The peripheral edge of the externally tangent cutterhead is provided with an arc outer edge cutter and an externally tangent edge, the peripheral edge of the furling cutterhead is provided with a furling cutter and an internally tangent edge with wedge-shaped grooves, the rotating directions of the externally tangent cutterhead and the furling cutterhead are opposite, and the internally tangent edge of the furling cutterhead and the externally tangent edge of the externally tangent cutterhead can intermittently finish the actions of furling branches, approaching and shearing.

Background
Desert shrub plants such as caragana microphylla, sea buckthorn and the like, branches of the desert shrub plants are in a cluster shape, and after years of growth, the branches need to be cut transversely from a part close to the ground for stumping, so that the long-term healthy growth of shrubs is facilitated. When cutting shrub branches for stumping, the cross-section cuts of the branches are level and have no burrs, and the cross section is preferably circular or elliptical, otherwise the germination and survival of the branches in the next year are influenced. The stubble leveling operation amount of shrub branches is large, the operation environment is severe, if the manual stubble leveling method is adopted, the efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, and the labor cost is also improved.
In recent years, some related mechanical devices have been provided for improving the stubble cutting efficiency and effect and reducing the labor intensity and labor cost. The circumscribed cutter dish includes: externally cutting the main disc; the shaft barrel is fixedly arranged at the central position of the externally tangent main disc; arc-shaped outer edge cutters arranged at intervals at the circumferential edge of the externally tangent main disc; and the outer cutting edge is arranged on the arc-shaped outer edge of the outer edge cutter.

2. the furling cutterhead and the externally tangent cutterhead of the device rotate oppositely, and the external cutting edge and the internal cutting edge cooperatively act to transversely cut the branches, so that the branches can be kept level at the fracture, and the branches can grow again;
3. the furling cutterhead of the device can furl branches to be cut and is matched with the externally tangent cutterhead to cut the branches, and the structure is simple and multiple-effect.
4. The working rotating speed of the furling cutter head and the circumscribed cutter head of the device is low, the energy consumption is low, and the shearing efficiency is high.

Detailed Description
A rotary double disk shearing apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a contra-rotating double-disc shearing device 1 comprises an outer cutter disc 3 and a gathering cutter disc 10; the rotating axis of the externally tangent cutter head 3 is superposed with the rotating axis of the furling cutter head 10; the externally tangent cutter head 3 is closely arranged on the furling cutter head 10.
The outer cutter disc 3 shown in fig. 2 comprises: a circumscribed main disc 5; a shaft barrel 4 fixedly arranged at the central position of the externally tangent main disc 5; arc-shaped outer edge cutters 6 arranged at intervals on the circumferential edge of the externally tangent main disc 5; and an outer cutting edge 12 arranged on the arc-shaped outer edge of the outer edge cutter 6.
The folding cutter head 10 shown in fig. 2 includes: the main disc 7 is folded; a main shaft 8 fixedly connected with the central position of the furling main disc 7; the furling cutters 9 are arranged at intervals at the circumferential edge of the furling main disc 7 and form a wedge-shaped groove with the furling main disc 7; and an inner cutting edge 11 arranged on the inner arc-shaped edge of the furling cutter 9.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotation directions of the circumscribed cutterhead 3 and the furling cutterhead 10 are opposite; the inner cutting edge 11 of the furling cutter head 10 and the outer cutting edge 12 of the outer cutter head 3 can intermittently complete extrusion shearing action.

In fig. 4 (from top to bottom), when the device of the invention works, the furling cutter head 10 rotates clockwise, and the circumscribed cutter head 3 rotates counterclockwise. When the root of the furling cutter 9 and the root of the outer edge cutter 6 are gradually separated from the overlapped position, the outer cutting edge 12 of the outer edge cutter 6 approaches the branch 2 to be cut to the left side, and the inner cutting edge 11 of the furling cutter 9 approaches the branch 2 to be cut to the right side. The inner cutting edge 11 and the outer cutting edge 12 extrude and cut the branch 2 to be cut together, and then the branch 2 to be cut can be cut, so that the transverse cutting and stubble leveling of the branch can be realized.

A counter-rotating double-disc shearing device (1) as in claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein the direction of rotation of said outer cutter disc (3) and said closing cutter disc (10) is also the same; the rotating speed of the furling cutter head (10) is higher than that of the circumscribed cutter head (3); the inner cutting edge (11) of the furling cutter head (10) and the outer cutting edge (12) of the outer cutter head (3) can intermittently complete approaching and shearing actions.
