Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in the figures 1-7 of the drawings,
a camellia oil slow-release diaper comprises:
a bi-layer absorbent core 100, the bi-layer absorbent core 100 comprising an absorbent layer 110 and a skin-friendly layer 120:
wherein the absorption layer 110 is used for realizing the function of absorbing liquid such as urine, and the like, and specifically comprises: an absorbent core main body 111 and liquid absorption parts 112 alternately arranged above and below the absorbent core main body 111;
the absorption core main body 111 is respectively provided with a first absorption layer 113 and a second absorption layer 114 from top to bottom, and the first absorption layer 113 and the second absorption layer 114 are formed by water absorption capsules 124 made of SAP pellets.
The first absorption layer 113 and the second absorption layer 114 are respectively provided with a first diversion trench 118 and a second diversion trench 119 which are parallel to the length direction of the liquid absorption part 112, and the first diversion trench 118 is provided with at least 2 diversion trenches in the embodiment; the number of the second guiding grooves 119 is 1, in this embodiment, the first guiding grooves 118 are disposed on the left and right sides of the first absorbing layer 113, and the second guiding grooves 119 are disposed in the middle of the second absorbing layer 114, so that the first guiding grooves 118 and the second guiding grooves 119 are disposed in a staggered manner in the vertical position.
Further, the first flow guide grooves 118 are formed by a difference in height between a portion of the first absorbent layer 113 where the water-absorbent capsules 124 are provided and a portion of the second absorbent layer 114 where the water-absorbent capsules 124 are not provided, and the second flow guide grooves 119 are formed by a difference in height between a portion of the second absorbent layer 114 where the water-absorbent capsules 124 are provided and a portion of the second absorbent layer where the water-absorbent capsules 124 are not provided.
Since the SAP is a water-absorbent swelling material, the volume of the water-absorbent capsule 124 is rapidly expanded after absorbing liquid such as urine, and the expanded water-absorbent capsule 124 loses water absorbency and hinders the flow of the liquid, so that the existing three-layer structure absorbent core or five-layer structure absorbent core, in which the gaps between the water-absorbent capsules 124 are lost after the contained water-absorbent capsules 124 are expanded, the liquid cannot circulate and is accumulated after a certain degree, and a large amount of water-absorbent capsules 124 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the liquid-absorbent part 112 are difficult to contact and absorb the liquid, resulting in a large amount of water-absorbent capsules 124 being practically useless, and generally, in the use of diaper, pull-up diaper and the like, the existing absorbent wicking part 112 only occupies about 30% of the total length, and a part thereof is provided with a single groove, which may be as strong as 40%.
In the technical scheme of the invention, after the first absorption layer 113 is provided with the two first guide grooves 118, the total use length can reach more than 40%, in addition, after the first guide grooves 118 and the second guide grooves 119 are staggered, an energy gradient is formed, so that liquid is more easily absorbed by the lower second absorption layer 114, the dryness of the contact part of the upper layer and the skin can be kept, namely, the first absorption layer 113 is more beneficial to the circulation of the liquid to a certain extent, the use length of the absorption wicking liquid part 112 can be further increased, the use length of the absorption wicking liquid part 112 can reach at least 50% of the total length through the staggered second guide grooves 119 and the first guide grooves 118, the increase of the use length not only can reduce the waste of the water absorption capsules 124, but also can absorb more liquid, and further generate more excellent technical effects.
The liquid absorbing part 112 is composed of a first spun-yarn layer 115, a second spun-yarn layer 116, and a third spun-yarn layer 117 from top to bottom, and these three materials are preferably a nonwoven fabric, a cotton fabric, or a fiber fabric, and more preferably an ES hydrophilic fiber surface layer. The ES hydrophilic fiber surface layer has good biocompatibility and water absorption, does not cause damage to human skin or cause allergy and the like, and particularly when the ES hydrophilic fiber surface layer is used on a diaper, due to the fact that the skin of an infant is tender and poor in skin resistance, cloth capable of avoiding the skin of the infant from being damaged and capable of rapidly absorbing moisture needs to be selected to keep the surface of the skin of the infant dry.
The skin-friendly layer 120 covers the upper end of the liquid absorption part 112 and is fixedly connected with the liquid absorption part; the skin-friendly layer 120 is composed of an outer skin 121 and an inner core 122, the outer skin 121 covers the inner core 122, the outer skin 121 in the skin-friendly layer 120 is a wood pulp outer skin 121, and the inner core 122 is a cotton core. The skin-friendly layer 120 is mainly arranged to improve the comfort of a human body when the absorption core is in contact with the human body, and as the capacity of absorbing liquid in the absorption core is mainly provided by the SAP (super absorbent polymer) beads, the SAP beads are high water-absorbing resin and have good water absorption, but the SAP beads which are hard in texture, even and densely distributed are easy to cause discomfort to a user after being swollen after absorbing water, especially when the SAP-friendly layer is used for a series of infant articles such as diapers, paper diapers and pull-ups, the skin of the infant is softer and more fragile, and a relatively humid environment can be generated after the infant urine is absorbed by the infant diapers, the paper diapers, the pull-ups and the like, and the SAP beads are swollen to press the skin of the infant, so that the infant feels uncomfortable, and even skin diseases such as eczema and the like are generated.
According to the skin-friendly layer 120 in the technical scheme, firstly, the wood pulp outer skin 121 and the cotton core inner core 122 are soft and smooth and cannot rub against skin, on the other hand, the wood pulp outer skin 121 also has good air permeability, water permeability and easy drying properties, can permeate liquid easily and can be dried quickly and keep dry at the joint with the skin, the cotton core has good flexibility and also has good air permeability and water permeability, the cotton core can allow liquid to pass through quickly, and after the cotton core is separated and fixed by matching with grid line bodies, the cotton core is easier to enable the water absorption of the cotton core to be reduced while the liquid passes through, and is more difficult to absorb water and dry, so that the dry state of the whole skin-friendly layer 120 is kept, and the use feeling of a user is improved.
The inner core 122 of the invention contains camellia oil slow-release microspheres 123, the outer side material of the inner core is a PLA outer cavity, and a certain amount of camellia oil is coated in the PLA outer cavity, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving 5 parts of PLA in 10 parts of dichloromethane, adding 1 part of camellia oil into the PLA solution, mixing uniformly, spray-drying to obtain camellia oil slow-release microspheres 123, and storing in a dryer for later use; spray drying operating conditions: the air inlet temperature is 110 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.5bar, and the rotation speed of the peristaltic pump is 10RPM.
The double-layer absorbent core 100 of the present invention is further provided with a back-type glue-spraying base film 200 surrounding the outer edge of the double-layer absorbent core, wherein the back-type glue-spraying base film 200 comprises an inner film layer 201 and an outer film layer 202 which are fixedly connected with each other in a gluing manner. The inner film layer 201 is fixedly connected with the absorbent core of the diaper, the inner film layer 201 is a breathable film, the outer film layer 202 is a waterproof oil film, one side of the breathable film, which is bonded with the waterproof oil film, is an inner side face, and a glue material is sprayed on the inner side face of the breathable film along the edge of the breathable film to form a back-shaped glue layer, and the breathable film and the waterproof oil film are fixedly bonded through the back-shaped glue layer.
In the existing basement membrane, the whole inner side surface of the breathable membrane is glued with a waterproof oil film, after the gluing in the form is adopted, the formed basement membrane has poor air permeability, particularly, in the middle of the basement membrane, the glue layer formed after the glue material is solidified is poor in air permeability, so that the air permeability of the whole basement membrane is reduced, the moisture is difficult to discharge when the baby uses the diaper, the moisture of the covered crotch part is heavy, and skin problems such as eczema and the like are easily caused;
according to the technical scheme, the glue spraying structure is improved, so that the glue layer for connecting the breathable film and the waterproof oil film is formed into a shape of a Chinese character hui instead of the traditional front glue spraying, the coverage area of the glue layer is reduced, the air permeability of the whole basement membrane can be greatly improved, and the skin problems caused by excessive moisture such as eczema can be effectively avoided.
On the other hand, because the adhesive layer has certain hardness, in the technical scheme of the invention, the coverage area of the adhesive layer is reduced, the flexibility of the basement membrane can be further improved, and the comfort level of the infant in use is improved.
The invention also comprises an elastic waistband structure 300, wherein the elastic waistband structure 300 comprises a hair side belt with hair sides at two ends and a hook side belt 302 with hook sides mutually matched with the hair sides at two ends, the main bodies of the two waistband bodies are elastic belt bodies and are respectively arranged at two ends of the length direction of the diaper, the width of each waistband body is 1-6 cm, and the waistband structure can be adjusted according to factors such as the size of the diaper and the like. The belt body main bodies of the surface belt and the hook surface belt 302 are elastic belt bodies;

On the existing diaper, an elastic waistband with a magic tape is usually arranged for improving the wearing stability of the diaper, but the elastic waistband arranged on the existing diaper has certain defects, and the main problem lies in the arrangement mode of a hook face of the magic tape, almost the whole face of the existing hook face is provided with bristles for connecting and hooking the bristle face, but the arrangement mode can lead to the improvement of the hardness of the hook face, so that the wearing comfort of the infant is poor after wearing, the skin of the infant is easy to scratch, and the arrangement mode can lead to the more troublesome tearing of the hook face and the bristle face after hooking, the tearing needs to be carried out with larger force, and the hook face with the structure is also easy to generate the problems of edge raising and the like;
in the technical scheme of the invention, the hook surface is improved, the mode of arranging the burs on the whole surface is improved into the mode of intermittently and uniformly arranging the hooks 303 with the burs, and the hooks 303 are connected with the burs, so that the edge raising of the hook surface can be avoided, the stability of the connection between the hook surface and the burs can be ensured, the hook surface is softer, the skin of an infant is not easy to scratch, the tearing process is more convenient, and a larger force is not needed.

Example 4 has the same structure as example 1, except that the preparation process of the camellia oil microspheres is different, wherein the PLA used is PLA-PEG block copolymer.

The structure of example 5 is the same as that of example 1, except that the preparation process of camellia oil microspheres is different, and the preparation method is as follows: dissolving 5 parts of PLA and 5 parts of PEG in 20 parts of dichloromethane, adding 1 part of camellia oil into the PLA solution, mixing uniformly, spray-drying to obtain camellia oil sustained-release microspheres, and storing in a dryer for later use; spray drying operating conditions: the inlet air temperature is 115 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.6bar, and the rotation speed of the peristaltic pump is 12RPM.

The structure of example 6 is the same as that of example 1, except that the preparation process of the camellia oil microspheres is different, and the preparation method is as follows: dissolving 5 parts of PLA and 1 part of PCL in 20 parts of dichloromethane, adding 1 part of camellia oil into the PLA solution, mixing uniformly, spray-drying to obtain camellia oil sustained-release microspheres, and storing in a dryer for later use; spray drying operating conditions: the air inlet temperature is 115 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.6bar, and the rotation speed of the peristaltic pump is 12RPM.

The structure of example 9 is the same as that of example 6, except that the preparation process of the camellia oil microspheres is different, and the preparation method is as follows: adding 5 parts of PLA, 1 part of PCL and 5 parts of PEG into 20 parts of dichloromethane for dissolving, then adding 1 part of camellia oil into the PLA solution for uniformly mixing, performing spray drying to obtain camellia oil sustained-release microspheres, and storing the camellia oil sustained-release microspheres in a dryer for later use; spray drying operating conditions: the inlet air temperature is 115 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.6bar, and the rotation speed of the peristaltic pump is 12RPM.
Testing the slow release effect of the camellia oil slow release microspheres:
placing the camellia oil sustained-release microspheres prepared in the examples 1 to 9 in a dissolution instrument, and taking 800mL of pH7.4 phosphate buffer solution as a release medium according to a first method-paddle method for determining dissolution and release degrees in the four parts of Chinese pharmacopoeia; the temperature is 37 +/-0.5 ℃; the rotation speed is 75r/min, and the operation is carried out according to the method. Sampling at fixed time, taking 10mL each time, instantly supplementing 10mL of isothermal medium, filtering with 0.45 μm microporous membrane, precisely measuring the subsequent filtrates, diluting with mobile phase to appropriate concentration, measuring peak area, substituting into standard curve, calculating camellia oil concentration, and calculating cumulative release percentage, wherein the data are shown in Table 1 below.

As shown in the above table 1, as shown in examples 1-8, the camellia oil sustained-release microspheres in the invention can slowly release the camellia oil by more than 50% within 2h, and because the baby usually needs to change the diaper within several hours, the sustained-release time in the invention is just matched with the diaper changing time of the baby, so that the skin of the baby can be effectively moistened, a skin lipid film on the surface of the skin can effectively exist, and adverse reactions such as allergic drying crack, roughness, diaper rash generation and the like are reduced. In examples 1-3, the camellia oil can be released for half, while in example 9, the release speed is too high, which is not suitable for the frequency of changing the baby diaper, and causes the uncomfortable feeling of the baby due to the excessive accumulation of the camellia oil.

Claims (7)

1. The camellia oil slow-release diaper is characterized by comprising a double-layer absorption core (100), wherein the double-layer absorption core (100) comprises an absorption layer (110) and a skin-friendly layer (120), the absorption layer (110) comprises an absorption core main body (111) and liquid absorption parts (112) which are alternately arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the absorption core main body (111), and the skin-friendly layer (120) covers the upper end of the liquid absorption part (112) and is fixedly connected with the liquid absorption part; the skin-friendly layer (120) consists of an outer skin (121) and an inner core (122), the outer skin (121) covers the inner core (122), and camellia oil slow-release microspheres (123) are contained in the inner core (122);
the preparation method of the camellia oil slow-release microspheres (123) comprises the following steps: taking a proper amount of polylactic acid (PLA), polycaprolactone (PCL) and polyethylene glycol (PEG), adding a proper amount of dichloromethane to dissolve to obtain a PLA solution, then adding camellia oil into the PLA solution, uniformly mixing, and performing spray drying to obtain camellia oil sustained-release microspheres (123);
the mass ratio of the PLA to the PEG to the PCL to the camellia oil is (5 to 20): (5-10): (1-4): 1;
the absorption core main body (111) is respectively provided with a first absorption layer (113) and a second absorption layer (114) from top to bottom, the liquid absorption part (112) is respectively provided with a first spinning layer (115), a second spinning layer (116) and a third spinning layer (117) from top to bottom, and a first diversion trench (118) and a second diversion trench (119) which are parallel to the long direction of the liquid absorption part (112) are respectively arranged in the first absorption layer (113) and the second absorption layer (114);
the first guide grooves (118) and the second guide grooves (119) are arranged in a staggered manner;

2. The camellia oil slow-release diaper according to claim 1, wherein at least two first flow guide grooves (118) are formed; the second diversion trench (119) is provided with at least one diversion trench.
3. The camellia oil slow-release diaper according to claim 1, wherein the first, second and third yarn layers (115, 116, 117) are non-woven fabrics, cotton fabrics or fiber fabrics.
4. The camellia oil slow-release diaper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer skin (121) of the skin-friendly layer (120) is wood pulp outer skin, and the inner core (122) is cotton core.
5. The camellia oil slow-release diaper according to claim 1, wherein the spray-drying conditions are as follows: the air inlet temperature is 110 to 125 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.5 to 0.6bar, and the rotation speed of a peristaltic pump is 10 to 15RPM.

The camellia oil slow-release diaper according to claim 1, wherein a back-type glue-spraying base film (200) is further arranged around the outer edge of the double-layer absorbent core (100), the back-type glue-spraying base film (200) comprises an inner film layer (201) and an outer film layer (202), and the inner film layer (201) and the outer film layer (202) are fixedly connected in a gluing manner.

The camellia oil slow-release diaper according to claim 1, further comprising an elastic waistband structure (300), wherein the elastic waistband structure (300) comprises a hair side belt (301) with hair sides at two ends and a hook side belt (302) with hook sides at two ends, and a plurality of hooks (303) for hooking the hair sides are arranged on the hook side belt (302); the hook buckles (303) are distributed on the hook surface in an isosceles triangle or isosceles trapezoid shape.
