Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a safety belt buckle mounting structure, a seat and a vehicle, and aims to solve the technical problems that the conventional passenger vehicle seat is provided with a rear-row safety belt buckle by two bolts or is connected with the safety belt buckle by a woven belt, so that the rear row of the vehicle is crowded and the vehicle is difficult to arrange.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a seat belt buckle mounting structure including:
the seat support is used for mounting a child seat mounting piece and is provided with a first connecting part;
the safety belt buckle support is provided with a second connecting part corresponding to the first connecting part; and the number of the first and second groups,
a connector simultaneously connected with the first and second connection parts to connect the seat bracket and the seat belt buckle bracket to a seat base.
Optionally, the seat support includes a fixing portion, and the first connecting portion includes a first through hole penetrating the fixing portion;
the safety belt buckle support comprises an installation part, the installation part and the fixed part are overlapped, and the second connection part comprises a second through hole which penetrates through the installation part and corresponds to the first through hole;
the connecting piece is arranged in the first through hole and the second through hole in a penetrating mode and is used for being connected with a third through hole arranged in the seat base, and therefore the seat support and the safety belt buckle support are connected to the seat base.
Optionally, the connecting piece includes a screw piece, the screw piece sequentially penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole to be connected with the third through hole, so that the seat belt buckle support is fixed to the seat support, and the seat support is fixed to the seat base.
Optionally, the mounting portion has a first end, a second end and two sides connecting the first end and the second end, the first end of the mounting portion is used to connect with a seat belt buckle;

The invention provides a safety belt buckle mounting structure which comprises a seat support, a safety belt buckle support and a connecting piece, wherein the seat support is used for mounting a child seat mounting piece and is provided with a first connecting part; a second connecting part is arranged on the safety belt buckle bracket corresponding to the first connecting part; the connector is connected to both the first and second connecting portions to connect the seat bracket and the seat belt buckle bracket to a seat base. In this way, the connecting piece is simultaneously connected with the first connecting part and the second connecting part, so that the seat support and the seat belt buckle support are connected to the seat base; thereby, only through one the connecting piece is realized the seat support with the seat belt buckle support with the connection of seat base has avoided using a plurality of connecting pieces respectively right the seat support with the seat belt buckle support carries out fixed connection, reaches and reduces the purpose that the connecting piece used, and then saves back row seat space and cost, optimizes the setting of filler cap and seat belt buckle installation position.

The arrangement space behind the general pick-up is narrow, the arrangement of the oil filler cover and the installation position of the safety belt buckle are both positioned at the front end of the partition, and meanwhile, the passenger car seat basically uses two bolts to install the rear row safety belt buckle or uses a woven belt to connect the safety belt buckle, so that the rear row of the car is crowded and difficult to arrange, please refer to fig. 1.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a seat belt buckle mounting structure to solve the problem that the conventional passenger car seat basically uses two bolts to mount a rear seat belt buckle, or uses a webbing to connect the seat belt buckle, so that the rear seat belt of the car is relatively crowded and difficult to arrange. Fig. 1 is an assembly structure view of a seat support and a mounting cross member in the prior art, fig. 2 is a partial schematic view of an embodiment of a seat according to the present invention, and fig. 3 to 7 are embodiments of a seat belt buckle mounting structure according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the seat buckle mounting structure 100 provided by the present invention includes a seat support 1, a seat buckle support 2 and a connecting member 3, wherein the seat support 1 is used for mounting a child seat mounting member, and a first connecting portion is disposed thereon; a second connecting part is arranged on the position, corresponding to the first connecting part, of the safety belt buckle support 2; the connector 3 is connected to both the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to connect the seat frame 1 and the seat belt buckle frame 2 to the seat base 410. In this manner, the connector 3 is simultaneously connected to the first connection portion and the second connection portion so that the seat frame 1 and the seat belt buckle frame 2 are connected to the seat base 410; thereby, only through one the connection piece 3 realize seat support 1 with buckle support 2 with seat base 410's connection, it is right respectively to have avoided using a plurality of connection pieces 3 seat support 1 with buckle support 2 carries out fixed connection, reaches the reduction the purpose that connection piece 3 used, and then saves back row seat 400's space and cost, optimizes the setting of filler cap and buckle 200 installation position.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 1, the conventional connection form of the seat belt buckle 200 generally connects the seat belt buckle 200 to the seat support 1 through a bolt, and then connects the seat support 1 to the seat base 410 through two bolts, and this connection form needs a plurality of bolts to finally implement the installation of the seat belt buckle 200 on the seat 400, which results in a large installation space required, so that the installation space of the seat belt buckle 200 may interfere with the installation space of the fuel filler cap. In the embodiment, only one connector 3 is needed to connect the seat support 1 and the seat belt buckle support 2 to the seat base 410, thereby saving space and cost.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the seat support 1 includes a fixing portion 11, and the first connecting portion includes a first through hole 111 penetrating the fixing portion 11; the seat belt buckle holder 2 comprises an installation part 21, the installation part 21 and the fixing part 11 are overlapped, and the second connection part comprises a second through hole 211 which penetrates through the installation part 21 and corresponds to the first through hole 111; the connecting member 3 is inserted into the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211, and is connected to a third through hole formed in the seat base 410, so as to connect the seat support 1 and the seat belt buckle support 2 to the seat base 410. Thus, when the seat is installed, the connecting member 3 is inserted into the first through hole 111, the second through hole 211 and the third through hole, so that the seat holder 1 and the seat belt buckle holder 2 are fixed to the seat base 410 at the same time, and the seat belt buckle holder is simple in structure and convenient to connect.
The form of the connecting member 3 is not limited, and the connecting member 3 may include a connecting rod and a limiting pin, and after the connecting rod is inserted into the first through hole 111, the second through hole 211 and the third through hole, the limiting pin is inserted into the limiting hole of the connecting rod to limit the connecting rod to be separated from the seat base 410; the connector 3 may have other forms as long as it can be engaged with the first through hole 111, the second through hole 211, and the third through hole to fix the seat belt buckle holder 2 and the seat holder 1 to the seat base 410. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5 to 7, the connecting member 3 includes a screw member, and the screw member sequentially penetrates through the second through hole 211 and the first through hole 111 to be connected to the third through hole, so that the seat belt buckle support 2 is fixed to the seat support 1, and the seat support 1 is fixed to the seat base 410; in this way, the seat belt buckle holder 2 is fixed to the seat holder 1 by the screw, and the seat holder 1 is fixed to the seat base 410.
It can be understood that a threaded hole is formed in the third through hole, and the threaded hole is matched and fixed with the screw connector, or in other forms; in this embodiment, the connecting member 3 further includes a nut, the screw member is sequentially inserted into the second through hole 211, the first through hole 111, and the third through hole, and the nut is further disposed on one side of the third through hole away from the seat support 1, so as to achieve connection therebetween; specifically, the nut is welded to a side of the third through hole away from the seat support 1.
In order to prevent the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 from being displaced when the connector 3 is mounted after the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 are aligned. Further, the mounting portion 21 has a first end 21a, a second end 21b and two sides connecting the first end 21a and the second end 21b, the first end 21a of the mounting portion 21 is used to connect with the seat belt buckle 200; the fixed part 11 is convexly provided with a first limit part 112 located at the second end 21b of the installation part 21 and two second limit parts 12 located at two sides of the installation part 21, wherein the first limit part 112 and the two second limit parts 12 define a mounting groove matched with the installation part 21 on the fixed part 11. Therefore, when the seat belt buckle support 2 is installed, the seat belt buckle support is arranged in the installation groove, the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 are limited by the first limiting part 112 and the two second limiting parts 12 to be deviated after being centered, and installation convenience is improved.
Furthermore, the free end of the first position-limiting portion 112 extends obliquely toward the mounting portion 21 to form a stop portion 112a on a side of the mounting portion 21 opposite to the fixing portion 11. Therefore, the fixing portion 11, the first limiting portion 112 and the stopping portion 112a are surrounded to form a limiting groove, when the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 are aligned, one end of the mounting portion 21 close to the first limiting portion 112 is disposed in the limiting groove, so that the stopping portion 112a limits the mounting portion 21 to move in a direction away from the fixing portion 11, and further, the end of the mounting portion 21 close to the first limiting portion 112 is prevented from tilting in a direction away from the fixing portion 11.
Furthermore, a projection 212 is convexly disposed at the first end 21a of the mounting portion 21 in a direction away from the first limiting portion 112, and the projection 212 is used for abutting against one side of the seat pan 420 close to the seat bracket 1 to limit the seat belt buckle bracket 2 from being detached from the seat bracket 1. In this way, after the seat support 1 and the seat belt buckle support 2 are mounted on the seat base 410, the protrusion 212 is disposed between the seat support 1 and the seat pan 420 at a side close to the seat support 1, and the protrusion 212 abuts against the seat pan 420 at a side close to the seat support 1, so that the seat belt buckle support 2 is restricted from being detached from the seat support 1.
Furthermore, the mounting portion 21 has a first end 21a, a second end 21b and two sides connecting the first end 21a and the second end 21b, an extension portion 22 is convexly disposed on a side of the first end 21a of the mounting portion 21, which is opposite to the fixing portion 11, and the extension portion 22 is used for mounting the seat belt buckle 200; the fixing portion 11 with the one end that the second end 21b of installation department 21 is close to is the link, the link orientation of fixing portion 11 the protruding supporting part that is equipped with in one side of installation department 21, the supporting part is used for supplying the installation of children's seat installed part. The child seat mount is mounted through the support portion and the seat belt buckle 200 is mounted through the extension portion 22, thereby preventing the seat belt buckle 200 from being dried up with the child seat mount during movement. In this embodiment, the child seat mount includes a mounting beam 300, and the mounting beam 300 is welded between two seat brackets 1 arranged at intervals, so that the ISOFIX of the seat 400 meets the strength requirement. In addition, a reinforcing rib 121 is extended from one end of the supporting portion far away from the fixing portion 11 to a direction close to the connecting end, so as to further improve the strength of the seat support 1 and ensure the safety performance of the seat belt buckle 200.
Further, the present invention provides a seat 400 comprising a seat belt buckle 200, the seat belt buckle mounting structure 100 as described above, and a seat base 410, wherein the seat belt buckle 200 is rotatably provided to the seat belt buckle holder 2; the seat base 410 is used for connecting the seat support 1 and the seat belt buckle support 2. It should be noted that, for the detailed structure of the seat belt buckle mounting structure 100 in the seat 400, reference may be made to the above-mentioned embodiments of the positioning device, which are not described herein again; since the seat 400 of the present invention uses the seat belt buckle mounting structure 100, the specific embodiment of the seat 400 of the present invention includes all the technical solutions of all the embodiments of the seat belt buckle mounting structure 100, and the achieved technical effects are also completely the same, which are not described herein again.
Further, a torsion spring is further arranged on the seat belt buckle support 2 and used for driving the seat belt buckle 200 to rotate, so that the seat belt buckle 200 can be turned over and restored along with the seat backrest and the seat cushion; that is, when the seat back is turned over, the seat back surface slightly presses the seat belt buckle 200 to turn over; when the backrest surface is restored, the buckle 200 is restored therewith; in addition, a limiting protrusion is disposed at an end of the extending portion 22 away from the fixing portion 11 to limit the rotation of the seat belt buckle 200.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a vehicle comprising a seat 400 as described above. It should be noted that, the detailed structure of the seat 400 in the vehicle may refer to the embodiment of the positioning device, and details are not described herein; since the structure of the seat 400 is used in the vehicle of the present invention, the specific embodiment of the vehicle of the present invention includes all technical solutions of all embodiments of the seat 400, and the achieved technical effects are also completely the same, which are not described herein again.
