本发明属于混凝土电杆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,包括纵向钢筋形成的锥筒形钢筋笼,在纵向钢筋***缠绕的环向筋层,在纵向钢筋和环向筋层外侧包裹的混凝土杆体,其特征在于环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维束构成、环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的环向钢筋和纤维束混合缠绕构成或环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维复合钢筋构成。本发明在纵向筋的***缠绕耐腐蚀的纤维束来代替容易被腐蚀的环向钢筋,这样在混凝土抗渗透性不好时,腐蚀性介质先渗透到耐腐蚀的纤维表面,此时因为纤维耐腐蚀性能较好,不会被腐蚀,杆体的力学性能也不会改变,解决了混凝土电杆外层环向筋被腐蚀的问题,进而降低或消除杆体被腐蚀的可能。

本发明属于混凝土电杆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种耐腐蚀混凝土电杆。
背景技术
普通混凝土电杆的结构一般由外表缠绕环向钢筋的纵向钢筋形成锥筒形钢筋笼,在钢筋笼外层包裹水泥保护层构成,普通混凝土电杆的腐蚀主要是外层钢筋的腐蚀,由于形成钢筋保护层混凝土的抗渗性不好,腐蚀性介质渗透到钢筋表面,首先腐蚀外层环向钢筋,然后逐渐向内扩散,造成杆体破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,以解决混凝土电杆外层环向筋被腐蚀的问题,进而降低或消除杆体被腐蚀的可能性。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
本发明的耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,包括纵向钢筋形成的锥筒形钢筋笼,在所述的纵向钢筋***缠绕的环向筋层,在所述纵向钢筋和环向筋层外侧包裹的混凝土杆体,其特征在于所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维束构成、所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的环向钢筋和纤维束混合缠绕构成或所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维复合钢筋构成。
所述的纤维复合钢筋包括环向钢筋,设置在此环向钢筋外表面的纤维束层。
所述的纤维束为玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、碳纤维或高分子合成纤维制成的纤维束。
本发明的优点:
本发明的耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,在纵向筋的***缠绕耐腐蚀的纤维束来代替容易被腐蚀的环向钢筋,这样在混凝土抗渗透性不好时,腐蚀性介质先渗透到耐腐蚀的纤维表面,此时因为纤维耐腐蚀性能较好,不会被腐蚀,杆体的力学性能也不会改变,解决了混凝土电杆外层环向筋被腐蚀的问题,进而降低或消除杆体被腐蚀的可能。

下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-4所示,本发明的耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,包括纵向钢筋2形成的锥筒形钢筋笼,在所述的纵向钢筋2***缠绕的环向筋层,在所述纵向钢筋2和环向筋层外侧包裹的混凝土杆体1,其特征在于所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维束3构成、所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的环向钢筋4和纤维束3混合缠绕构成或所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维复合钢筋构成。
所述的纤维复合钢筋包括环向钢筋4,设置在此环向钢筋4外表面的纤维束层。
所述的纤维束3为玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、碳纤维或高分子合成纤维制成的纤维束。
本发明的耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,在纵向钢筋2的***缠绕耐腐蚀的纤维束3代替容易被腐蚀的环向钢筋4,这样在混凝土抗渗透性不好时,腐蚀性介质先渗透到耐腐蚀的纤维表面,此时因为纤维耐腐蚀性能较好,不会被腐蚀,杆体的力学性能也不会改变,这种耐腐蚀纤维可以是玻璃纤维,玄武岩纤维,碳纤维以及高分子合成纤维(如:PVA纤维,聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚酰胺纤维等)。环向筋层的结构可以是完全由纤维束3代替环向钢筋4,也就是全部的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维束3构成;也可以是纤维束3在环向钢筋4间隔处缠绕,由环向钢筋4和纤维束3混合螺旋缠绕在纵向钢筋2的***;还可以是在原有的环向钢筋4的基础上,在外表面增加纤维束层构成纤维复合钢筋,用于补充在环向钢筋4受到腐蚀时,环向约束力的降低。
本发明解决了混凝土电杆外层环向钢筋4被腐蚀的问题,进而降低或消除杆体被腐蚀的可能。

1.一种耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,包括纵向钢筋形成的锥筒形钢筋笼,在所述的纵向钢筋***缠绕的环向筋层,在所述纵向钢筋和环向筋层外侧包裹的混凝土杆体,其特征在于所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维束构成、所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的环向钢筋和纤维束混合缠绕构成或所述的环向筋层由螺旋缠绕的纤维复合钢筋构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,其特征在于所述的纤维复合钢筋包括环向钢筋,设置在此环向钢筋外表面的纤维束层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀混凝土电杆,其特征在于所述的纤维束为玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、碳纤维或高分子合成纤维制成的纤维束。
