The transverse adjusting mechanism 10 comprises a transverse motor 10a and a transverse screw rod 10b, the transverse motor 10a is fixed at the lower end of the moving plate 9b, the transverse screw rod 10b is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the moving plate 9b, and the end part of the transverse screw rod 10b is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the transverse motor 10 a; the transverse motor 10a is started, an output shaft of the transverse motor 10a drives the transverse screw rod 10b to rotate, and therefore the welding gun mounting assembly 11 is driven to longitudinally move along the three guide rails 9c, namely the two welding guns 12 are respectively driven to adjust the left and right distances, and welding requirements are met.
The welding gun mounting assembly 11 comprises a welding gun mounting plate 11a, an adjusting rod 11b, a locking block 11c and an electric push rod 11d, the welding gun mounting plate 11a is arranged on a guide rail III 9c in a corresponding position in a sliding mode, the electric push rod 11d is fixed below the welding gun mounting plate 11a, the adjusting rod 11b is hinged to the lower end of an end plate of the electric push rod 11d, screw holes are evenly distributed in the periphery of the hinged position of the adjusting rod 11b, screws are arranged on the end plate of the electric push rod 11d and are in threaded locking with the screw holes, the locking block 11c is detachably arranged at the lower end of the adjusting rod 11b, a mounting hole is formed between the adjusting rod 11b and the locking block 11c, and the welding gun 12 is fixed inside the mounting hole; place welder 12 inside the mounting hole, lock latch segment 11c on adjusting pole 11b, the position of welder 12 has been fixed promptly, rotate and adjust pole 11b, the angle of adjustable regulation pole 11b, after the adjustment is accomplished, screw into inside the screw that corresponds, lock this angle, welder mounting panel 11a slides along three 9c of guide rail that correspond the position, adjust the position between two welder 12 and the pressure steel pipe, electric putter 11d is flexible, a height for adjusting two welder 12, make two welder 12 just need install the top position of welding stiffening ring to the pressure steel pipe.
In the present embodiment, the above fixing manners are all the most commonly used fixing and connecting manners in the art, such as welding, bolt connection, and the like; the above electrical components such as the adjusting motor 5 and the longitudinal motor 9a are all prior art products, and can be directly purchased and used in the market, and the detailed description is omitted.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
each electrical element is connected with an external control system, a pressure steel pipe needing to be installed and welded is placed on the welding roller frame, the device is pushed, the universal wheel 2 with the brake moves to the side part of the welding roller frame, the brake of the universal wheel 2 with the brake is locked, and the position of the device is fixed;
installing the welding gun 12: placing the welding gun 12 in the mounting hole, locking the locking block 11c on the adjusting rod 11b, namely, fixing the position of the welding gun 12, rotating the adjusting rod 11b to adjust the angle of the adjusting rod 11b, and after the adjustment is finished, screwing a screw into the corresponding screw hole to lock the angle;
adjusting the position of the welding torch 12: according to the position and the size of the pressure steel pipe and the size of the stiffening ring, the longitudinal motor 9a is started, an output shaft of the longitudinal motor 9a drives the longitudinal screw rod 9d to rotate, so that the moving plate 9b is driven to longitudinally move along the second guide rail 8a, namely the position between the two welding guns 12 and the pressure steel pipe is driven to be adjusted; the transverse motor 10a is started, an output shaft of the transverse motor 10a drives the transverse screw rod 10b to rotate, so that the welding gun mounting plate 11a is driven to longitudinally move along the three guide rails 9c, namely, the two welding guns 12 are respectively driven to adjust the left and right distances, and the two welding guns 12 are right at the top positions of the pressure steel pipes where the welding stiffening rings need to be mounted.
The position of the two clamping mechanisms 7 is adjusted: the two hand wheels 6f are respectively rotated, the hand wheels 6f drive the lifting screw rod 6d to rotate, so that the distance between the two loop bars 6g is respectively adjusted, namely the height of the clamping mechanism 7 is adjusted, the position of the adjusting rod 7a in the loop bars 6g is adjusted, rapid clamping is guaranteed, after the adjustment is completed, the hand-tightening bolt 6h is tightened, the end part of the hand-tightening bolt 6h is abutted against the adjusting rod 7a, the position of the clamping mechanism 7 is locked, and namely the extending position of the clamping mechanism 7 is adjusted;
placing a stiffening ring: a stiffening ring is hoisted by a crane and is placed between the clamping mechanism 7 and the mounting frame 8, an output shaft of the clamping motor 7b rotates in the positive direction to drive the cross rod 7d to move upwards in the clamping seat 7c, so that the two sliding blocks 7f are pulled to move upwards and move inwards along the cross rod 7d, the two sliding blocks 7f pull the first connecting rod 7e and the second connecting rod 7h upwards, the second connecting rod 7h pulls the clamping piece 7g at the corresponding position to move inwards to clamp the stiffening ring, and the two clamping mechanisms 7 clamp the stiffening ring;
pushing a stiffening ring: starting the adjusting motor 5 to rotate in the forward direction to drive the adjusting screw rod 4 to rotate, so as to push the moving seat 13 to move towards the pressure steel pipe, the moving seat 13 drives the lifting mechanism 6 to move towards the pressure steel pipe, namely, the stiffening ring is driven to penetrate through the mounting frame 8 and the two welding guns 12 and abut against the pressure steel pipe, and the welding guns 12 are positioned at the positions where the top of the stiffening ring starts to be welded;
installing and welding a stiffening ring: starting the welding guns 12, after the top is welded, an output shaft of a longitudinal motor 9a drives a longitudinal screw rod 9d to rotate, the welding guns 12 are driven to move backwards, an electric push rod 11d is pushed out, the two welding guns 12 are driven to move downwards, the two actions are matched, so that the two welding guns 12 move a circular arc distance along a pressure steel and stiffening ring to weld, after stable welding is ensured, the output shaft of a clamping motor 7b reversely rotates, the stiffening ring is clamped and loosened by two clamping mechanisms 7, the stiffening ring is immediately loosened (the stiffening ring can slide in the clamping mechanisms 7), meanwhile, a welding roller frame drives the pressure steel pipe to rotate, namely, the stiffening ring is driven to rotate between clamping pieces 7g of the two clamping mechanisms 7, and through the matching of the two welding guns 12, the welding is carried out while rotating, and the full penetration welding and the welding leg height of the stiffening ring can;
the clamping mechanism 7 and the welding gun 12 are reset: after the installation welding is finished, the control and regulation motor 5 reversely rotates, the two clamping mechanisms 7 return to the original positions, the next stiffening ring is placed, efficient installation welding operation is carried out, the welding gun installation component 11 is matched with the longitudinal regulation mechanism 9, the two welding guns 12 are driven to return to the original positions, and the two welding guns 12 are used for installing and welding the top positions of the stiffening rings to the pressure steel pipe.
In conclusion, the movable base 1, the movable base 13, the first guide rail 3, the adjusting screw rod 4 and the adjusting motor 5 are matched for pushing and placing the stiffening ring, so that the control is simple and stable; the lifting mechanism 6 is matched with the clamping mechanism 7, so that the clamping position can be quickly adjusted and stable clamping can be realized, clamping of the strength rings with different sizes can be met, the longitudinal and transverse positions of the welding gun 12 can be conveniently adjusted through the matching of the mounting frame 8, the longitudinal adjusting mechanism 9 and the transverse adjusting mechanism 10, and the mounting and welding requirements of the pressure steel pipes with different sizes can be met; through the cooperation of horizontal adjustment mechanism 10 and welder installation component 11, conveniently adjust welder 12's welding angle, welder installation component 11 cooperates with vertical adjustment mechanism 9, drives two welder 12 and carries out the circular arc welding and playback, guarantees to weld stably, and easy operation is high-efficient.

The mounting and fixing device for the stiffening ring of the penstock as in claim 2, wherein the clamping mechanism (7) comprises an adjusting rod (7 a), the adjusting rod (7 a) is slidably disposed inside the loop bar (6 g), the end of the hand-screwed bolt (6 h) abuts against the adjusting rod (7 a), the end of the adjusting rod (7 a) is fixed with a clamping seat (7 c), a clamping motor (7 b) and a cross rod (7 d) are disposed inside the clamping seat (7 c), the output shaft of the clamping motor (7 b) is a threaded shaft, the output shaft of the clamping motor (7 b) is in threaded transmission connection with the cross rod (7 d), two ends of the cross rod (7 d) are slidably provided with sliding blocks (7 f), two symmetrical clamping pieces (7 g) are slidably disposed at the end of the clamping seat (7 c), two sides of the sliding blocks (7 f) are respectively hinged with a first connecting rod (7 e) and a second connecting rod (7 h), the end part of the first connecting rod (7 e) is hinged on the clamping seat (7 c), and the end part of the second connecting rod (7 h) is hinged on the clamping piece (7 g) at the corresponding position.
