In fig. 6, a flow guide fan blade 61 is arranged on an air inlet of an air heating and humidifying device, air in the sauna shower room is sucked into an air inlet channel 62 by a fan 63 through the flow guide fan blade 61, the sucked air flows through the fan 63 and is then sent into an air outlet channel 68, an electric heating device 66 is arranged on the air outlet channel 68, thus the heating function of the air in the sauna shower room is realized, and the opening and closing of the fan 63 and the electric heater are controlled by a PLC programmable controller. A water mist spray head 70 is arranged on an internal air duct of the device, the water mist spray head 70 is connected to an electromagnetic water valve 71, a water pump 72, a water pipe 73, and the water pipe 73 is connected with a tap water pipeline. The electromagnetic water valve 71 and the water pump 72 are controlled to be opened and closed by a PLC programmable controller. The relative position relationship between the water mist nozzle and the electric heater is as follows: the water mist sprayed out of the water mist nozzle can be directly sprayed onto the electric heater. The water mist sprayed from the water mist spray head flows through the electric heater 66 to form mixed gas of water mist, steam and air, and the mixed gas is guided into the bathroom through the air supply channel, thereby realizing the humidifying function of the sauna shower room. A water sump 65 is provided below the mist head 70 and the electric heater to collect water droplets dripping from the mist head and the electric heater and to discharge the water droplets out of the apparatus through a drain pipe 64. 69 is the housing of the device. 67 is the guide vane of the air supply outlet. Fresh air pipe 76 is connected to the outside space of the sauna room, and blower 75 and air valve 74 are controlled by a PLC programmable controller, so that fresh air can be introduced into the sauna room from the outside of the sauna room as required. The introduced fresh air can improve the air quality in the sauna shower room. In addition, we set the air heating and humidifying device to be embedded in the enclosure of the sauna shower room, so that the internal space of the sauna shower room can be effectively enlarged.
The air heating and humidifying device shown in fig. 6 is controlled by a PLC programmable controller. A temperature probe and a humidity probe are arranged in the sauna shower room and are connected with the PLC, so that temperature and humidity signals of the sauna shower room are provided for the PLC. We can set up multiple operation modes for sauna shower room in advance on PLC programmable controller, and each operation mode can be started by one key. For example, we preset the mode 1 sauna room temperature to be controlled at 28-32 ℃, and the environment temperature of the sauna room is suitable for the old and children bathing in winter. Mode 2 can be preset, the temperature of the sauna shower room is 72-76 ℃, and the humidity is 28-38%, and the environmental temperature and humidity are standard sauna temperature and humidity. If you like a lower sauna temperature, we can preset the mode 3, the temperature of the sauna shower room is 65-68 ℃, the humidity is 28-38%, and all the modes can be started by one key, so we can use conveniently. Of course, each mode is such that the temperature and humidity parameters of the sauna room can be easily reset on site according to individual needs.
FIG. 7 shows the same sauna room as FIG. 1, and FIG. 8 shows all the equipment in the room in sauna. The roller blind of the laundry storage case 1 is in the closed position, the glass windows of the windows 6 are closed and the roller blind is in the closed position, the roller blind of the combination 8 of shower and partial shower enclosure structure is in the closed position and the roller blind of the bath consumable case 9 is in the closed position, whereby the sauna shower room is converted into the sauna. FIG. 8 shows a cross-sectional view of a sauna room, wherein a left wall 5 of the room is provided with a window structure 6, a rear wall is provided with a combination 8 of a shower device and a partial wrapping structure of the shower device, and a box combination 9 for placing bath articles, the upper part of the right wall is provided with a combination 1 of a clothes storage box, the lower part of the right wall is provided with an air heating and humidifying device 2, and the front wall is provided with a door; the top structure 7 is provided with a set of air heating and humidifying device 60 at the top, and the two sets of air heating and humidifying devices are controlled by a set of PLC programmable controller; the floor 3 is provided with drain holes 10, and the floor is provided with an anti-skid structure 4, which is combined into an embodiment of the sauna shower room. When the space of bathroom is bigger, set up 1 above air heating and humidification device, can provide stronger heating and humidification ability for the bathroom. The two air heating and humidifying devices are embedded into the sauna shower room, and the connection mode is favorable for increasing the internal space of the sauna shower room.

When the space of the bathroom is larger, more than 1 air heating and humidifying device is arranged, so that stronger heating and humidifying capacity can be provided for the bathroom, compared with the specific embodiment 2, the two air heating and humidifying devices are both in an externally hanging mode, and the connection mode is favorable for increasing the internal space of the sauna shower room.

FIG. 10 shows a cross-sectional view of a sauna bathroom, in which a window structure 6 is provided on the left side enclosure wall 5 of the bathroom, a set of shower devices and a combination 8 of partial enclosure structures of the shower devices are provided on the rear enclosure wall, and a set of box combination structures 9 for holding bath supplies are provided, a set of clothes storage box combination structure 1 is provided on the upper part of the right side enclosure wall, the air inlet and outlet of an air heating and humidifying device 96 independent of the enclosure structure of the sauna bathroom are connected with the inner space of the sauna bathroom through air pipes 94 and 95, and a door is provided on the front wall; a set of air heating and humidifying devices 97 is hung below the top structure 92, and the two sets of air heating and humidifying devices are controlled by a set of PLC; there are drain holes 91 on the floor 3, anti-skid structures 4 on the floor, and bases 92 in this sauna room, which are combined to form one embodiment of the sauna room. When the space of the bathroom is bigger, more than 1 air heating and humidifying device is arranged, so that stronger heating and humidifying capacity can be provided for the bathroom, compared with the specific embodiment 2, one air heating and humidifying device adopts a mode independent from the sauna bathroom, and the other air heating and humidifying device is hung below the top of the sauna bathroom, so that the connection mode is favorable for increasing the internal space of the sauna bathroom.
Specifically, the following description is provided: in 4 embodiments, the air heating and humidifying device is embedded in the side enclosure walls of the sauna room (element 2 in FIG. 1) or hung on the side enclosure walls of the sauna room (element 98 in FIG. 9) or embedded in the top structure of the sauna room (element 60 in FIG. 8) or placed on the top of the sauna room (element 99 in FIG. 9) or hung under the top of the sauna room (element 99 in FIG. 10), and the air inlet and outlet of the air heating and humidifying device (element 96 in FIG. 10) completely independent of the enclosure structure of the sauna room is guided into the interior of the sauna room through a duct. Claims (10)

1. The sauna shower room is formed by combining an enclosure structure, at least one set of shower device and at least one set of air heating and humidifying device;
one combination mode of the enclosing structure is as follows: the enclosing structure at least comprises an enclosing wall and a door on the enclosing wall, the top cover and the bottom structure enclose a closable space, wherein the bottom structure is a base or the ground;
one combination mode of the shower device is as follows: the shower device is externally connected with a hot water pipe and a cold water pipe, and is formed by combining a cold and hot water faucet and at least one of a handheld shower head and a top shower head, and the shower device is arranged on the inner wall of an enclosure structure of a bathroom or the top plate of the enclosure structure of the sauna shower room;
one combination mode of the air heating and humidifying device is as follows: the air heating and humidifying device at least comprises an electric heater (66), a fan (63), a water spray head (70), an air inlet channel (62), an air outlet channel (68), a PLC (programmable logic controller), a temperature probe and a humidity probe; the air inlet channel is communicated with the inner space of the enclosing structure, the air outlet channel is communicated with the inner space of the enclosing structure, the fan and the electric heater are arranged, and the water mist spray head is arranged on the air inlet channel or the air outlet channel; the water mist spray head is communicated with the electromagnetic valve and the water pump and is communicated with an external tap water pipeline in parallel, and the relative position relation between the water mist spray nozzle and the electric heater is as follows: the water mist sprayed by the water mist nozzle can be directly sprayed onto the electric heater; the temperature probe and the humidity probe are arranged in the inner space of the enclosing structure, the PLC is connected with the temperature probe and the humidity probe, and the output interface of the PLC is connected with the control and execution elements of the electric heater (66), the fan (63) and the water spray head (70).
