Description

Water-based lubricating liquid for stamping stainless steel plates and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal working fluids, and particularly relates to an aqueous lubricating fluid for stamping stainless steel plates and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The metal working includes processes such as metal plastic working and metal cutting, and the industrial treatment fluid used in these processes has functions of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, etc., and such an industrial treatment fluid that can optimize the metal working process is called a metal working fluid. The metal working fluid comprises a forming working fluid and a cutting fluid.
The stamping process is one of the advanced metal working processes. On the basis of metal plastic deformation, a blank plate is punched to finally obtain a workpiece with a certain specification. Compared with other processes, the stamping process has unique advantages that: the stamping has higher utilization efficiency on raw materials; the stamping product has high standardization degree, good interchangeability and high precision; the stamping process can process various products with complex shapes; the parts with lighter weight, high strength and better quality can be obtained.
During the stamping process, the stamping part and the punch press are subjected to a great pressure. The stamping part and the die can contact with each other and move relatively, so that a friction phenomenon can occur. In addition, after stamping, the surfaces of the produced workpieces are easily oxidized and rusted. The lubricant can form a lubricating oil film with certain strength and thickness between the stamping part and the die so as to reduce the friction factor between the stamping part and the die; meanwhile, heat generated by lattice slippage and friction in the metal of the workpiece can be diffused and cooled rapidly; and forming a protective layer on the surface of the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from being rusted, thereby obtaining a stamped product with high processing precision.
At present, most of lubricating products for stamping stainless steel plates in the market are oil-based stamping oil. After the oil-based stamping oil is stamped, residual oil and additives exist on the surface of a workpiece, and the workpiece needs to be cleaned again by using a cleaning agent. In the cleaning process, a large amount of oily wastewater is generated, and the subsequent treatment cost of the wastewater is high. Based on the defects, a novel lubricating product which can meet the processing requirements, reduce the production cost and improve the production environment is needed in the stamping process of the stainless steel plate.
The Chinese patent publication No. 111303978A discloses a preparation method of an environment-friendly aqueous lubricating fluid, which is prepared by taking water as a main solvent and adding polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, a detergent, a wetting agent, an antirust agent, a bactericide and xanthan gum. However, specific detergent, wetting agent, rust inhibitor and bactericide are not disclosed in the patent, and detergent, wetting agent, rust inhibitor and bactericide which are commonly used in the existing oil-based stamping oil cannot obtain the clean lubricity, extreme pressure abrasion resistance and the like which meet the stamping processing requirements.
