When the water tank body 32 is completely cleaned, the drain valve 29 is opened and water flows out through the drain port 45. In operation, the water level in the water tank 32 is controlled by the circulating water pump 28.

Claims (10)

1. A front end wet scrubbing combined plant, characterized by: comprises an upper wet-type waste gas purification device and a lower purification intelligent control box, wherein water circulation is formed between the upper wet-type waste gas purification device and the lower purification intelligent control box; the wet-type waste gas purification device comprises a wet-type purification equipment reaction box and a smoke stove body which are connected with each other, wherein the wet-type purification equipment reaction box is sequentially provided with an air storage box body, a spraying purification device and a water return tank from top to bottom, and the water return tank is connected with a stainless steel water return pipe of the purification intelligent control box through a lower drainage pipe; purify intelligent control case and include the control box on upper portion and the play water box of lower part, the stainless steel wet return reachs out the water box after passing the control box, it is provided with the water pump to go out the water box outside, the water pump is connected with the water feeding connector of wet-type clarification plant reaction box through circulating water pipe, the water feeding connector is connected with spray purifier through circulating water pipe.
2. The front end wet scrubbing assembly of claim 1, wherein: one end of the air storage box body is provided with an oblique vibration air pipe, and the oblique vibration air pipe is connected with an exhaust fan.
3. The front end wet scrubbing assembly of claim 1, wherein: the spraying and purifying device extends into the smoke stove body and is separated from the inner space of the smoke stove body through the oil smoke suction plate above the spraying and purifying device.

The front end wet scrubbing assembly of claim 1, wherein: the water inlet pipe of the spraying and purifying device is provided with an air speed adjusting plate which is arranged up and down, so that the spraying and purifying device is located on one side of the air speed adjusting plate, a scale grid baffle is arranged on the other side of the air speed adjusting plate, and the scale grid baffle is provided with holes.

The front end wet scrubbing assembly of claim 1, wherein: the stainless steel water return port and the oil-water separation overflow port connected with the stainless steel water return port are arranged in the water return groove, the stainless steel water return port is connected with the middle of the lower drainage pipe, the front end of the lower drainage pipe is connected to the water return groove, a lower drainage valve is arranged between the front end and the middle of the lower drainage pipe, and the rear end of the lower drainage pipe is connected with the stainless steel water return pipe.

The front end wet scrubbing assembly of claim 1, wherein: the water feeding connector of the wet purification equipment reaction box is connected with the circulating water feeding pipe sequentially through the water inlet pipe and the damping rubber pipe sleeve, and two ends of the damping rubber pipe sleeve are provided with galvanized loose joints.
