随着社会的快速发展,人们对于纺织成型类物品的材质越来越重视,如:衣服、被褥等,由于不同材质所带来的手感及功能不同,人们选择的需要性也逐渐被满足,纺织材质的主体多为纤维,但是,现有的用于纺织的纤维在使用过程中手感缺乏,且功能性不足。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种玉石凉感聚脂纤维,包括中心纤维丝、外套凉感纤维丝、复合搭载纤维丝和除菌纤维丝,所述中心纤维丝的外侧依次缠绕有除菌纤维丝、复合搭载纤维丝和外套凉感纤维丝,所述中心纤维丝用于纤维成型后整体内芯,使得不同纤维丝之间缠绕后保持纤维成型后整体的强度和韧性,所述外套凉感纤维用于维持接触位置的凉爽和去除异味,所述复合搭载纤维丝用于维持成型纤维的弹性,并形成良好的透气及透湿性能,所述除菌纤维丝用于配合阳光照射形成接触除菌和光媒质除菌。
优选的,所述中心纤维丝包括聚酰胺纤维内衬和聚乙烯醇纤维外层,所述聚酰胺纤维内衬的外层包裹有聚乙烯醇纤维外层,所述聚酰胺纤维外层最突出的优点是聚酰胺耐磨性高于其他所有纤维,聚酰胺纤维的强度也较高,配合聚乙烯醇纤维外层所具有的特别适于与其他纤维混纺的特性,既避免了聚酰胺纤维内衬中材质的质感略差的问题,又提高了纤维成型后整体成型的强度和韧性。
优选的,所述外套凉感纤维丝包括竹纤维和玉石粉,所述竹纤维的外侧涂覆有玉石粉,所述竹纤维所含的竹黄酮、竹离子、竹分子等有益成份和气味有效除臭,且利用气体的流通配合竹纤维的导热系数及自身不生凉的特性,使得纤维成型后整体在多种温度环境下均具有良好的使用舒适度,并配合玉石粉的冰凉质感及抗菌防螨能力,使得纤维成型后整体在接触皮肤后有玉石凉感。
优选的,所述复合搭载纤维丝的材质为亚麻纤维,所述亚麻纤维具有良好的透气性能和透湿性能,且具有一定的抗菌性能,提高纤维成型后整体的透气舒适性。
