Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of dyes, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly disperse dye composition, a disperse dye, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of health and environmental awareness of people, the requirements of consumers on the performance, the fastness grade and the ecological protection of textiles are also increasing. The environment-friendly dye can greatly improve the added value and competitiveness of the textile. For disperse dyes, there are currently a large number of disperse dyes in the market, such as: a low-temperature disperse dye formed by combining C.I. disperse yellow 64 and C.I. disperse yellow 54. However, the low-temperature disperse dye is not environment-friendly, contains substances which are harmful to the environment and human health, has the defect of poor sublimation fastness when printing and dyeing hydrophobic fibers, and cannot meet the market demand.
Therefore, an environment-friendly alternative dye is developed, and meanwhile, the performance of the dye is similar to that of the low-temperature dye, various color fastness are excellent, and a product with good compatibility has great market potential.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

Initially, the temperature was raised to 70 ℃ at a temperature rise rate of 3 ℃/min, then the temperature was raised from 70 ℃ to 130 ℃ at a temperature rise rate of 1.5 ℃/min, the temperature was kept for 50 min, and the temperature was lowered to 50 ℃ at a rate of 9.9 ℃/min to start sampling. And washing and drying the cloth sample to obtain the polyester fiber fabric.
And (3) testing various fastness:
the dyed polyester fiber fabrics were tested for fastness to washing, rubbing, sublimation and perspiration according to ISO 105-C10, ISO 105-X12, ISO 105-P01 and ISO 105-E04, respectively, and the results are shown in tables 1-4 below.

From the above data, it is clear that the dye finished products of examples 1 to 10 provided by the present invention have at least comparable or more excellent fastness properties when dyeing on polyester fiber fabrics, as compared with the dye finished products of comparative examples 1 to 2.
Environment protection test
The disperse dyes prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were each tested for their organochlorine carrier content according to DIN 54232:2010-08, and the results are shown in Table 5 below.

The dyes prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were dyed according to the method of dyeing example 1, and the resultant polyester fiber fabrics were respectively tested for the content of the organochlorine carrier according to the method of DIN 54232:2010-08, and the results are shown in Table 6 below.

From the above data, it is clear that the dye finished products of examples 1 to 10 provided by the invention are compared with the dye finished products of comparative examples 1 to 2, and the dye-dyed polyester fiber fabric is compared with the dye finished products of comparative examples 1 to 10, so that the dye-dyed polyester fiber fabric has more excellent environmental protection performance, and can meet the environmental protection requirement of Oeko-Tex standard 100.

Claims (11)

1. A disperse dye composition characterized by comprising the following components:
component A of formula (I):
a component B represented by the formula (II):
a component C represented by the formula (III) and a component D represented by the formula (IV):
the content of the component A is 5-45% based on 100% of the total mass of the disperse dye composition; the content of the component B is 5-45%; the content of the component C is 5-85%; the content of the component D is 5-80%.
2. A disperse dye, characterized in that it comprises a disperse dye composition according to claim 1 and an auxiliary material.
3. Disperse dye according to claim 2, characterized in that the auxiliary material comprises an auxiliary agent and water.
4. A disperse dye according to claim 3, characterized in that the mass ratio of auxiliary agent to disperse dye composition is 0.4-5:1.
5. The disperse dye according to claim 4, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of a dispersing agent, a dyeing auxiliary and a surfactant.
6. The disperse dye according to claim 5, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises one or a combination of more than two of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, benzyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignin sulfonate and sodium sulfate.
7. The disperse dye according to claim 6, wherein the alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate comprises methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate.
8. A process for the preparation of disperse dyes according to any one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the mixture of the dye components is subjected to a granulation treatment with a pulverizer in the presence of auxiliary materials; or the dye components are respectively subjected to granulation treatment by a pulverizer in the presence of auxiliary materials, and then are mixed.
9. Use of a disperse dye according to any one of claims 2 to 7 or a disperse dye prepared by a preparation method according to claim 8 for dyeing and printing textiles.
10. Use according to claim 9, characterized in that the fabric comprises a hydrophobic fibre material.
11. Fabric, characterized in that it is produced by dyeing and printing using the disperse dye according to any one of claims 2 to 7 or the disperse dye produced by the production method of claim 8.
