Abstract
Provided is a wind-break wall for a desert area, comprising: the wind-break wall comprises a steel upright post, a steel cable, a cross rod, an aluminum plate and an inclined strut, wherein the steel upright post and the cross rod form a main body frame of the wind-break wall; the steel cable consists of a steel cable main body and fixed ends, the fixed ends are arranged at two ends of the steel cable and used for fastening, and nuts are further arranged at two ends of the steel cable; the cross bar consists of an upper cross bar, a middle cross bar and lower square steel; the cross rod is provided with a hanging lug for fixing the aluminum plate, and two ends of the cross rod are closed and provided with bolt holes; the aluminum plate is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping groove is connected with the fastener through the nut and fixed on the steel cable main body, the fixing end is fixedly connected onto the steel upright post, and the size of a gap between the aluminum plates can be adjusted, so that different requirements on wind shielding rate in different areas and different environments are met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of construction equipment for building engineering in desert areas, in particular to a wind-break wall for the desert areas.
Background
With the increasing of engineering construction in recent years, land resources are more and more tense, a large project has to select a desert area with poor geological conditions, the wind speed is high due to the fact that sandy soil on the surface layer of the desert area is loose and lacks of vegetation, and the traditional wind shield or wind shield wall is limited by the structure of the wind shield or wind shield wall, and cannot bear wind load at all or cannot be used as a large wind shield surface. And most of the existing wind-break walls are composed of wind-break plates, steel structure supports and concrete foundations, the wind-break plates are thin steel plates with a certain number of holes, the wind-break rate is fixed and cannot be adjusted, and the wind-break walls are not suitable for construction in desert regions in climate.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a wind-break wall for desert areas to solve one or more of the above-mentioned technical problems.

In order to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a wind-break wall for a desert area, which is mainly used for construction in a construction engineering desert area to adapt to extreme climatic conditions of the desert area, and the distance between wind-break aluminum plates can be adjusted according to the use requirements of different areas to adapt to different wind-break rate requirements.
The invention aims to provide a wind-break wall for desert areas, which comprises:
the wind break comprises a steel upright post (1-1), a steel cable, a cross rod, an aluminum plate (4-1) and an inclined strut (5-1), wherein the steel upright post (1-1) and the cross rod form a main body frame of the wind break wall, the aluminum plate (4-1) is used for transmitting wind load to the steel cable, the steel cable transmits the whole load including the wind load to a frame structure, and the inclined strut (5-1) is connected with the steel upright post (1-1) and a foundation small post of the wind break wall and provides additional support for the steel upright post (1-1).
According to the other aspect of the invention, the steel upright post (1-1) consists of a cylinder, a steel cable and a cross bar, and the top end of the steel upright post (1-1) is closed.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the bottom of the steel upright (1-1) is provided with two rings of reinforcing rings.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the wire rope is composed of a wire rope body (2-1) and fixing ends (2-2), the fixing ends (2-2) being provided at both ends of the wire rope for fastening.
According to another aspect of the invention, the steel cable is made of stainless steel, and nuts matched with the fixed end heads (2-2) for fastening are further arranged at two ends of the steel cable.
According to another aspect of the invention, the cross bar is composed of an upper cross bar (3-1), a middle cross bar (3-2) and lower square steel (3-3).
According to another aspect of the invention, the cross bar is provided with a hanging lug, and the hanging lug is used for fixing the aluminum plate.
According to another aspect of the invention, the cross bar is closed at both ends and provided with bolt holes.
According to another aspect of the invention, the aluminum plate (4-1) is provided with a clamping groove, and the aluminum plate is fixed on the steel cable main body (2-1) through a nut connecting fastener (6-1) and is fixedly connected on the steel upright post (1-1) through the fixing end head (2-2), and finally the main structure of the wind-break wall is formed.
According to another aspect of the invention, the size of the gap between the aluminum plates (4-1) can be adjusted so as to adapt to different requirements on wind shielding rate in different regions and different environments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a wind-break wall for desert areas of the present embodiment includes:
the wind-break wall comprises steel columns 1-1, a steel cable, a cross rod, an aluminum plate 4-1 and an inclined strut 5-1, wherein the steel columns 1-1 and the cross rod form a main body frame of the wind-break wall, the aluminum plate 4-1 is used for transmitting wind load to the steel cable, the steel cable transmits the whole load including the wind load to the main body frame, and the inclined strut 5-1 is connected with the steel columns 1-1 and a foundation columella of the wind-break wall and provides additional support for a frame structure.
According to another aspect of this embodiment, the steel upright 1-1 is composed of a column, a steel cable and a cross bar, the bottom of the steel upright 1-1 is provided with two rings of reinforcing bars, and the top end of the steel upright 1-1 is closed.
According to a further aspect of the present embodiment, the wire rope is composed of a wire rope body 2-1 and fixing end heads 2-2, and the fixing end heads 2-2 are provided at both ends of the wire rope for fastening.
According to another aspect of this embodiment, the cable is made of stainless steel and is provided at both ends with nuts fitted to the fixing ends 2-2 for fastening.
According to yet another aspect of this embodiment, the cross bar is comprised of an upper cross bar 3-1, a middle cross bar 3-2, and lower square steel 3-3.
According to another aspect of the embodiment, the cross rod is provided with a hanging lug, the hanging lug is used for fixing the aluminum plate, and two ends of the cross rod are closed and provided with bolt holes.
According to another aspect of the embodiment, the aluminum plate 4-1 is provided with a clamping groove, and the aluminum plate is fixed on the steel cable main body 2-1 through the nut connecting fastener 6-1 and is fixedly connected on the steel upright post 1-1 through the fixing end 2-2, so as to finally form the main structure of the wind-break wall.

The working principle is as follows:
during installation, the steel upright posts 1-1 and the cross rods are connected into an integral frame structure, then the steel upright posts 1-1 are erected in the concrete base, the verticality is adjusted, grouting and fixing are carried out, steel cables and aluminum plates 4-1 are installed on the fixed frame structure, and finally all nuts are screwed down and fixed to complete installation.
The wind-break wall of this embodiment simple to operate just can be stable enough, can resist the large-scale storm in the desert, and according to the user demand of difference, the rate of keeping out the wind can be adjusted.

the wind break comprises a steel upright post (1-1), a steel cable, a cross rod, an aluminum plate (4-1) and an inclined strut (5-1), wherein the steel upright post (1-1) and the cross rod form a main body frame of the wind break wall, the aluminum plate (4-1) is used for transmitting wind load to the steel cable, the steel cable transmits the whole load including the wind load to the main body frame, and the inclined strut (5-1) is connected with the steel upright post (1-1) and a foundation small post of the wind break wall and provides additional support for the steel upright post (1-1).
2. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the steel upright post (1-1) is composed of a post body, a steel cable and a cross rod, and the top end of the steel upright post (1-1) is closed.
3. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the bottom of the steel upright post (1-1) is provided with two circles of reinforcing steel rings.
4. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the steel cable is composed of a steel cable main body (2-1) and fixed ends (2-2), wherein the fixed ends (2-2) are arranged at two ends of the steel cable and used for fastening.
5. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the steel cable is made of stainless steel, and nuts matched with the fixed end heads (2-2) for fastening are further arranged at two ends of the steel cable.
6. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cross bar consists of an upper cross bar (3-1), a middle cross bar (3-2) and lower square steel (3-3).
7. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the cross rod is provided with a hanging lug which is used for fixing the aluminum plate.
8. The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the two ends of the cross rod are closed and provided with bolt holes.

The wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the aluminum plate (4-1) is provided with a clamping groove, the aluminum plate is fixed on the steel cable main body (2-1) through a nut connecting fastener (6-1) and is fixedly connected on the steel upright post (1-1) through the fixed end (2-2), and finally the main structure of the wind-break wall is formed.
10. A wind-break wall for desert areas as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the size of the gap between the aluminum plates (4-1) can be adjusted, so that different requirements on wind shielding rate in different regions and different environments are met.
