Abstract

The invention relates to a net-hauling and lead line hooking hook and a using method thereof. The hook comprises a straight hook handle, a tail end rope loop is arranged at the tail of the hook handle, a middle section rope loop is arranged at the middle section of the hook handle, the included angle between the hook head part at the top end of the hook handle and the hook handle is 85 degrees, and the hook handle is connected with the hook head part through a hook arc. The horizontal position of the hook can be adjusted through the horizontal adjusting rope only by standing on the deck in the hauling operation, and the upper and lower positions of the hook head are adjusted through the upper and lower adjusting rope. Therefore, the boom type trawl can be simply pulled up, the manpower required during pulling up is reduced, the sailor does not need to go out of the ship board for operation in stormy waves, and the risk of falling into the sea during operation of the sailor is reduced.

Background
The cantilever type trawl is also called as a double-bracket trawl, originates from the gulf of Mexico, and is mainly used for catching shrimps. China was introduced in 1985, and is firstly used in western and non-ocean fishing fleets and is also used in coastal waters such as south China sea. In the fishing boat adopting the operation mode, a cross rod with the length of 8 to 12 meters extends out of the middle of each of two sides, the rod tips are provided with pulleys, a trawl line of the trawl net stretches out of the side through the pulleys, the trawl net is towed on the 2~4 top net, the net is generally horizontally expanded by using a net plate, and the net is prevented from being entangled by the cross rods in the operation process.
When the cantilever type trawl is used for hauling, two sides of the trawl respectively need a sailor to go up a narrow cantilever (only 100mm to 200mm wide) extending out of the ship, the sailor holds the railing with one hand, goes out of the ship, a long bamboo rod hook is used for taking a hauling guide line positioned on a net plate, the hauling guide line is pulled to the ship side by manpower, the hauling guide line is connected with a rear hand rope left on a towing winch and then is twisted to be collected, and accordingly the trawl is hauled and a fishery is obtained. Although the method is simple to operate, the operation in the stormy waves is very dangerous when the ship leaves the swaying ship and needs courage and technology. Therefore, a safe and simple method is needed to solve the defects of the conventional method for hooking the net-lifting lead line.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a net hauling and lead hook taking hook which can simply haul a net arm frame type trawl, reduce the manpower required during hauling, avoid the need of sailing a crew out of a ship board during stormy waves and reduce the risk of the crew falling into the sea during operation.

s2: an up-down adjusting rope penetrates through the fixed pulley and is connected with the middle section rope ring and the ship board;
s3: the tail end rope ring and the small electric winch are connected through a horizontal adjusting rope;
s4: when the net is lifted, after the winches of the warp are finished, the vertical position of the hook head part is adjusted by manually releasing the vertical adjusting rope, meanwhile, the horizontal position of the hook head part is adjusted by releasing or retracting the horizontal adjusting rope through a small electric winch, and the hook head part is hooked to the starting end of the net lifting warp;
s5: after the hooking of the net hauling guide line is confirmed, starting a small electric winch to winch the horizontal adjusting rope, and pulling the net hauling guide line to the ship side;
s6: the net hauling rope is connected to the winch and winches the net.

Advantageous effects
1. The invention can reduce the hauling operation which needs a plurality of persons (not less than 4 persons on each side) to be operated simultaneously when hooking the hauling lead rope connecting winch in the traditional operation mode of the cantilever trawl to 1 person on each side to finish the hauling operation independently.
2. By utilizing the technical scheme of the invention, the operator can easily hook the net-hauling lead wire only by standing on the deck without climbing up a dangerous arm support, and the operation is very safe.
3. This technical scheme need not to carry out a large amount of reequipments to the ship that adopts present traditional operation mode, only needs to increase a pair of fixed pulley and net haulage line hook and gets the hook, adds a pair of small-size electronic winch again, can be with lower cost guarantee operating personnel's safety, easy operation practices thrift the manpower.

The slightly pointed hook head part 1 is convenient for penetrating into the starting end of the net guide line when the head descending hook body is close to a vertical state, and then is folded and positioned through the hook arc 3 to prevent unhooking. The middle section and the tail end of the hooking hook are respectively welded with a steel rope loop, wherein the center of the middle section rope loop 4 is positioned at the gravity center of the hooking hook, and when the center of the middle section rope loop is used as a hanging point, the gravity at the two ends of the hooking hook can be kept balanced, and the hook position can be conveniently adjusted during operation.
The use method of the invention is specifically described below by taking a 600HP professional boom trawler as an example.
As shown in figure 2, the length of the outboard brackets 6 extending out of two sides of the 600HP special arm frame trawler is about 12m, the distance between the outer end of the outboard bracket and the water surface is about 2.5m, the side end of the boat is of a hinge structure, and the outboard bracket can be rotatably folded on the side of the fishing boat by a wharf. The front and rear boom fixing ropes 10 and the lifting rope are fixed to the gunwale during operation. The outer end of the arm support 6 is fixed with a dragging pulley, a towing rope is penetrated in the dragging pulley, a net tool is dragged during operation, and the net plate can discharge water after winching the dragging rope during net hauling and is hung on the dragging pulley. s6: the net hauling cable is connected to the hoist winch and winches the net.
When the device is used for a 600HP professional arm support trawler, the up-and-down adjusting rope 8 and the horizontal adjusting rope 9 are PE ropes with the rope diameter phi 8, and the total length of the up-and-down adjusting rope 8 is about 18m. The diameter of the rope groove of the fixed pulley 7 used in cooperation with the up-down adjusting rope 8 needs to be larger than the diameter of the up-down adjusting rope 8, and the maximum load reaches more than 200 kg. The fixed pulley 7 is fixed on the rear arm support fixing rope 10 in advance, and the specific position is vertically above the net-lifting guide line after entering water. The maximum twisting tension of the small electric twisting machine 11 in the step S4 is 200kg, and the maximum twisting speed is 0.5m/S.
When the net is lifted, after the winches of the trawl ropes are finished, the upper adjusting rope 8 and the lower adjusting rope 8 are manually loosened to adjust the vertical position of a net lifting lead rope hooking hook 12, meanwhile, a small electric winch 11 is started to loosen or winch the horizontal adjusting rope 9 to adjust the horizontal position of the net lifting lead rope hook 12, the two adjusting ropes are matched with the horizontal adjusting rope 9 to hook the starting end of the net lifting lead rope tied on a special rope ring of the net plate, then the horizontal adjusting rope 9 is winched to pull the net lifting lead rope to the shipboard side, and the net lifting lead rope can be winched after the net lifting hand rope on the winch is connected.
