the coating material is obtained by the following steps:
adding 24 parts of aliphatic polyurethane triacrylate, 48 parts of 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate, 13 parts of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 4.5 parts of alkyl modified polysiloxane into a stirring dispersion machine, and mixing at a stirring speed of 400-600 r/min for 20min to obtain a mixture 1;
step two, adding 4 parts of sulfonyloxy ketone, 8.5 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, 1.2 parts of hydroxytoluene butyl ester, 2 parts of organic thermosetting polymethyl urea resin, 0.9 part of 4-acryloyl morpholine, 1.3 parts of 2-methyl methacrylate and a coloring pigment into the mixture 1 obtained in the step one, and continuously mixing for 10min at a stirring speed of 350-450 r/min to obtain a mixture 2;
and step three, grinding the material 2 obtained in the step two until the particle size is 300-350 nm, and obtaining the coating material.
The technical scheme of further improvement in the technical scheme is as follows:
1. in the scheme, the particle size of the coloring pigment is 10-15 mu m.
2. In the above scheme, the adhesive layer is an acrylic polyester adhesive layer, an organic silicon adhesive layer, a polyurethane adhesive layer, an epoxy adhesive layer, an AB adhesive layer, or other adhesive systems.

3. According to the multifunctional teaching blackboard, 0.8-1.2 parts of hydroxytoluene butyl ester and 2-4 parts of organic thermosetting polymethyl urea resin are added into a coating material system, so that the curing hardness and scratch resistance of the coating material are improved, the viscosity and surface tension of the coating material containing 6-8 parts of coloring pigment are reduced, and the stability is good.
