Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:
referring to fig. 1, a method for grinding a golf club head according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: clamping a positioning member 2 by a clamping device 1 to send a golf club head semi-finished product H to a surface treatment device 3, and grinding the golf club head semi-finished product H at least twice by the surface treatment device 3; and polishing the golf club head semi-finished product H.
Specifically, a plurality of golf club head blanks H can be placed on a club head placement member T in advance, the gripping device 1 can grip a golf club head blank H from the club head placement member T so that the grinding process can be performed continuously, the gripping device 1 can be connected to a power supply source to provide the gripping device 1 with operation, for example, the gripping device 1 can drive the gripping device 1 by electric power, so that the gripping device 1 can grip the golf club head blanks H. In this embodiment, the gripping device 1 may be connected to a robot arm R, so that an operator can automatically control the gripping device 1 to grip the golf club head semi-finished product H by a program set by a central processing system, for example, the robot arm R may be a six-axis robot arm, so that the gripping device 1 can reach any position and angle in a three-dimensional space, so as to facilitate gripping the golf club head semi-finished product H to move at any position, thereby further improving the grinding accuracy.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the clamping device 1 clamps the positioning member 2 to drive the golf club head semi-finished product H, and the positioning member 2 can be combined with the stem of the golf club head semi-finished product H, so that the surface of the head of the golf club head H, i.e., the striking part (Face), the Sole part (Sole), the Back part (Back), the Heel part (Heel), and the Toe part (Toe), is not covered by the clamping device 1, and the surface of the head of the golf club head H can be completely processed. In detail, the positioning member 2 may have a fixing portion 21 and a clamping portion 22 opposite to each other, the fixing portion 21 may be fixed to the stem of the golf club head H, for example, the fixing portion 21 may have a hollow thread 23, the hollow thread 23 may be screwed by a screw 24, so that the fixing portion 21 may be combined with a stem opening H1 of the golf club head semi-finished product H, the golf club head semi-finished product H further has a Sole opening H2, the Sole opening H2 is communicated with the stem opening H1, thereby, the screw 24 may be screwed to the hollow thread 23 to fix the fixing portion 21 to the stem of the golf club head semi-finished product H. The clamping portion 22 can be clamped by the clamping device 1, and the clamping portion 22 preferably has a shape matching with the clamping device 1, so as to improve the stability of the clamping device 1 for clamping the clamping portion 2 b.
Referring to fig. 3, the fixing portion 21 may be a plurality of petals, in this embodiment, the petals are two petals, and the two petals can elastically expand and deform. In detail, a shaft 25 may be inserted into the positioning element 2, the shaft 25 penetrates through the fixing portion 21 and the clamping portion 22 of the positioning element 2, one end of the shaft 25 forms a radially expanded expanding portion 25a, the expanding portion 25a may be located between two lobes of the fixing portion 21, an inner wall of the fixing portion 21 may have an inclined surface corresponding to the expanding portion 25a, that is, the inner wall forms a diameter reduction in a direction toward the clamping portion 22, the other end of the shaft 25 protrudes into the clamping portion 22, and the protruding end may have a threaded portion 25b, the threaded portion 25b may be screwed with a screw 26 of the positioning element 2, and the screw 26 may be adjacent to the clamping portion 22. Therefore, when the screw 26 of the positioning member 2 is rotated, the shaft rod 25 can axially displace toward the clamping portion 22 of the positioning member 2, so that the expanding portion 25a can press against the inner wall of the fixing portion 21, so as to force the fixing portion 21 formed by a plurality of petals to expand and deform, so that the fixing portion 21 can press against the inner circumferential wall of the stem of the golf club head H, thereby fixing the fixing portion 21 to the stem of the golf club head semi-finished product H.
Referring to fig. 1, the clamping device 1 is used to clamp the clamping portion of the positioning member 2 to drive the golf club head semi-finished product H to the surface treatment device 3, so that the surface treatment device 3 can grind the golf club head semi-finished product H, the surface treatment device 3 has at least one first grinding member 31 and one second grinding member 32, the first grinding member 31 and the second grinding member 32 can be conventional grinding belts and grinding wheels, so that the surface treatment device 3 can grind the golf club head semi-finished product H at least twice, the first grinding member 31 and the second grinding member 32 can have different grinding thicknesses, respectively, so as to grind the golf club head semi-finished product H with appropriate grinding numbers according to the product requirements of the golf club head. In this embodiment, the number of the first polishing member 31 can be 120-240, and the number of the second polishing member 32 can be 1000-1600, so that the first polishing member 31 with the lower number can be used to perform rough polishing on the golf club head semi-finished product H, and then the second polishing member 32 with the higher number can be used to perform fine polishing on the golf club head semi-finished product H. In addition, during grinding, a cooling liquid may be poured into the golf club head semi-finished product H to achieve the effects of reducing the temperature and improving the grinding smoothness, which is not limited by the present invention.
The polished golf club head semi-finished product H is polished to make the golf club head semi-finished product H have a good appearance, and in detail, the surface treatment device 3 may have at least one polishing member 33 to polish the golf club head semi-finished product H by the polishing member 33, and the polishing member 33 may be a hemp wheel or a cloth wheel, thereby making the golf club head semi-finished product H have a smooth surface effect.
In summary, the golf club head grinding method of the present invention uses the clamping device to clamp the positioning element combined with the stem of the golf club head semi-finished product and send the positioning element to the surface processing device, so as to perform rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing on different parts of the golf club head semi-finished product in sequence, and can replace manual operation automatically, thereby achieving the effects of reducing labor cost, fast grinding and accurately controlling grinding amount and grinding quality.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the above embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
