5. An information management method, characterized in that the method comprises:
recording data information of each department into each form, setting an incidence relation among the forms, and generating a data pool based on the incidence relation among the forms and the forms;
setting a flow relation among forms, and compiling calculation logic among form data based on the flow relation;
extracting the data information in the data pool, and automatically updating the related data information according to the calculation logic;
and forming a chart required by a decision layer according to the data information in the data pool, and updating the chart in real time according to the updating of the data information.
6. The information management method according to claim 5, wherein the data information of each department specifically includes: order information, production material information, special process information, assembly information and purchase quantity information.
7. The information management method according to claim 5, wherein the writing of the calculation logic between the form data based on the flow relation specifically includes:
compiling a calculation logic for automatically calculating the total quantity of the same parts and purchased parts of each part of the whole computer according to the hierarchical relationship;
compiling a calculation logic for automatically calculating the upper and lower process relations of the process of each figure number according to the process route;
and compiling calculation logic for generating purchase suggested quantity by extracting data of the past 1 month and 3 months and comparing the data with the existing consumption.

The information management method according to claim 5, wherein the automatically updating the related data information according to the computation logic specifically comprises: updating the information of each form according to the input of new data or the calculation result of the calculation logic in the form; and updating the related information in other forms according to the incidence relation among the forms.

An information management apparatus characterized by comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the information management method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon an implementation program of information transfer, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the information management method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
