuring sensor 42 may be an ultrasonic sensor, a laser sensor, or the like. Optionally, the ultrasonic sensor is installed right above the parking space lock body 60, and is configured to collect a distance from the ultrasonic sensor to the parking space lock body 60, and the controller 20 determines whether a vehicle is parked above the parking space lock body 60 according to the distance, that is, whether a vehicle is present in a parking space area, and when it is determined that no vehicle is present in the parking space area (a vehicle on which a parking space is rented is away), the controller 20 controls the parking space lock body 60 to close.
Optionally, the monitoring component 40 may also be configured to monitor whether a vehicle leaves the parking space area; the controller 20 is further configured to, when it is monitored by the monitoring component 40 that a vehicle leaves the parking space area, turn on the distance measuring sensor 42, so as to determine whether the parking space lock body 60 can be turned off by the distance measuring sensor 42.
In one embodiment, the parking lock body 60 includes a locking arm 61 for lowering or raising under the control of the controller 20 to control the opening or closing of the parking lock body 60.
Optionally, a torque sensor 62 is further disposed on the parking space lock body 60, and the torque sensor 62 is configured to monitor an operation state of the locking arm 61; the controller 20 is further configured to control the communication component 30 to send information indicating that the parking space lock is abnormal to the server when the torque sensor 62 monitors that the operating state of the locking arm 61 is abnormal.
The torque sensor 62 monitors the torque force on the locking arm 61, on one hand, whether foreign objects contact the locking arm 61 can be judged according to the change of the torque force, so that the parking space lock 10 is prevented from being in an abnormal use state, and further, the parking space lock 10 can report an abnormal state to a server to inform related responsible persons of maintenance and checking; on the other hand, whether a vehicle is forced to enter the parking space or the behavior of the parking space lock 10 is damaged intentionally can be judged according to the sudden change condition of the torsion, so that a parking space owner can reasonably maintain the rights and interests.
In one embodiment, the parking lock 10 may further include a positioning sensor 70 for obtaining the position information of the parking lock 10.
The positioning sensor 70 may be a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning module for outdoor positioning, a bluetooth ibeacon positioning module for indoor positioning, or a combination thereof, and the like, and the positioning sensor 70 may also be used for parking Navigation and route planning. Of course, when the parking lock 10 is not installed or the positioning sensor 70 is not used, the position information of the parking lock 10 may also be obtained in a manual calibration manner.
The parking stall lock in this embodiment has greatly reduced the consumption of parking stall lock through the mode of low-power consumption communication mode and multisensor linkage, can avoid frequently changing the battery, has reduced the maintenance cost, and each module mounting means and mounted position are nimble in the parking stall lock, can consider according to using scene and cost and carry out the selectivity configuration.
In combination with the above, in this embodiment, the parking space lock communicates with the server based on the LPWAN communication manner, so that on one hand, the target vehicle can be autonomously identified according to the target vehicle information from the server, and the lock is unlocked by remote control or is automatically unlocked; on the other hand, the Bluetooth connection with the first type terminal can be used for switching on and off the lock. In addition, this embodiment accessible terminal such as cell-phone realizes the management and the share of parking stall, especially scattered parking stall resource, has effectively improved the parking stall utilization ratio, has reduced the maintenance cost of parking stall management.
The operation of the parking lock in this embodiment is described below with reference to a specific example.
Powering on each parking spot lock and initializing, and receiving initialization information of each parking spot lock and performing initialization configuration by a server; the method comprises the following steps that each parking spot lock periodically reports the state of the parking spot lock, a server updates the state information of each parking spot lock, and the parking spot renting condition corresponding to each parking spot lock is displayed on a first type terminal; the parking place renting party selects a parking place on line through the first type of terminal and rents the parking place, a license plate number of a vehicle to be parked needs to be input, the server starts charging after the renting is successful, and the license plate number is sent to a corresponding target parking place lock in an LPWAN communication mode.
The server plans a parking route for the renter according to the current position of the parking place renter and the position of the rented parking place, and the parking place renter goes to the rented parking place; after a parking space renting party arrives at a rented parking space region, a geomagnetic sensor in a target parking space lock monitors that a vehicle stops into the parking space, a camera is triggered to snapshot a license plate number and is matched with the license plate number of the vehicle to be parked, when a matching result is consistent, a locking arm of the target parking space lock descends, the vehicle can normally stop into the parking space, when the matching result is inconsistent, the locking arm cannot descend, and a speaker of the target parking space lock can inform a vehicle owner.
When the parking place renter drives away from the parking place, the geomagnetic sensor monitors that the vehicle is driving away, the geomagnetic sensor can trigger the ultrasonic sensor to detect the distance from the parking place lock body, only after the fact that no vehicle (or other obstacles) is arranged above the parking place lock body according to the distance is judged, the locking arm can be lifted, the parking place renting order is finished, the parking place renter pays renting cost through the first type of terminal, and the parking place owner obtains renting benefits. In addition, under the condition of abnormal communication, as long as the renting order is effective, the parking place renter can request to communicate with the target parking place lock through the Bluetooth and control the parking place lock to perform locking and unlocking operations, the parking place lock temporarily stores operation information under the condition, and the operation information is reported to the server to perform data synchronization after the communication is recovered.
Meanwhile, if the torque sensor detects that the torque force is too large and has counter force in the lifting or descending process of the locking arm, the parking space lock is considered to be in an abnormal state, and the parking space lock reports to the server so as to inform relevant responsible persons of maintenance and checking.
Fig. 9 is a first structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the server 500 includes:
the first communication module 501 is configured to send first information to a first class of terminal, where the first information includes status information of each parking spot lock; each parking spot lock corresponds to one parking spot; receiving a parking space renting request sent by the first type terminal, wherein the parking space renting request comprises information of a target parking space lock and information of a target vehicle;
the first processing module 502 is configured to determine a target parking spot lock based on the information of the target parking spot lock, and update the state of the target parking spot lock to be a locked state;
the second communication module 503 is configured to send second information to the target parking spot lock, where the second information includes information of the target vehicle;
the first communication module 501 is further configured to send a successful parking space renting message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first class of terminal.
Optionally, the second communication module 503 is further configured to perform LPWAN communication with the parking spot locks through an internet of things platform to obtain state information of each parking spot lock, where the state information includes at least one of the following: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.
In some optional embodiments, the second communication module 503 is further configured to receive, through the internet of things platform, a matching result sent by the target parking stall lock; the matching result is obtained by matching the target parking space lock with the current vehicle information according to the target vehicle information;
and when the matching result is that the target vehicle information is matched with the current vehicle information in a consistent manner, sending a first instruction to the target parking space lock through the Internet of things platform, wherein the first instruction is used for indicating that the target parking space lock is switched to an open state.
In some optional embodiments, the first communication module 502 is further configured to receive an unlocking request sent by the first type terminal; when the unlocking request meets a preset condition, third information is sent to the first type terminal;
the third information comprises related information of the target parking spot lock, and the related information of the target parking spot lock is used for establishing wireless communication connection between the first type of terminal and the target parking spot lock so as to transmit a second instruction for indicating the target parking spot lock to be switched to an open state through the wireless communication connection.
In some optional embodiments, the second communication module 503 is further configured to receive fourth information sent by the target parking space lock through an internet of things platform, where the fourth information at least includes a switch state of the target parking space lock;
the first processing module 501 is further configured to update the state information of the target parking lock based on the fourth information.
In some optional embodiments, the first processing module 501 is further configured to record a start time of parking space renting and start charging; the parking space lock management system is also used for receiving a notice of locking the target parking space lock sent by the target parking space lock through the second communication module and recording the renting end time of the parking space; calculating parking space renting cost according to the starting time and the ending time;
the first communication module 502 is further configured to send the parking space renting fee to the first type terminal.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the server 500 further includes:
a third communication module 504, configured to receive a parking space issue request sent by a second type of terminal, where the parking space issue request includes information related to at least one parking space lock;
the first processing module 501 is configured to establish LPWAN communication with the parking spot lock through an internet of things platform based on the relevant information of the at least one parking spot lock;
the third communication module 504 is further configured to send a parking space issue success message corresponding to the parking space lock to the second type of terminal; and/or after the first processing module 501 updates that the state of the target parking space lock is the locking state, sending a parking space renting success message corresponding to the target parking space lock to a target second type terminal corresponding to the target parking space lock.
Optionally, the parking space issuing request includes a parking space renting and charging rule corresponding to the parking space lock;
the third communication module 504 is further configured to send fifth information to the second type terminal, where the fifth information includes the parking space renting benefit corresponding to the parking space lock determined according to the parking space renting charging rule.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first Processing module 502 of the server 500 may be implemented by, for example, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Micro Control Unit (MCU), or a Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) in practical application; the first communication module 501, the second communication module 503 and the third communication module 504 of the server 500 can be implemented by a communication module (including a basic communication suite, an operating system, a communication module, a standardized interface and a protocol, etc.) and a transceiver antenna in practical application.
It should be noted that: in the above embodiment, when the server executes the steps of the processing method for parking space management, in which the main body is the server in the above embodiment, only the division of the program modules is taken as an example, in practical applications, the processing distribution may be completed by different program modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the server is divided into different program modules, so as to complete all or part of the processing described above. In addition, the server provided by the above embodiment and the embodiment of the processing method for parking space management in which the execution main body is the server belong to the same concept, and the specific implementation process thereof is described in detail in the embodiment of the method and is not described herein again.
Fig. 11 is a third schematic structural view of a parking spot lock according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, the parking spot lock 600 includes:
the fourth communication module 601 is configured to receive second information sent by the server, where the second information includes target vehicle information;
the obtaining module 602 is configured to obtain information related to a vehicle when it is monitored that the vehicle enters a parking space area where the parking space lock is located;
and the first control module 603 is configured to match the relevant information of the vehicle with the target vehicle information, and control the switching state of the parking spot lock based on a matching result.
Optionally, the fourth communication module 601 is configured to perform LPWAN communication with the server through an internet of things platform, and send the state information of the parking spot lock 600 to the server, where the state information includes at least one of the following: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.
In some optional embodiments, the first control module 603 comprises:
the first control submodule is used for controlling the parking spot lock to be switched to an opening state under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information;
or the second control submodule is used for sending the matching result to the server through the fourth communication module based on the internet of things platform, receiving a first instruction sent by the server and controlling the parking space lock to be switched to the open state based on the first instruction under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information consistently.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the parking lock 600 further includes:
a fifth communication module 604, configured to receive third information sent by the first type terminal when the fourth communication module 601 does not receive the second information sent by the server; the third information comprises the related information of the parking spot lock;
the first control module 603 is configured to establish a wireless communication connection with the first class terminal based on the third information, receive a second instruction sent by the first class terminal based on the wireless communication connection, and control the parking space lock to be switched to an open state according to the second instruction.
In some optional embodiments, the fourth communication module 601 is further configured to send fourth information to the server based on an internet of things platform, where the fourth information at least includes a switch state of the parking spot lock.
In some optional embodiments, the first control module 603 is further configured to control to turn on an alarm system if the matching result is that the information related to the vehicle does not match the target vehicle information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining module 602 and the first control module 603 of the parking lock 600 and the sub-modules in each module can be implemented by, for example, a CPU, a DSP, an MCU, and an FPGA in practical application; the fourth communication module 601 and the fifth communication module 604 of the parking lock 600 can be implemented by a communication module (including a basic communication suite, an operating system, a communication module, a standardized interface, a protocol, etc.) and a transceiver antenna in practical application.
It should be noted that: in the parking space lock provided in the above embodiment, when the steps of the processing method for parking space management whose main body is the parking space lock are executed in the above embodiment, only the division of the program modules is taken as an example, in practical application, the processing distribution may be completed by different program modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the parking space lock is divided into different program modules, so as to complete all or part of the processing described above. In addition, the parking space lock provided by the above embodiment and the embodiment of the processing method for parking space management with the execution main body being the parking space lock belong to the same concept, and the specific implementation process is detailed in the embodiment of the method and is not repeated herein.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 13, the server 700 includes: at least one processor 701, a memory 702, at least one network interface 704. The various components in server 700 are coupled together by a bus system 703. It is understood that the bus system 703 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 703 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to the data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are labeled in fig. 13 as bus system 703.
It will be appreciated that the memory 702 can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. Among them, the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical disk, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM); the magnetic surface storage may be disk storage or tape storage. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. Memory 702 in embodiments of the present invention is used to store various types of data to support the operation of server 700. Examples of such data include: any computer program for operating on server 700.
The method disclosed in the above embodiments of the present invention may be applied to the processor 701, or implemented by the processor 701. The processor 701 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be implemented by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 701. The processor 701 described above may be a general purpose processor, a DSP, or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. The processor 701 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or can be implemented by combining hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 702, and the processor 701 may read the information in the memory 702 and perform the steps of the aforementioned methods in conjunction with its hardware.
In an exemplary embodiment, the server 700 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), DSPs, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), FPGAs, general purpose processors, controllers, MCUs, microprocessors (microprocessors), or other electronic components for performing the aforementioned methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, for example, a memory including a computer program, where the computer program is executable by a processor of a server or a processor of a parking lock to perform the steps of the foregoing method. the method comprises the steps that a server sends first information to a first type terminal, wherein the first information comprises state information of parking spot locks; each parking spot lock corresponds to one parking spot;
receiving a parking space renting request sent by the first type terminal, wherein the parking space renting request comprises information of a target parking space lock and information of a target vehicle;
determining a target parking spot lock based on the information of the target parking spot lock, updating the state of the target parking spot lock to be a locking state, and sending second information to the target parking spot lock, wherein the second information comprises the information of the target vehicle;
and sending a parking space renting success message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first type of terminal.
2. The processing method for space management according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the server carries out low-power wide area network (LPWAN) communication with the parking spot locks through the Internet of things platform to obtain state information of the parking spot locks, wherein the state information comprises at least one of the following: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.
3. The processing method for space management according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a matching result sent by the target parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform; the matching result is obtained by matching the target parking space lock with the current vehicle information according to the target vehicle information;
and when the matching result is that the target vehicle information is matched with the current vehicle information consistently, sending a first instruction to the target parking space lock through the Internet of things platform, wherein the first instruction is used for indicating that the target parking space lock is switched to an open state.
4. The processing method for parking space management according to claim 1, wherein after sending the successful parking space renting message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first class of terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving an unlocking request sent by the first-class terminal, and sending third information to the first-class terminal when the unlocking request meets a preset condition; the third information comprises related information of the target parking spot lock, and the related information of the target parking spot lock is used for establishing wireless communication connection between the first type of terminal and the target parking spot lock so as to transmit a second instruction for indicating the target parking spot lock to be switched to an open state through the wireless communication connection.
5. A processing method for space management according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the method further comprises:
receiving fourth information sent by the target parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform, wherein the fourth information at least comprises the switching state of the target parking spot lock;
and updating the state information of the target parking spot lock based on the fourth information.
6. The processing method for parking space management according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the updating of the state of the target parking space lock to a locked state, the method further comprises:
recording the start time of parking space renting and starting charging;
receiving a notice of locking the target parking spot lock sent by the target parking spot lock, and recording the parking spot renting end time;
and calculating parking space renting cost according to the starting time and the ending time, and sending the parking space renting cost to the first type terminal.
7. The processing method for space management according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a parking space publishing request sent by a second type terminal, wherein the parking space publishing request comprises related information of at least one parking space lock;
based on the relevant information of the at least one parking spot lock, establishing LPWAN communication with the parking spot lock through an Internet of things platform;
sending a parking space release success message corresponding to the parking space lock to the second type terminal;
and/or after the state of the target parking space lock is updated to be a locking state, sending a parking space renting success message corresponding to the target parking space lock to a target second type terminal corresponding to the target parking space lock.
8. The processing method for parking space management according to claim 7, wherein the parking space issue request includes a parking space renting charging rule corresponding to the parking space lock; the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending fifth information to the second type terminal, wherein the fifth information comprises the parking space renting benefits corresponding to the parking space locks determined according to the parking space renting charging rules.
9. A processing method for parking space management, characterized in that the method comprises:
the parking spot lock receives second information sent by the server, wherein the second information comprises target vehicle information;
when a vehicle is monitored to enter a parking space area where the parking space lock is located, acquiring related information of the vehicle;
and matching the relevant information of the vehicle with the target vehicle information, and controlling the switching state of the parking spot lock based on the matching result.
10. The processing method for space management according to claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
the parking spot lock communicates with the server through an internet of things platform in an LPWAN mode, and sends the state information of the parking spot lock to the server, wherein the state information comprises at least one of the following: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.
11. The processing method for parking space management according to claim 9, wherein the controlling the switching state of the parking space lock based on the matching result comprises:
controlling the parking spot lock to be switched to an open state under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information; or,
and under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information in a consistent manner, the matching result is sent to the server based on an internet of things platform, a first instruction sent by the server is received, and the parking space lock is controlled to be switched to an open state based on the first instruction.
12. The processing method for parking space management according to claim 9, wherein when the parking space lock does not receive the second information sent by the server, the method further comprises:
receiving third information sent by the first type terminal; the third information comprises the related information of the parking spot lock;
and establishing wireless communication connection with the first class terminal based on the third information, receiving a second instruction sent by the first class terminal based on the wireless communication connection, and controlling the parking space lock to be switched to an open state according to the second instruction.
13. A processing method for space management according to claim 9 or 12, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and sending fourth information to the server based on the platform of the Internet of things, wherein the fourth information at least comprises the switching state of the parking spot lock.
14. The processing method for space management according to claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
and controlling to start an alarm system under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is not matched with the target vehicle information.

the first communication module is used for sending first information to a first type terminal, wherein the first information comprises state information of each parking spot lock; each parking spot lock corresponds to one parking spot; receiving a parking space renting request sent by the first type terminal, wherein the parking space renting request comprises information of a target parking space lock and information of a target vehicle;
the first processing module is used for determining a target parking spot lock based on the information of the target parking spot lock and updating the state of the target parking spot lock to be a locking state;
the second communication module is used for sending second information to the target parking spot lock, and the second information comprises the target vehicle information;
the first communication module is further used for sending a parking space renting success message corresponding to the target parking space lock to the first type of terminal.

The server of claim 15, wherein the second communication module is further configured to perform LPWAN communication with parking spot locks through an internet of things platform to obtain status information of the parking spot locks, where the status information includes at least one of: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.

The server according to claim 15, wherein the second communication module is further configured to receive the matching result sent by the target parking stall lock through an internet of things platform; the matching result is obtained by matching the target parking space lock with the current vehicle information according to the target vehicle information;
and when the matching result is that the target vehicle information is matched with the current vehicle information in a consistent manner, sending a first instruction to the target parking space lock through the Internet of things platform, wherein the first instruction is used for indicating that the target parking space lock is switched to an open state.
18. The server according to claim 15, wherein the first communication module is further configured to receive an unlocking request sent by the first type terminal; when the unlocking request meets a preset condition, third information is sent to the first type terminal;
the third information comprises related information of the target parking spot lock, and the related information of the target parking spot lock is used for establishing wireless communication connection between the first type of terminal and the target parking spot lock so as to transmit a second instruction for indicating the target parking spot lock to be switched to an open state through the wireless communication connection.

The server according to claim 15 or 18, wherein the second communication module is further configured to receive fourth information sent by the target parking space lock through an internet of things platform, and the fourth information at least includes an on-off state of the target parking space lock;
the first processing module is further configured to update the state information of the target parking spot lock based on the fourth information.

the acquisition module is used for acquiring relevant information of the vehicle when the situation that the vehicle enters a parking space area where the parking space lock is located is monitored;
and the first control module is used for matching the relevant information of the vehicle with the target vehicle information and controlling the switching state of the parking spot lock based on the matching result.

The parking spot lock of claim 23, wherein the fourth communication module is configured to perform LPWAN communication with the server through an internet of things platform, and send status information of the parking spot lock to the server, where the status information includes at least one of: the parking spot lock comprises the switch state, position information, electric quantity information, vehicle information and fault information of the parking spot lock.
25. A parking space lock as claimed in claim 23, wherein the first control module comprises:
the first control submodule is used for controlling the parking spot lock to be switched to an opening state under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information;
or the second control submodule is used for sending the matching result to the server through the fourth communication module based on the internet of things platform, receiving a first instruction sent by the server and controlling the parking space lock to be switched to the open state based on the first instruction under the condition that the matching result is that the relevant information of the vehicle is matched with the target vehicle information consistently.
26. The parking spot lock of claim 23, further comprising:
the fifth communication module is used for receiving third information sent by the first-class terminal when the fourth communication module does not receive the second information sent by the server; the third information comprises the related information of the parking spot lock;
the first control module is used for establishing wireless communication connection with the first type of terminal based on the third information, receiving a second instruction sent by the first type of terminal based on the wireless communication connection, and controlling the parking space lock to be switched to an open state according to the second instruction.
27. A parking space lock according to claim 23 or 26, wherein the fourth communication module is further configured to send fourth information to the server based on an internet of things platform, and the fourth information at least includes a switch state of the parking space lock.
28. The parking space lock of claim 23, wherein the first control module is further configured to control to turn on an alarm system if the matching result is that the information related to the vehicle does not match the target vehicle information.
29. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
30. The parking spot lock is characterized by comprising a controller, a communication assembly, a monitoring assembly, an image acquisition device and a parking spot lock body; the parking spot lock body is arranged in a parking space area; the controller comprises a processor and a memory for storing a computer program operable on the processor; wherein,
the communication component is used for communicating with a server and/or a first type terminal;
the monitoring assembly is used for monitoring whether a vehicle enters the parking space area;
the image acquisition device is used for acquiring an image of a vehicle and acquiring related information of the vehicle through the identification of the image;
the processor is configured to execute the steps of the method according to any one of claims 9 to 14 when running the computer program, and control the parking lock body to be opened or closed.
31. A parking space lock according to claim 30, wherein the communication component comprises an LPWAN communication component and/or a bluetooth communication component;
the LPWAN communication component is used for communicating with a server;
the Bluetooth communication assembly is used for communicating with the first type of terminal.
32. The parking spot lock of claim 30, wherein the monitoring component comprises a geomagnetic sensor, the geomagnetic sensor is disposed near an entrance and exit side of the parking spot area, and is used for monitoring whether a vehicle enters the parking spot area;
the controller is also used for monitoring that a vehicle enters the parking space region through the geomagnetic sensor, and the image acquisition device is started to acquire an image containing the vehicle through the image acquisition device.
33. The parking spot lock of claim 32, wherein the monitoring assembly further comprises a distance measuring sensor disposed above the parking spot lock body for monitoring whether a vehicle is present in the parking spot area;
the controller is further used for controlling the parking spot lock body to be closed when the distance measuring sensor monitors that no vehicle exists in the parking spot area.
34. The parking spot lock of claim 30, wherein the parking spot lock body comprises a locking arm for being lowered or raised under the control of the controller to control the opening or closing of the parking spot lock body.
35. The parking stall lock of claim 34, wherein a torque sensor is disposed on the parking stall lock body, and the torque sensor is configured to monitor an operating state of the lock arm;
the controller is further used for controlling the communication assembly to send information indicating that the parking space lock is abnormal to the server when the torque sensor monitors that the operation state of the locking arm is abnormal.
36. The parking spot lock of claim 30, further comprising a positioning sensor for obtaining the position information of the parking spot lock.
37. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 or the steps of the method of any one of claims 9 to 14.
