Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cable disks, in particular to a GPS empty disk detection device.
Background
The cable disc is a device for installing cables, but the existing cable disc does not have a GPS empty disc detection device, and the empty disc cannot be detected, so that the condition of the cable disc cannot be known during use, and therefore, a proper cable disc needs to be carefully selected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the background art, an object of the present invention is to provide a GPS empty disc detection device, which has the advantage of being able to detect an empty disc, and solves the problem that the existing cable disc cannot detect an empty disc.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a GPS empty disc detection device comprises a winding drum, wherein the front side and the rear side of the surface of the winding drum are fixedly connected with a fixed disc, the inner side of the fixed disc is provided with a storage tank, and an induction mechanism is arranged inside the storage tank;
the induction mechanism comprises a cushion block, a GPS photosensitive detector, a fixed plate and a handle, wherein the cushion block is fixedly connected inside the storage tank, the bottom of the GPS photosensitive detector is contacted with the top of the cushion block, the fixed plate is movably connected to the top of the GPS photosensitive detector, the handle is arranged at the top of the fixed plate, the bottom of the handle penetrates through the fixed plate and extends to the outside of the fixed plate to be fixedly connected with the GPS photosensitive detector, and fixing mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the fixed plate;
the fixing mechanism comprises an L plate, a first bolt and a second bolt, the L plate is arranged on two sides of the fixing plate, the first bolt is arranged at the top of the L plate, the bottom of the first bolt penetrates through the L plate and extends to the inside of the fixing plate, the second bolt is arranged on one side, close to the handle, of the L plate, and one side, far away from the handle, of the second bolt penetrates through the L plate and extends to the inside of the fixing plate.
Preferably, the GPS photosensitive detector includes a case and a photosensitive unit, the photosensitive unit is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the front surface of the case, and the surface of the case is in contact with the inner wall of the storage tank.
Preferably, the top of the fixing plate is provided with a through hole, and the inside of the through hole is connected with the handle in a sliding manner.
Preferably, the two sides of the top of the fixing plate are both provided with first screw holes, and the inner parts of the first screw holes are in threaded connection with the surfaces of the first bolts.
Preferably, the top parts of the two sides of the inner wall of the storage tank are both provided with second screw holes, and the inner parts of the second screw holes are in threaded connection with the surfaces of the second bolts.
Preferably, the top of the L-shaped plate is provided with a sliding hole, and the inside of the sliding hole is slidably connected with the first bolt.
Preferably, the front surface of the winding cylinder is provided with lightening holes, and anti-skid grains are arranged inside the lightening holes.
Preferably, the surface of the GPS photosensitive detector is in contact with the inner wall of the storage tank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the GPS empty disc detection device has the advantages that the empty disc can be detected, the condition of the cable disc can be known when the GPS empty disc detection device is used, and therefore the proper cable disc does not need to be carefully selected.
2. The invention can detect whether the cable is empty by arranging the GPS photosensitive detector, thereby being convenient for use.
3. According to the invention, the handle can be positioned by arranging the through hole, so that the phenomenon that the handle shakes is prevented.
4. According to the invention, the first screw hole is arranged, so that the fixing plate can be in threaded connection with the L plate through the first bolt, and the L plate is prevented from being separated from the fixing plate.
5. According to the invention, the L plate can be in threaded connection with the fixed disk through the second bolt by arranging the second screw hole, so that the L plate is prevented from moving on the storage groove of the fixed disk.
6. According to the invention, the first bolt can be connected with the L plate by arranging the sliding hole, so that the first bolt can conveniently pass through the top of the L plate, and the use is convenient.
7. The invention can reduce the weight of the winding drum by arranging the lightening holes, thereby being convenient to move the winding drum.
8. According to the invention, the surface of the GPS photosensitive detector is arranged to be in contact with the inner wall of the storage tank, so that the GPS photosensitive detector can be fixed, and the phenomenon that the GPS photosensitive detector moves left and right in the storage tank is prevented.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the GPS empty disc detection device provided by the present invention includes a winding drum 1, wherein both the front side and the rear side of the surface of the winding drum 1 are fixedly connected with a fixed disc 2, the inner side of the fixed disc 2 is provided with a storage tank 3, and an induction mechanism 4 is arranged inside the storage tank 3;
the sensing mechanism 4 comprises a cushion block 41, a GPS photosensitive detector 42, a fixing plate 43 and a handle 44, wherein the cushion block 41 is fixedly connected inside the storage tank 3, the bottom of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is contacted with the top of the cushion block 41, the fixing plate 43 is movably connected with the top of the GPS photosensitive detector 42, the handle 44 is arranged at the top of the fixing plate 43, the bottom of the handle 44 penetrates through the fixing plate 43 and extends to the outside of the fixing plate 43 to be fixedly connected with the GPS photosensitive detector 42, and the fixing mechanisms 5 are arranged on two sides of the fixing plate 43;
the fixing mechanism 5 includes an L plate 51, a first bolt 52 and a second bolt 53, the L plate 51 is disposed on both sides of the fixing plate 43, the first bolt 52 is disposed on the top of the L plate 51, the bottom of the first bolt 52 penetrates the L plate 51 and extends to the inside of the fixing plate 43, the second bolt 53 is disposed on one side of the L plate 51 close to the handle 44, and one side of the second bolt 53 far from the handle 44 penetrates the L plate 51 and extends to the inside of the fixing plate 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the GPS photodetector 42 includes a casing 421 and a photosensitive unit 422, the photosensitive unit 422 is fixedly mounted on the bottom of the front surface of the casing 421, and the surface of the casing 421 contacts with the inner wall of the storage tank 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is arranged to detect whether the cable is empty, so that the cable tray is convenient to use.
Referring to fig. 4, a through hole 6 is formed at the top of the fixing plate 43, and the inside of the through hole 6 is slidably coupled to the handle 44.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the through hole 6 is arranged, so that the handle 44 can be positioned, and the phenomenon of shaking of the handle 44 is prevented.
Referring to fig. 4, first screw holes 7 are formed on both sides of the top of the fixing plate 43, and the inside of the first screw holes 7 is threadedly coupled to the surface of the first bolt 52.
As a technical optimization of the present invention, the first screw hole 7 is provided to screw the fixing plate 43 to the L-plate 51 by the first bolt 52, thereby preventing the L-plate 51 from being separated from the fixing plate 43.
Referring to fig. 4, the top of both sides of the inner wall of the storage tank 3 is provided with a second screw hole 8, and the inside of the second screw hole 8 is in threaded connection with the surface of the second bolt 53.
As a technical optimization of the present invention, by providing the second screw hole 8, the L plate 51 can be screwed to the fixed disk 2 by the second bolt 53, and the L plate 51 is prevented from moving on the storage tank 3 of the fixed disk 2.
Referring to fig. 4, a sliding hole is opened at the top of the L-plate 51, and the inside of the sliding hole is slidably connected to the first bolt 52.
As a technical optimization scheme of the present invention, the first bolt 52 can be connected to the L-plate 51 by providing the sliding hole, so that the first bolt 52 can conveniently pass through the top of the L-plate 51, thereby facilitating the use.
Referring to fig. 1, a lightening hole is formed in the front surface of a winding drum 1, and anti-skid threads are arranged in the lightening hole.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the weight of the winding drum 1 can be reduced by arranging the lightening holes, so that the winding drum 1 is convenient to move.
Referring to fig. 4, the surface of the GPS photodetector 42 is in contact with the inner wall of the reservoir 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the present invention, the surface of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is set to contact with the inner wall of the storage tank 3, so that the GPS photosensitive detector 42 can be fixed, and the phenomenon that the GPS photosensitive detector 42 moves left and right inside the storage tank 3 is prevented.
According to the invention, the cushion block 41 is manually installed inside the storage tank 3, the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is placed at the top of the cushion block 41, the fixing plate 43 is placed at the top of the GPS photosensitive detector 42, the L plate 51 is placed at two sides of the top of the fixing plate 43, the L plate 51 is connected with the storage tank 3 of the fixed plate 2 through the second bolt 53, the fixed plate 2 fixes the L plate 51 through the second bolt 53, the L plate 51 fixes the fixing plate 43 through the first bolt 52, the fixing plate 43 fixes the GPS photosensitive detector 42, when the cable is not an empty disk, the photosensitive unit 422 of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 cannot transmit signals, when the cable is an empty disk, the photosensitive unit 422 of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 transmits back information, and thus the effect of detecting the empty disk is achieved.
