3) curling and forming the narrow strip-shaped paper 5 into a cylindrical cover body 6, wherein the inner diameter of the cylindrical cover body 6 is adapted to the cup cover bottom 10;
4) placing the formed cup cover bottom 10 into the cylindrical cover body 6;
5) the bottom of the cover body 6 is concavely bottomed, namely the bottom 8 of the cover body 6 is turned inwards, the turning edge 9 is positioned in the circumferential groove 4, and the peripheral part 7 of the cup cover bottom 10 is surrounded;

3) curling and molding narrow strip-shaped paper into a cylindrical cover body, wherein the inner diameter of the cylindrical cover body is matched with the bottom of the cup cover;
4) putting the formed cup cover bottom into the cylindrical cover body;
5) the bottom of the cover body is concavely bottomed, namely the bottom of the cover body is turned inwards, the turned edge is positioned in the circumferential groove, and 6 the peripheral part of the bottom of the cup cover is surrounded;
6) knurling the lower part of the turned edge, bonding the turned edge on the peripheral part of the cup cover bottom, and turning the un-knurled part inwards;

A paper cup lid obtained by the molding process of claim 1, comprising a lid bottom and a cylindrical lid body, wherein the lid bottom has a recessed portion, the recessed portion and the peripheral portion of the lid body form a circumferential groove, the lid bottom is disposed inside the cylindrical lid body and connected to the lid body, the lid body has an elastic flange, and a tear line is provided in the recessed portion.
