The invention relates to an MBR (membrane bioreactor) biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device, which is characterized in that when in work, wastewater to be treated is firstly introduced into a treatment box 1 through a water inlet pipe 3, the input end of an air supply pipe 5 and an external oxygen supply device are simultaneously communicated, external oxygen enters the pipeline of a sleeve 7 through a plurality of groups of air nozzles 6, a driving device is simultaneously started to drive the sleeve 7 to rotate along the axis of the sleeve 7, a plurality of groups of air dispersing cutter groups 11 break oxygen bubbles sprayed by the plurality of groups of air nozzles 6 in the rotating process of the sleeve 7, the broken bubbles uniformly enter the treatment box 1 through a plurality of groups of air outlet holes 10 and enter the MBR biofilm group 2 under the action of water pressure, and microorganisms in the MBR biofilm group 2 are combined with oxygen to decompose and purify organic impurities and the like in the wastewater.
The MBR biological membrane integrated wastewater treatment device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the MBR biological membrane integrated wastewater treatment device can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects can be achieved.

An MBR (membrane bioreactor) and biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device is characterized by comprising a treatment box (1), an air supply pipe (5), a sleeve (7), a driving device, a collecting device (12) and a purifying device (13), wherein the bottom of the side end of the treatment box (1) is provided with an inlet pipe (3), the top of the side end of the treatment box (1) is provided with an outlet pipe (4), the inside of the treatment box (1) is provided with an MBR biofilm group (2), the MBR biofilm group (2) is positioned between the inlet pipe (3) and the outlet pipe (4), the air supply pipe (5) is transversely and fixedly arranged inside the treatment box (1), the air supply pipe (5) is positioned below the MBR biofilm group (2), a plurality of groups of air nozzles (6) are arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the air supply pipe (5), two groups of annular chutes (8) are symmetrically arranged on the inner side wall of the treatment box (1), and the axes of the two groups of annular chutes (8) are collinear with the axis of the air supply pipe (5), the sleeve (7) is sleeved outside the air supply pipe (5), the two ends of the sleeve (7) are respectively provided with a support ring (9), the two groups of support rings (9) are respectively and rotatably arranged in the two groups of annular chutes (8), the axis of the sleeve (7) is collinear with the axis of the air supply pipe (5), the sleeve (7) is provided with a plurality of groups of air outlet holes (10) for communicating the inside of the treatment box (1) with the inside of a pipeline of the sleeve (7), the inner wall of the pipeline of the sleeve (7) is provided with a plurality of groups of air diffusing knife groups (11), the plurality of groups of air diffusing knife groups (11) are respectively aligned with a plurality of groups of air nozzles (6), the collecting device (12) is arranged on the treatment box (1) for collecting precipitated impurities generated in the discharged wastewater treatment, the purifying device (13) is fixedly arranged at the top of the treatment box (1) for purifying odor generated in the wastewater treatment process, the driving device is fixedly arranged on the processing box (1) and is used for driving the sleeve (7) to rotate along the axis of the sleeve.

The MBR (membrane bioreactor) integrated wastewater treatment device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving device comprises a first motor (14), a driving gear (15) and a driven gear (16), the first motor (14) is fixedly installed on the side wall of the treatment tank (1), the output end of the first motor (14) penetrates through the treatment tank (1) in a sealing manner and extends into the treatment tank (1), the driving gear (15) is fixedly sleeved on the output end of the first motor (14), the driven gear (16) is fixedly sleeved on the sleeve (7), and the driven gear (16) is meshed with the driving gear (15).

The MBR-biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device of claim 1, wherein the purification device (13) comprises a purification box (17), an activated carbon adsorption layer (18) and an air pump (20), the purification box (17) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the treatment box (1), a chamber is arranged inside the purification box (17), the activated carbon adsorption layer (18) is vertically and longitudinally and fixedly arranged inside the purification box (17) and divides the chamber of the purification box (17) into a left chamber and a right chamber, the bottom end of the left chamber is provided with a communication port (19) for communicating the inside of the treatment box (1) with the left chamber, the air pump (20) is fixedly arranged at the right end of the purification box (17), and the input end of the air pump (20) is communicated with the right chamber.

The MBR-biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device of claim 1, wherein the collection device (12) comprises a collection box (21), a rotating shaft (23), a second motor (24) and a cleaning door (26), a chamber is arranged inside the collection box (21), the collection box (21) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the left end of the treatment box (1), a sewage draining outlet (22) is arranged at the bottom of the treatment box (1) for communicating the inside of the treatment box (1) with the chamber of the collection box (21), the rotating shaft (23) passes through the sewage draining outlet (22) and is rotatably arranged in the chamber of the collection box (21) and the inside of the treatment box (1), the second motor (24) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the right end of the treatment box (1), the output end of the second motor (24) passes through the treatment box (1) and is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (23), a spiral blade (25) is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the rotating shaft (23), the front end of the collecting box (21) is provided with a cleaning opening, and a cleaning door (26) is hermetically arranged at the cleaning opening.
5. The MBR-biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device of claim 4, wherein the front end of the cleaning door (26) is provided with a handle (27).

The MBR-biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device of claim 3, further comprising a control box (28) and a UV sterilization lamp (29), wherein the control box (28) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the purification box (17), the UV sterilization lamp (29) is fixedly arranged in the right chamber, and the UV sterilization lamp (29) is electrically connected with the control box (28).

The MBR-biofilm integrated wastewater treatment device of claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the treatment tank (1) is symmetrically provided with a plurality of groups of supporting legs (30), and the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of supporting legs (30) are flush with the bottom end of the collection device (12).
