Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner control method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: sending a sterilization control instruction according to the sterilization instruction in a heating mode of the air conditioner; acquiring the indoor environment humidity; when the indoor environment humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity, controlling to execute a sterilization control instruction; and when the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, controlling the refrigerating device to increase the power. It should be noted that the preset humidity is the optimum humidity which can make the human body in the indoor environment feel comfortable, and may be any value between 40%, 60% or 40% -60%; or, the preset humidity is the humidity set by the user.
The sterilization control command is used for controlling the operation of the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device. The ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the water collecting tank, and the water collecting tank is used for collecting condensed water. The ultraviolet lamp can be arranged above the water surface of the water collecting tank; the submersible ultraviolet lamp can be arranged in the water collecting tank, so that the irradiation area is increased, and the sterilization efficiency is improved.
Refrigerating plant is installed to the air intake of air conditioner for turn into the comdenstion water with the air of indoor environment, refrigerating plant passes through the pipeline with the header tank and links to each other, so that collect the comdenstion water to the header tank in, realize the bactericidal treatment of comdenstion water through ultraviolet lamp, and then improve the air pollution situation of indoor environment.
The atomizer is used for atomizing the clean comdenstion water through disinfecting in the header tank, and the atomizer links to each other with the inlet end of evaporimeter to make clean comdenstion water fog liquid carry out the heat exchange through the evaporimeter and then get into indoor environment, improve the air cleanliness factor of indoor environment. The atomizer can also be communicated with an air outlet of the air conditioner, and atomized condensed water is directly scattered to the indoor environment.
When the atomizer is communicated with the air outlet of the air conditioner, because the temperature of the condensed water in the water collecting tank is low, the condensed water is atomized by the atomizer and then directly enters the indoor environment to influence the heating effect of the air conditioner, and therefore, when the sterilization control instruction is controlled and executed, the power of the compressor is improved and/or the rotating speed of the cross flow fan is improved, heating is accelerated, and the temperature loss of the indoor environment caused by the low-temperature condensed water is compensated. The air conditioner can also obtain the indoor environment temperature in the heating mode, and if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the air conditioner reaches the target temperature and directly controls the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device to execute the sterilization control instruction; if the indoor environment temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the air conditioner does not reach the target temperature, the heating speed needs to be increased until the air conditioner reaches the target temperature, so that the power of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the cross-flow fan are controlled to be increased while the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device are controlled to execute the sterilization control instruction, and the heating effect is ensured while the indoor environment air is sterilized.
The acquisition of the indoor environment humidity can be performed after the sterilization control instruction is sent according to the sterilization instruction, or before the sterilization control instruction is sent according to the sterilization instruction.
When the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, only the refrigerating device is controlled to operate and the power is increased, the air of the indoor environment is converted into condensed water, the indoor environment humidity is reduced, and the indoor environment humidity can reach the comfortable humidity of the human body more quickly. On the basis of this embodiment, can also control the operation of ultraviolet lamp, disinfect the disinfection to the comdenstion water when reducing indoor environment humidity, alleviate indoor environment air pollution.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the atomizer can be controlled to be turned off, for example, after the sterilization control instruction is executed for a period of time, the humidity sensor detects that the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the atomizer in operation is turned off at this time, and the refrigerating device is operated with increased power to reduce the indoor environment humidity.
According to the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sterilization control instruction is sent according to the sterilization instruction in the heating mode of the air conditioner, the operation of the ultraviolet lamp is controlled, and the condensed water in the water collecting tank is sterilized; controlling the atomizer to operate, atomizing and heating the condensed water, and enabling the condensed water to enter the indoor for circulation; the refrigerating device arranged at the air inlet of the air conditioner is controlled to operate, and the air in the indoor environment is converted into condensed water, so that the circulating sterilization treatment of the indoor polluted air is realized, and the air quality of the indoor environment is improved. By acquiring the indoor environment humidity, when the indoor environment humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity, the sterilization control instruction is controlled to be executed, and the indoor environment humidity is increased to a certain extent by the atomized condensed water; when the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the refrigerating device is controlled to increase the power, the air in the indoor environment is converted into condensed water, the indoor environment humidity is reduced, and the comfort level is improved.
It is understood that the air conditioner may be a single heating fan heater or an air conditioner having both heating and cooling functions.
As shown in fig. 2, before the sterilization control command is issued according to the sterilization command in the heating mode of the air conditioner, the method further includes: acquiring the indoor ambient air quality; and when the indoor ambient air quality is less than the preset air quality, generating a sterilization instruction.
The indoor environment air quality is obtained through an air quality detection device, and the air quality detection device comprises a bacteria density detection device and can also comprise a PM sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor and the like. The preset air quality comprises parameters such as preset bacteria density, PM index and carbon dioxide content, when the indoor environment air quality does not reach the preset air quality, the indoor environment needs to be improved, and a sterilization instruction is automatically generated, so that the polluted air of the indoor environment is sterilized, and the indoor environment air quality is improved.
The sterilization instructions may also be generated by manual settings. For example, the air conditioner has a sterilization mode, and after the user sets the sterilization mode, a sterilization command is generated to control the operation of the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer, and the refrigeration device. When the sterilization instruction is sent out manually, the air conditioner continues to perform sterilization treatment until a user closes the sterilization mode; when the sterilization instruction is automatically generated according to the indoor ambient air quality, in the process of performing sterilization treatment on the air conditioner, the air quality detection device acquires or acquires the indoor ambient air quality in real time according to a preset time interval, if the indoor ambient air quality does not reach the preset air quality, the air conditioner continues to perform sterilization treatment, and if the indoor ambient air quality reaches the preset air quality, the operation of the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device is controlled to be stopped, and the sterilization mode is closed.
The sterilization control instruction is also used for controlling the humidifier to operate, the humidifier and the atomizer jointly achieve the humidification effect on the indoor environment, and the response speed of the indoor environment reaching the preset humidity is improved.
Further, before the sterilization control instruction is controlled to be executed, the water level of the water collecting tank is obtained; when the water level is more than or equal to the preset water level, the water amount in the water collection tank is sufficient, and at the moment, a sterilization control instruction is controlled to be executed; when the water level is less than the preset water level, the water amount in the water collecting tank is insufficient, the water level early warning is sent out at the moment, a user is reminded to add water into the water collecting tank, the power of the refrigerating device can be further improved, and the formation of condensed water is accelerated. It should be noted that, the preset water level is the lowest water level that can enable the ultraviolet lamp to normally exert the sterilization effect and enable the atomizer to normally atomize the condensed water, so as to avoid the phenomenon that atomization cannot be performed or cause power waste.

The atomized condensed water of the atomizer enters the indoor circulation, and the condensed water converted by the refrigerating device flows to the water collecting tank.
In the heating mode of the air conditioner, the control unit sends out a sterilization control instruction; the acquisition unit acquires the indoor environment humidity; when the control unit judges that the indoor environment humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity, the control unit controls the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device to execute a sterilization control instruction, and improves the indoor environment humidity while sterilizing; when the control unit judges that the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the control unit controls the refrigerating device to increase the power and reduce the indoor environment humidity.

The refrigerating device is connected with the water collecting tank through a pipeline, and the condensed water converted by the refrigerating device flows into the water collecting tank through the pipeline.
The controller is respectively in communication connection with the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device so as to control the operation of the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device.
Wherein, the atomized condensed water enters the indoor circulation. For example, the outlet of the atomizer is communicated with the air inlet, and the atomized condensed water directly enters the indoor environment through the air inlet. For another example, the outlet of the atomizer is connected with the air inlet end of the evaporator, and the atomized condensed water enters the indoor environment after passing through the evaporator.
When the atomizer is communicated with the air outlet of the air conditioner, the controller controls and executes the sterilization control instruction, and simultaneously controls and increases the power of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the cross flow fan, so that heating is accelerated, and temperature loss of low-temperature condensate water to the indoor environment is compensated. Or the controller firstly acquires the indoor environment temperature in the heating mode, and if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the controller directly controls the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device to execute a sterilization control instruction; if the indoor environment temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the controller controls the ultraviolet lamp, the atomizer and the refrigerating device to execute the sterilization control instruction, and simultaneously controls and increases the power of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the cross-flow fan, so that the heating effect is ensured while the indoor environment air is sterilized.
Under the heating mode of the air conditioner, the controller sends out a sterilization control instruction according to the sterilization instruction to acquire the indoor environment humidity, and when the indoor environment humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity, the controller controls the operation of the ultraviolet lamp to sterilize the condensed water in the water collecting tank; controlling the atomizer to operate, atomizing and heating the condensed water, and enabling the condensed water to enter the indoor for circulation; the refrigerating device arranged at the air inlet of the air conditioner is controlled to operate, and the air in the indoor environment is converted into condensed water, so that the circulating sterilization treatment of the indoor polluted air is realized, and the air quality of the indoor environment is improved. When the indoor environment humidity is larger than the preset humidity, the controller controls the refrigerating device to increase power, so that the air in the indoor environment is converted into condensate water, the indoor environment humidity is reduced, and the comfort level is improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
