Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a server operating system position identification method, a device, a system and a computer readable storage medium, which are convenient for operators in the use process and are beneficial to improving the overall working efficiency.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for identifying a location of a server operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
s110: a position indicator lamp is additionally arranged on each hard disk backboard in advance;
in particular, various indicator lamps, such as an in-place indicator lamp and a status indicator lamp, are arranged on a hard disk backboard of a server in general.
S120: after the system is started, acquiring hard disk physical address information of a hard disk where an operating system is located;
specifically, the physical address information of the hard disks of different hard disks is different, wherein the physical address information of the hard disks is corresponding to the silk-screen position information of the hard disks, after the physical address information of the hard disks is determined, which hard disk is located at the physical address of the hard disk, namely, the hard disk at the corresponding silk-screen position can be determined according to the physical address information of the hard disk, so that after the server system is started, the physical address information of the hard disk where the operating system is located is obtained in the embodiment of the invention
S130: determining a target hard disk according to the hard disk physical address information;
it can be understood that after the physical address information of the hard disk where the OS is located is obtained, the corresponding hard disk can be determined according to the physical address information of the hard disk, and the hard disk is used as the target hard disk.
S140: and controlling a position indicator lamp on a hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk to be lighted.
Specifically, after the target hard disk is determined, the position indicator lamp on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk can be controlled to be lighted, wherein the operating system can be started normally, so that the hard disk where the OS is located is in place, namely, the in-place indicator lamp corresponding to the target hard disk is in a lighted state, and after the position indicator lamp corresponding to the target hard disk is lighted, the corresponding color is displayed on the light guide column corresponding to the position indicator lamp, namely, the position of the target hard disk where the OS is located can be determined by observing the display condition of the light guide column by a worker.
Further, the position indicator lamp and the in-place indicator lamp on the hard disk backboard share the same light guide column, and the color of the position indicator lamp is different from that of the in-place indicator lamp.
In practical application, two light guide columns are arranged on a hard disk bracket of a common server and are used for displaying an in-place state and a fault state of a hard disk respectively. Of course, the color of the position indicator light and the light mixture of the position indicator light can also be distinguished from the color of the status indicator light in practical application.
Further, the process of obtaining the hard disk physical address information of the hard disk where the operating system is located in S120 may specifically be:
acquiring hard disk position information of a hard disk where an operating system is located;
and determining the hard disk physical address information corresponding to the hard disk position information according to the pre-established corresponding relation between the hard disk position information and the hard disk physical address information.
Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the hard disk position information and the hard disk physical address information can be established in advance according to the hardware connection, wherein the hard disk position information is acquired by a system, and the hard disk physical address information is screen printing position information, so that the hard disk position information of the hard disk where the operating system is located can be acquired by the system, and then the hard disk physical position information is matched according to the corresponding relationship between the pre-established hard disk position information and the hard disk physical position information. The domestic server can acquire the hard disk position information of the hard disk where the OS is located under RAID through a starcali tool.
Further, in the step S140, the process of controlling the position indicator on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk to be turned on may specifically be:
and the CPLD on the control main board lights up a position indicator lamp on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, after the target hard disk is determined, the position indicator lamp on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk can be turned on through the CPLD, wherein under normal conditions, that is, under the conditions that the hard disk is in place and runs normally, the in-place indicator lamp and the status indicator lamp are both green and normally on, so that the position indicator lamp in the embodiment of the invention can be a red LED lamp, and the in-place indicator lamp can be a green LED lamp, after the target hard disk is determined and the position indicator lamp corresponding to the target hard disk is controlled to be turned on, the light guide column corresponding to the target hard disk (that is, the position indicator lamp and the light guide column which is common to the in-place indicator lamp) presents yellow, which represents that the hard disk OS is located, and a worker can identify the target hard disk where the OS is located through identifying the color. Of course, in practical application, the position indicator lamp is not limited to be a red LED lamp, but may be other color indicator lamps, and specifically may be determined according to actual needs, which is not limited in particular in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the process of controlling the CPLD on the motherboard to turn on the position indicator light on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk may specifically be:
and triggering the CPLD on the main board by using the Raid tool through a Raid interface protocol to light up a position indicator lamp on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk.
It should be noted that, in practical application, a tool may be used to trigger the CPLD on the motherboard to perform a lighting action on the position indicator on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk through the Raid interface protocol. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the invention, the position of the hard disk where the OS is located is determined without entering a configuration page or manually operating by a tool, so that the position of the hard disk where the OS is located can be intuitively displayed, the CPLD logic of the hard disk backboard is not required to be changed, system breakdown caused by plugging the hard disk where the OS is located is prevented during hot plugging, and the influence on system operation caused by installing other systems on the hard disk where the OS is located when other systems are required to be installed can also be avoided.
Therefore, according to the method, the position indicator lamp is additionally arranged on each hard disk backboard, after the system is started, the hard disk physical address information of the hard disk where the operating system is located can be obtained, the target hard disk where the operating system is located is determined according to the hard disk physical address information, the position indicator lamp on the hard disk backboard corresponding to the target hard disk is further controlled to be lightened, the corresponding color of the light guide column corresponding to the position indicator lamp is displayed, an operator can quickly determine the hard disk where the operating system is located through the color of the light guide column, convenience is provided for the operator, and the whole working efficiency is improved.
