The vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an acquisition module, a first calculation module, a second calculation module and a diagnosis module.
The acquisition module is used for acquiring an ignition lock state, a vehicle speed sensor working state, a vehicle speed sensor signal, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal and a braking state; the first calculation module is used for obtaining the vehicle speed according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and obtaining the vehicle speed according to the ABS wheel speed sensor signal; the second calculation module is used for calculating a vehicle speed difference value between a vehicle speed obtained based on the vehicle speed sensor signal and a vehicle speed obtained based on an ABS wheel speed sensor signal; the diagnosis module is used for obtaining a vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result based on an ignition lock state, a vehicle speed sensor working state, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, a vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and a brake state.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the ignition lock is in an ON gear, the working state of the vehicle speed sensor is no electrical fault, the signal of the ABS wheel speed sensor is effective, the vehicle speed difference is not greater than the set threshold, the vehicle speed obtained according to the signal of the vehicle speed sensor is greater than the preset threshold, and the braking state is that no braking signal exists, the signal of the vehicle speed sensor is judged to be reasonable.
In an embodiment of the invention, the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic results include not ready for diagnosis, ready for diagnosis and diagnosed as no fault and ready for diagnosis and diagnosed as fault.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is obtained based on the state of an ignition lock, the working state of a vehicle speed sensor, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and the braking state, and the concrete steps comprise:
diagnosing the rationality of the vehicle speed sensor signal periodically based on the state of an ignition lock, the working state of the vehicle speed sensor, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and the braking state;
if and only if the first determination condition, the second determination condition, the third determination condition, the fourth determination condition and the fifth determination condition are all satisfied, determining whether the sixth determination condition is satisfied, if so, determining that the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is ready for diagnosis and no fault is diagnosed, and if not, determining that the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is ready for diagnosis and fault is diagnosed;
the first determination condition is that an ignition lock state is in an ON gear, the second determination condition is that a working state of a vehicle speed sensor is in a non-electrical fault state, the third determination condition is that an ABS wheel speed sensor signal is effective, the fourth determination condition is that a vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal is greater than a preset threshold value, the fifth determination condition is that a brake signal does not exist in a brake state, and the sixth determination condition is that a vehicle speed difference value is not greater than the preset threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, when any one of the first determination condition, the second determination condition, the third determination condition, the fourth determination condition and the fifth determination condition is not satisfied, the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is not ready for diagnosis.
When the rationality of the vehicle speed sensor signal is diagnosed periodically based ON the state of the ignition lock, the working state of the vehicle speed sensor, the signal of the ABS wheel speed sensor, the vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the signal of the vehicle speed sensor and the braking state, if the ON gear of the instrument ignition lock is powered off, the diagnosis is stopped.
When the rationality of the vehicle speed sensor signal is diagnosed periodically based on the state of an ignition lock, the working state of a vehicle speed sensor, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and the braking state, if the braking state is that a braking signal exists, the diagnosis is suspended.
The judgment on whether the sixth judgment condition is satisfied is specifically as follows: and judging whether a vehicle speed difference value between the vehicle speed obtained based on the vehicle speed sensor signal and the vehicle speed obtained based on the ABS wheel speed sensor signal is not greater than a set threshold value within preset judging time, if so, meeting a sixth judging condition, and if not, meeting the sixth judging condition.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis method is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps:
acquiring an ignition lock state, a vehicle speed sensor working state, a vehicle speed sensor signal, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal and a braking state;
obtaining the vehicle speed according to the vehicle speed sensor signal, and obtaining the vehicle speed according to the ABS wheel speed sensor signal;
calculating a vehicle speed difference value between a vehicle speed obtained based on a vehicle speed sensor signal and a vehicle speed obtained based on an ABS wheel speed sensor signal;
and obtaining a vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result based on the state of an ignition lock, the working state of a vehicle speed sensor, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and the braking state.

A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic method according to claim 1, characterized in that: when the ignition lock is in an ON gear, the working state of the vehicle speed sensor is in a non-electrical fault state, the signal of the ABS wheel speed sensor is effective, the vehicle speed difference value is not greater than a set threshold value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the signal of the vehicle speed sensor is greater than a preset threshold value, and the brake signal is not present in the brake state, the signal of the vehicle speed sensor is judged to be reasonable.
3. A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic includes no diagnostic ready, diagnostic ready and diagnostic no fault and diagnostic ready and diagnostic fault.
4. A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic method according to claim 3, characterized in that:
based on the ignition lock state, the working state of a vehicle speed sensor, ABS wheel speed sensor signals, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signals and the braking state, the rationality diagnosis result of the vehicle speed sensor signals is obtained, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
diagnosing the rationality of the vehicle speed sensor signal periodically based on the state of an ignition lock, the working state of the vehicle speed sensor, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and the braking state;
if and only if the first determination condition, the second determination condition, the third determination condition, the fourth determination condition and the fifth determination condition are all satisfied, determining whether the sixth determination condition is satisfied, if so, determining that the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is ready for diagnosis and no fault is diagnosed, and if not, determining that the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is ready for diagnosis and fault is diagnosed;
the first determination condition is that an ignition lock state is in an ON gear, the second determination condition is that a working state of a vehicle speed sensor is in a non-electrical fault state, the third determination condition is that an ABS wheel speed sensor signal is effective, the fourth determination condition is that a vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal is greater than a preset threshold value, the fifth determination condition is that a brake signal does not exist in a brake state, and the sixth determination condition is that a vehicle speed difference value is not greater than the preset threshold value.
5. A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic method according to claim 4, characterized in that: when any one of the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth determination conditions is not satisfied, the vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnosis result is not ready for diagnosis.
6. A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic method according to claim 4, characterized in that:
when the rationality of the vehicle speed sensor signal is diagnosed periodically based ON the state of the ignition lock, the working state of the vehicle speed sensor, the signal of the ABS wheel speed sensor, the vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the signal of the vehicle speed sensor and the braking state, if the ON gear of the instrument ignition lock is powered off, the diagnosis is stopped.

A vehicle speed sensor signal rationality diagnostic method according to claim 4, characterized in that: when the rationality of the vehicle speed sensor signal is diagnosed periodically based on the state of an ignition lock, the working state of a vehicle speed sensor, an ABS wheel speed sensor signal, a vehicle speed difference value, the vehicle speed obtained according to the vehicle speed sensor signal and the braking state, if the braking state is that a braking signal exists, the diagnosis is suspended.
