the coating film comprises a coating film body (1), wherein an environment-friendly purification layer (10) is arranged on the inner side surface, which is in contact with food when in use, of the coating film body (1), a base film (9) is arranged on the outer side surface of the environment-friendly purification layer (10), a color development layer (8) is arranged on one side surface, which is far away from the environment-friendly purification layer (10), of the base film (9), a separation interlayer (7) is arranged on one side surface, which is far away from the base film (8), of the color development layer (8), a protection outer surface layer (6) is arranged on one side surface, which is far away from the color development layer (8), of the separation interlayer (7), a transparent observation strip (5) is bonded on the upper surface of the separation interlayer (7), the lower surface of the transparent observation strip (5) is in contact with the upper surface of the separation interlayer (7), the front side surface and the rear side surface of the transparent observation strip (5) are in contact with the interior of the protection outer surface layer (6), and the height of the transparent observation strip (5) is 0.15mm higher than that of the protection outer surface layer (6), the transparent observation strip (5) is made of transparent PC material.

This kind of coating film for food package uses, can tear upper protective layer 2 and lower protective layer 3 on both sides surface about the coating film body 1 through easily tearing off piece 4 earlier, after tearing, take out upper protective layer 2, begin to tailor according to the specific demand when food package, after cutting out, can pack food, at the in-process that food package is good, if the inside of coating film body 1 has taken place to break, the membrane of separation interstration 7 bottom will take place the damage this moment, thereby make the red solution of cornflower-3-glucoside inside in color development layer 8 can soak separation interstration 7, thereby just can observe the colour change through transparent observation strip 5 and protection extexine 6, thereby in time know the damaged condition of food package, thereby the degree of safety of commodity packing has been improved.
Example 2
After the food is stored for a long time, if the food has foreign flavor inside, the bamboo charcoal particles are added inside the environment-friendly purification layer 10 which is in contact with the food, so that the gas inside the food can be purified and adsorbed, thereby increasing the cleanness and the environment-friendly property inside the commodity and improving the food edible safety.

Claims (10)
1. The coating film for food packaging is characterized by comprising an upper protective layer, a coating film body and a lower protective layer which are sequentially overlapped;
the coating film body is provided with an environment-friendly purification layer at the side contacting with food,
a base layer film is arranged on the outer side of the environment-friendly purification layer,
one side of the base layer film, which is far away from the environment-friendly purification layer, is provided with a color development layer,
one side of the color development layer far away from the base layer film is provided with a barrier interlayer,
and one side of the barrier interlayer, which is far away from the color development layer, is provided with a protective outer surface layer.
2. The coating film for food packaging according to claim 1, wherein an edge of the upper protective layer on the side away from the coating film body is provided with an easy-tear block.
3. The coating film for food packaging according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a surface of the barrier interlayer remote from the color development layer is provided with a transparent viewing strip, a side surface of which is in contact with an inside of the protective outer skin layer.
4. The coating film for food packaging according to claim 3, wherein the height of the transparent viewing bar is 0.1 to 0.2mm higher than the height of the protective outer surface layer.
5. The coating film for food packaging according to claim 3, wherein the thickness of the protective outer surface layer is 0.2 to 0.5mm, and the protective outer surface layer is a transparent polyhydroxyalkanoate film.
6. The coated film for food packaging according to claim 3, wherein the thickness of the barrier interlayer is 0.1 to 0.3mm, the barrier interlayer is a white cotton fiber film, and a polyethylene film is provided on the side of the barrier interlayer in contact with the color layer.

The coating film for food packaging according to claim 3, wherein the color developing layer has a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5mm, the matrix of the color developing layer is a cotton fiber, a developer solution is absorbed in the cotton fiber, and the developer is a cornflower-3-glucoside food coloring.
8. The coating film for food packaging according to claim 3, wherein the base film has a thickness of 0.2 to 0.4mm, is a polypropylene PP material film, and has upper and lower surfaces coated with modified EVOH latex.
9. The coating film for food packaging as claimed in claim 3, wherein the thickness of the environmentally friendly purification layer is 0.1 to 0.3mm, and the environmentally friendly purification layer is a polypropylene crystal nano film filled with bamboo charcoal particles.
10. The coating film for food packaging according to claim 3, wherein the thickness of the upper protective layer is 0.1 to 1.0mm, and the thickness of the lower protective layer is 0.1 to 1.0 mm.
