receiving merchant reservation information of a first user, and generating a first pass; the first pass includes first location information for a first parking space allowing the first user to park;
acquiring a first license plate number of the first user, and binding the first license plate number and the first pass to generate binding information; storing the binding information to a parking pass management center;
and acquiring the binding information of the parking pass management center, and verifying whether the parked vehicle on the second parking space in the parking lot is in compliance or not based on the binding information.
2. The method of parking space security verification of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a second license plate number of a second user identified by the parking lot vehicle identification subsystem through the parking lot vehicle identification subsystem;
and inquiring the binding information of the parking pass management center based on the second license plate number, acquiring the first pass corresponding to the first license plate number when the second license plate number is the first license plate number, and guiding a user to park based on the first position information in the first pass.
3. The method of parking space security verification of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a parking request sent by a mobile terminal of a third user; the parking request comprises second position information of a first target parking space for parking by the third user;
inquiring the binding information based on the parking request, and generating a second pass certificate and controlling the parking space lock to be opened when the second position information is not the first position information;

when the second parking space is not the first parking space, acquiring a first pass guided by the parking guidance subsystem through the parking guidance subsystem, and verifying whether the second parking space is a third parking space in the first pass of a fourth user guided by the parking guidance subsystem;
when the second parking space is not the third parking space, sending first reminding information and first inquiry information to a second mobile terminal of the second user, wherein the first inquiry information is whether to determine parking;
receiving first response information for the first inquiry information sent by the second mobile terminal, and analyzing the first response information;
when the first response information is that parking is determined, verifying whether the second parking space is a fourth parking space in other binding information in the parking pass management center;

when the second parking space is the third parking space, acquiring the use condition of the parking space in the parking lot; when a parking space is free and the guiding distance from the fourth user to the free fifth parking space is smaller than the guiding distance from the fourth user to the third parking space, sending second inquiry information for replacing the parking space to the mobile terminal of the fourth user;
receiving second response information for the second inquiry information, which is sent by the mobile terminal of the fourth user, and analyzing the second response information;
when the second response information indicates that replacement is approved, taking the fifth parking space as the parking space of the first pass of the fourth user, taking the second parking space as the parking space of the first pass of the second user, permitting the second user to park, and controlling a parking space lock to be opened;
and when the second response message is not approved to be replaced, sending a second reminding message to the second user, and continuously guiding the second user to stop.
5. The method of parking space security verification of claim 2, further comprising:
when detecting that the vehicle of the second user is ready to park through the parking space sensing device of the second parking space, verifying whether the second parking space is the first parking space;
when the second parking space is the first parking space, controlling a parking space lock to be opened;
when the second parking space is not the first parking space, verifying whether the second parking space is a special parking space of a merchant;
when the second parking space is a special parking space, sending third inquiry information to the second user, wherein the third inquiry information comprises a parking reason;
receiving third response information for the third query information sent by the second user;
generating fourth inquiry information based on the third response information and sending the fourth inquiry information to the merchant;
receiving fourth response information sent by the merchant for the fourth inquiry information;
and analyzing the fourth response information, and controlling the parking space lock to be opened when the fourth response information is allowed to park.
6. A parking space safety verification system is characterized by comprising a merchant reservation subsystem, a parking certificate management center, a first user mobile terminal and a parking lot management subsystem;
the merchant reservation subsystem receives merchant reservation information of the first user through the mobile terminal of the first user and generates a first pass; the first pass includes first location information for a first parking space allowing the first user to park;

the parking guidance subsystem inquires the binding information of the parking pass management center based on the second license plate number, when the second license plate number is the first license plate number, the first pass corresponding to the first license plate number is obtained, and the user is guided to park based on the first position information in the first pass.
