step five: after the air drying is finished, the movable motor (19) is started to drive the movable rod (20) to move, a film is coated on one surface of the billboard through the film coating cylinder (21), the billboard is turned to the other surface through the rotating motor (7) after the film coating is finished, then the film coating is carried out on the other surface of the billboard through the film coating cylinder (21), and the manufacture of the billboard is finished.
