Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method for calculating a policy matching degree, the method comprising:
acquiring pre-declaration policy information and declaration condition information of a user, wherein the declaration condition information at least comprises qualification information and fund information of the user;
retrieving a policy information base according to pre-declared policy information to obtain target policy information, wherein the target policy information comprises all retrieved published policy information and a necessary material list required by the published policy information;
calculating the matching degree between the declaration condition information of the user and the necessary material list required by each item of issued policy information in the target policy information according to the target policy information and the declaration condition information;
and generating a declaration material list for each item of issued policy information, and sequencing the declaration material list according to the matching degree.
2. The method for calculating policy matching degree according to claim 1, wherein the step of retrieving the policy information base according to the pre-declared policy information to obtain the target policy information includes:
analyzing the pre-declaration policy information to obtain a plurality of retrieval keywords;
searching the policy information base according to each search keyword to obtain related policy information;
and sequencing the related policy information according to the number of the retrieval keywords corresponding to the related policy information to obtain target policy information.

The method for calculating a policy matching degree according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating a matching degree between declaration condition information of a user and a necessary material list required for each item of issued policy information in the target policy information, based on the target policy information and the declaration condition information, specifically comprises:
reading each item of issued policy information of the target policy information and a necessary material list corresponding to the issued policy information one by one;
dividing materials recorded in the necessary material list into necessary materials and proper materials;
retrieving the declaration condition information according to the necessary materials to obtain a first retrieval result;
retrieving the declaration condition information according to the available materials to obtain a second retrieval result;
and calculating the matching degree according to the first retrieval result and the second retrieval result.

The method of calculating a degree of policy matching according to claim 3, wherein after the step of retrieving the declaration condition information based on the indispensable material to obtain the first retrieval result, the method further comprises removing, from the target policy information, issued policy information in which the indispensable material cannot be matched with the declaration condition information based on the first retrieval result.
5. The method for calculating policy matching degree according to claim 3, wherein the step of generating a declaration bill of materials for each item of issued policy information includes:
analyzing the second retrieval result to obtain a possessed material list and a to-be-possessed material list;
matching corresponding to-be-provided material acquisition path files according to the to-be-provided material list;
and generating a declaration material list, wherein the declaration material list comprises an possessed material list, a to-be-possessed material list and a to-be-possessed material acquisition path file.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating a declaration bill of materials for each item of issued policy information and sorting the declaration bill of materials according to the degree of matching is a bubble sorting.
7. The method of calculating policy matching degree according to claim 1, wherein the policy information base is networked in real time and policy information is updated in real time.
8. A system for calculating a degree of policy matching, the system comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring pre-declaration policy information and declaration condition information of a user, wherein the declaration condition information at least comprises qualification information and fund information of the user;
the policy retrieval module is used for retrieving a policy information base according to pre-declared policy information to obtain target policy information, wherein the target policy information comprises all retrieved published policy information and a necessary material list required by the published policy information;
the matching degree calculation module is used for calculating the matching degree between the declaration condition information of the user and the necessary material list required by each item of issued policy information in the target policy information according to the target policy information and the declaration condition information;
and the sorting module is used for generating a declaration material list for each item of issued policy information and sorting the declaration material list according to the matching degree.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method of calculating a policy matching degree according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method of calculating a policy matching degree according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
