Whole device does not need PLC or host computer transfer to judge, and the protection switch unit has self-diagnostic function, and the protection switch unit possesses the address coding function simultaneously, and to the different signal alarm of protection switch unit, the fault alarm module makes corresponding light and sound warning suggestion, and the location of the corresponding fault protection switch of quick suggestion can directly perceivedly be looked over and judge in a long distance to the maintenance or tour personnel.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of belt conveyors, in particular to a protection device alarm system and a belt conveyor which are suitable for the fields of electric power, steel, coal, water conservancy, chemical engineering, metallurgy, building materials and the like.
Background
At present, belt conveyors are widely applied to the fields of electric power, steel, coal, water conservancy, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials and the like. The safety protection device in the belt conveyor system is an essential part of the system design, and plays a vital role in the normal operation of the belt conveyor and the safety of personnel. However, with the increasing distance of belt conveyors, companies have put more and more demands on conventional protection switches, such as: the pull-cord switch and the deviation switch are required to have an address coding function.
At present, most manufacturers adopt a scheme that a control circuit board in a protection switch takes a single chip microcomputer as a monitoring host, an address coding function is embedded in the single chip microcomputer, signals are transmitted to a PLC control system or an upper computer between the protection switches in a parallel bus mode, and address codes and the like are inquired through the PLC control system or the upper computer.

Preferably, the signal transfer module comprises a signal isolation loop and a signal transfer loop; the signal of the protection switch unit is transmitted to an intermediate relay in the signal isolation loop through a terminal strip in the signal switching loop, and after the intermediate relay isolates the input signal, the signal is respectively switched to the fault alarm module through the separation contact to carry out sound and light alarm indication and is output through the terminal strip.
Preferably, the action alarm signal of the protection switch unit makes an intermittent alarm prompt tone through an audio alarm circuit; the self fault signal of the protection switch unit makes continuous alarm prompt tone through a sound alarm loop; the sound alarm loop has a selection function, and partial time periods are shielded or the volume is adjusted according to use requirements.
Preferably, the action alarm signal of the protection switch unit is displayed in a rotating mode through an alarm indicator lamp in an alarm indicating loop; the self fault signal of the protection switch unit is displayed in a rotating mode through a fault indicator lamp in the alarm indicating loop; the alarm indicator light and the fault indicator light are indicator lights with different colors respectively.
Preferably, the protection switch units are arranged in pairs at regular intervals along two sides of the belt; one of the protection switch units defines an address and uses a set of fault alarm modules.
Preferably, the protection switch unit includes a conventional switch and/or a digital switch.
Preferably, the conventional switch comprises one or more of a pull switch, a deviation switch, a tearing-proof switch, a slipping switch, a material flow switch and a blocking switch.
Preferably, the power protection module comprises a power indication loop and a current protection loop.
Preferably, the intelligent alarm device further comprises a box body, and a power supply protection module, a fault alarm module, a signal transfer module and a protection switch unit are arranged in the box body.
A belt conveyor comprises the protection device alarm system.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the whole device does not need PLC or upper computer transfer judgment, the protection switch units have a self-diagnosis function, meanwhile, the protection switch units have an address coding function, one protection switch unit defines one address, and a set of fault alarm module is used; no matter the protection switch unit is used for alarming according to action and/or signal alarming of self fault, the corresponding fault alarming module makes corresponding light and sound alarming prompt to quickly prompt the positioning of the corresponding fault protection switch, and the maintenance or inspection personnel can visually check and judge at a far position (without shielding by things) instead of reaching the installation position of the protection switch, and the light alarming prompt has more obvious effect at night.
2. To the different signals of protection switch unit, the fault alarm module carries out the suggestion simultaneously through the light of different colours and different sound, makes the fault type that maintainer only can judge the emergence through the colour of rotatory light and sound length to take different maintenance schemes according to the fault type, greatly improved event processing efficiency.
3. The signal transfer module adopts the intermediate relay as signal isolation, can effectively avoid signal interference, and the intermediate relay can become the multichannel with signal switching simultaneously, and scalability is good.
4. The sound alarm loop in the system has a selection function, can be freely selected according to actual needs, and is beneficial to energy conservation, environmental protection and noise pollution reduction.
5. Besides the conventional switch, the system can also be connected with other arbitrary digital switches, and has good compatibility and expandability.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the embodiment, taking the application of the protection device alarm system to a belt conveyor as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the protection device alarm system comprises an electrically connected power protection module 2, a fault alarm module 11, a signal relay module 10 and a protection switch unit 9; the power protection module 2, the fault alarm module 11, the signal transfer module 10 and the protection switch unit 9 are arranged in the box body 1; the power supply protection module 2 is used for carrying out power supply indication and electric protection on the system; the fault alarm module 11 comprises a sound alarm loop 5 and an alarm indication loop 6; the signal transfer module 10 isolates and transfers the external access signal; the action alarm signal and/or self fault signal of the protection switch unit 9 correspondingly makes different sound and light alarm indications through the fault alarm module 11; the protection switch unit 9 has an address coding function. The power protection module 2 comprises a power indication loop 3 and a current protection loop 4.
The signal transfer module 10 comprises a signal isolation loop 7 and a signal transfer loop 8; the signal of the protection switch unit 9 is transmitted to an intermediate relay in the signal isolation loop 7 through a terminal strip in the signal switching loop 8, and after the intermediate relay isolates the input signal, the signal is respectively switched to the fault alarm module 11 through a separation contact to carry out sound and light alarm indication, and is output through the terminal strip. The terminal block can be externally output to an external device.
When the protection switch unit 9 acts, namely external force enables the protection switch to send out an alarm signal, the signal is transmitted to the signal isolation loop 7 through the signal transfer loop 8, after the relay in the signal isolation loop 7 receives the signal, the signal is divided into two paths, one path is transmitted to the fault alarm module 11, and the other path is transmitted to external equipment through the signal transfer loop 8 to be output. After receiving the alarm signal, the fault alarm module 11 drives the yellow LED alarm indicator lamp in the alarm indication circuit 6 to rotate for indication, and simultaneously drives the sound alarm circuit 5 to make a continuous sound to prompt the fault position of the maintenance personnel.
When the protection switch has a fault, the mode is the same as the mode, the red LED alarm indicator lamp in the alarm indicating loop 6 is driven to rotate for indicating, and the sound alarm loop 5 is driven to emit continuous sound for prompting the fault position of a maintainer.
The field maintainer can judge the fault type only by judging whether the color and the sound of the rotary lamp are continuous or not, so that different maintenance schemes are adopted according to the fault type.
During actual use, the alarm sound can be selected and adjusted according to actual conditions, the sound alarm loop has a selection function, partial time periods are shielded or the volume is adjusted according to use requirements, and the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection are met. Meanwhile, the device is combined with other control systems for use, so that the accuracy and the efficiency are higher.
One protection switch unit defines one address and uses one set of fault alarm module. The protection switch unit 9 includes a conventional switch and/or a digital switch. The conventional switch comprises one or more of a pull-cord switch, a deviation switch, a tearing-proof switch, a slipping switch, a material flow switch and a blocking switch.
The protection switch unit 9 selects the deviation switches which are arranged on two sides of the belt in pairs, two ends of the belt are respectively provided with a pair of the deviation switches, positions which are 30 meters to 50 meters away from the two ends of the belt are respectively provided with a pair of the deviation switches, and the four pairs of the deviation switches effectively prevent economic loss caused by deviation of the belt.
The protection switch unit 9 is provided with pull switches in pairs, which are arranged on both sides of the belt from one end to the other end of the belt at intervals of 30-50 m. The distance between each pair of paired pull-cord switches is too short, so that the economic cost is too large, and the distance between each pair of pull-cord switches is too far, so that the accidents are not facilitated to be timely taken.

1. A protection device alarm system, characterized by: the system comprises a power supply protection module, a fault alarm module, a signal transfer module and a protection switch unit which are electrically connected; the power supply protection module is used for carrying out power supply indication and electric protection on the system; the fault alarm module comprises a sound alarm loop and an alarm indication loop; the signal transfer module is used for isolating and transferring an external access signal; the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch unit correspondingly make different sound and light alarm indications through the fault alarm module; the protection switch unit has an address coding function.
2. The protection device alarm system of claim 1, wherein the signal relay module comprises a signal isolation loop and a signal relay loop; the signal of the protection switch unit is transmitted to an intermediate relay in the signal isolation loop through a terminal strip in the signal switching loop, and after the intermediate relay isolates the input signal, the signal is respectively switched to the fault alarm module through the separation contact to carry out sound and light alarm indication and is output through the terminal strip.

The protection device alarm system according to claim 1, wherein the action alarm signal of the protection switch unit makes an intermittent alarm prompt tone through an audible alarm loop; the self fault signal of the protection switch unit makes continuous alarm prompt tone through a sound alarm loop; the sound alarm loop has a selection function, and partial time periods are shielded or the volume is adjusted according to use requirements.

The protection device alarm system of claim 1, wherein the action alarm signal of the protection switch unit is displayed by rotating an alarm indicator lamp in an alarm indicating loop; the self fault signal of the protection switch unit is displayed in a rotating mode through a fault indicator lamp in the alarm indicating loop; the alarm indicator light and the fault indicator light are indicator lights with different colors respectively.
5. A protection device alarm system according to claim 1, wherein the protection switch units are arranged in pairs at regular intervals along both sides of the belt; one of the protection switch units defines an address and uses a set of fault alarm modules.
6. A protection device alarm system according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the protection switch unit comprises a conventional switch and/or a digital quantity switch.
7. The protection device alarm system of claim 6, wherein the conventional switch comprises one or more of a combination of a pull switch, a yaw switch, a tear switch, a slip switch, a material flow switch, and a jam switch.
8. A protection device alarm system according to claim 1, wherein the power protection module includes a power indication loop and a current protection loop.
9. The protection device alarm system of claim 1, further comprising a box, wherein a power protection module, a fault alarm module, a signal relay module and a protection switch unit are arranged in the box.
10. A belt conveyor comprising a protection device alarm system as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9.
