Abstract

The invention provides a waterproof film for a waterproof zipper and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the waterproof film comprises a bottom glue layer and a surface glue layer which are in contact; the primer layer comprises 60-90% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 2-8% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 2-8% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 0-5% of waterborne isocyanate, 5-15% of water, 0.5-1% of thickening agent and 0.5-1% of wetting agent by mass fraction; the surface glue comprises 60-90% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 1-3% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1-3% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 5-15% of water, 0.5-1% of thickening agent, 0.5-1% of wetting agent and 0.5-1% of defoaming agent. The primer and the surface adhesive of the waterproof film both use water as a solvent, and the butanone and DMF organic solvent are replaced by water, so that the requirement of environment-friendly OEKO is met; the speed of volatilization under heating is accelerated, and the components interact, so that the adhesive effect of the glue can be improved, and the glue has an excellent waterproof function.

60-90% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 2-8% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 2-8% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 0-5% of waterborne isocyanate, 5-15% of water, 0.5-1% of thickening agent and 0.5-1% of wetting agent;
the surface glue layer comprises the following components:
60 to 90 percent of carboxylic acid type water-based polyurethane, 1 to 3 percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1 to 3 percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 5 to 15 percent of water, 0.5 to 1 percent of thickening agent, 0.5 to 1 percent of wetting agent and 0.5 to 1 percent of defoaming agent.
In the invention, the thickening agents in the primer and the surface glue are selected from polyether polyurethane thickening agents; the wetting agent in the primer and the surface glue is selected from alkyl ether polyphosphate. In a specific embodiment, the polyether polyurethane thickener is ViscolamPS166; the model of the alkyl ether polyphosphate is Verapon490.
In the invention, the water-based isocyanate in the primer is selected from S-100 water-based isocyanate curing agent and/or S-208 water-based isocyanate curing agent.
The carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane in the base glue and the surface glue is selected from Wanli pua-1642 waterborne polyurethane and/or BS puaw waterborne polyurethane.

or the bottom glue layer comprises 62% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 8% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 8% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 5% of waterborne isocyanate, 15% of water, 1% of polyether polyurethane thickener and 1% of alkyl ether polyphosphate wetting agent; the surface glue layer comprises 77% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 3% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 3% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 15% of water, 0.5% of polyether polyurethane thickener, 0.5% of alkyl ether polyphosphate wetting agent and 1% of defoaming agent;
or the bottom glue layer comprises 84 percent of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 2 percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 2 percent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 3 percent of waterborne isocyanate, 8 percent of water, 0.5 percent of polyether polyurethane thickener and 0.5 percent of alkyl ether polyphosphate wetting agent; the surface glue layer comprises 86% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 2% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 2% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 8% of water, 0.5% of polyether polyurethane thickener, 0.5% of alkyl ether polyphosphate wetting agent and 1% of defoaming agent.
The invention provides a preparation method of the waterproof film for the waterproof zipper in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:
mixing 60-90% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 1-3% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1-3% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 5-15% of water, 0.5-1% of thickening agent, 0.5-1% of wetting agent and 0.5-1% of defoaming agent to obtain a surface glue, mixing the surface glue and the water according to a mass ratio of 1.2-0.4, gluing, scraping the glue, baking at 50-100 ℃, cooling and forming a film;
mixing 60-90% of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, 2-8% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 2-8% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 0-5% of waterborne isocyanate, 5-15% of water, 0.5-1% of thickening agent and 0.5-1% of wetting agent to obtain primer, mixing the primer and the water according to a mass ratio of 1.2-0.4, gluing, baking at 125-135 ℃ for 10-15 min, laminating, and cooling to obtain the glue layer for the waterproof zipper.
In the invention, the thickness of the primer after being scraped is 2.2-2.8 mu m.
In the present invention, the baking at 50 to 100 ℃ comprises:
sequentially baking at 50-70 ℃ for 30-60s, 70-80 ℃ for 30-60s, 80-100 ℃ for 30-60s and 100 ℃ for 30-60 s.
