Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of main steps of a method for convenient and quick operation of a form assisted by a voice plug-in according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
First, the concept of a plug-in is introduced.
Plug-ins (Plug-ins, also known as addins, add-ins, addons, or add-ons, also known as Plug-ins) are programs written in an application program interface that conforms to a certain specification. It can only run under the system platform (can also support multiple platforms simultaneously) specified by the program, and can not run independently from the specified platform. Since the plug-in needs to call the function library or data provided by the original clean system. Many software has plug-ins, and there are numerous types of plug-ins. For example, in the IE, after installing the relevant plug-in, the Web browser can directly call the plug-in for processing a specific type of file.
In fig. 1, the method mainly comprises steps S100-S500.
In step S100, the voice plug-in of the present invention needs to be installed on the terminal device.
More specifically, the voice plug-in this embodiment includes a segmented voice determination component, a segmented voice action extraction component, and a segmented voice instruction recognition component.
In a specific implementation, the plug-in may be a driver package compatible with the terminal device, and downloaded through a cloud of an open network; the USB interface can be a portable pluggable external disk, and the external disk is connected to the USB interface of the terminal equipment to be automatically installed and operated. This is because application software (e.g. form software) typically provides services that enable plug-ins to be applied, including providing a loading means that allows plug-ins to be loaded into application programs and network transport protocols for data exchange with plug-ins. The plug-in must rely on the application to function itself, and the plug-in cannot function properly only. In contrast, applications do not need to rely on plug-ins to run, so that plug-ins can be loaded onto the application and dynamically updated without any changes to the application.
In the prior art, for example, a report plug-in, a browser plug-in, etc. are common plug-in configurations.
The report plug-in is a browser plug-in for realizing related functions of reports, printing and the like, and generally comprises functions of report analysis, report display, charts, printing, data export and the like. The report plug-in is a native program running in the browser and has extremely high running performance and powerful functions.
Browser plug-ins are software components embedded in a web browser and developed according to the browser plug-in specification, a plug-in usually being developed for one or a set of functions. The web browser is a host program operated by the plug-in, and the plug-in usually provides a series of programming interfaces for calling web scripts, so as to realize interaction between the plug-in and the browser. Different browser plug-ins are written with different specification requirements. The titles are also different, the IE browser is called a plug-in as ActiveX control, and the Firefox is called a plug-in as Plugin. The most common plug-in is a Flash player, a video player in a browser is also a plug-in, and password input boxes of many internet banks are also plug-ins.
In step S200, when the form operation software is in a foreground operation state, determining whether the voice input interface receives a plug-in activation password;
in step S300, if the voice input interface receives a plug-in activation password, the voice plug-in is activated.
As an example, the plug-in activation password may be a preset segment of a wake-up voice password, such as "Hi, XX plug-in! "and the like. The prior art has many descriptions about the implementation of the wake-up voice password, and this embodiment is not described in detail.
Next, steps S400-S500 are performed:
s400: performing instruction recognition based on the voice sequence collected by the voice input interface;
s500: the voice plug-in calls at least one callable function item of the table operation software based on the result recognized by the instruction.
In practical application, the method described in fig. 1 is applied to a terminal device for configuring a voice input interface, and at least one form operation software is installed on the terminal device, and the form operation software includes a plurality of callable function items.
In particular, see fig. 2.
FIG. 2 shows a terminal device including a human-computer interface with form manipulation software installed thereon;
meanwhile, the terminal equipment comprises a plurality of voice input interfaces for collecting voice input instructions of the user.
At this time, the method shown in fig. 1 can be implemented by installing the plug-in drive package compatible with the terminal device in the embodiment on the terminal device, or inserting the portable pluggable external plug-in tray.
As a more preferable mode, in the embodiment of fig. 1, the step S200 further includes:
and when the form operation software is in a foreground operation state, sending an operation path corresponding to the historical operation record of the invokable function item of the form operation software to the voice plug-in.
Reference is next made to fig. 3.
In this embodiment, when the form operation software is in a foreground operation state, a unidirectional data pipeline is established between a background process of the form operation software and a foreground process of the voice plug-in, and an operation path corresponding to a history operation record of the callable function item of the form operation software is sent to the voice plug-in through the unidirectional data pipeline.
It should be noted that the present embodiment introduces a data-pipeline (data-pipeline) technology into the plug-in technology for the first time.
Data-pipeline technology originally is used for data transfer between different databases (data sources), such as data backup, data restoration, and the like, and by adopting the data-pipeline technology, process blocking or data transmission by using a third-party agent can be avoided. Data pipes are the connections of different processes for data transmission.
A unidirectional data pipe pipeline is intended to mean unidirectional data transfer from one process to another.
The embodiment adopts the unidirectional data pipeline for the first time, and can avoid the influence of the plug-in technology on the operation of the table software in the running process.
In the above embodiments of fig. 1-3, the voice plug-in includes a segmented voice determination component, a segmented voice action extraction component, and a segmented voice instruction recognition component.
More specifically, the segmented speech determining component is configured to determine whether the speech sequence has a segmented attribute, and activate the segmented speech action extracting component if the speech sequence has the segmented attribute.
In various embodiments of the present invention, the segment attribute means that the speech sequence includes more than two language attributes. For example, when the speech sequence includes at least two languages, the speech sequence has a segmentation attribute.
Taking fig. 4 as an example, the user's voice input may be "open the pix-fix function of project", and the user intends to open the pixel adjustment function of the current form item for adjusting the pixel value of a certain box.
At this time, the speech sequence includes a first language speech sequence (open function) and at least one second language speech sequence (project, pix-fix), and thus, has a segmentation attribute.
And when the voice sequence comprises a first language voice sequence and at least one second language voice sequence, calling the segmented voice action extraction component of the voice plug-in to extract the first language voice sequence or the second language voice sequence.
Specifically, as an example, if the length of the first language voice sequence is smaller than the length of the second language voice sequence, the segmented voice action extraction component of the voice plug-in is invoked to extract the first language voice sequence;
otherwise, calling the segmented voice action extraction component of the voice plug-in to extract the second language voice sequence.
More specifically, see fig. 5.
Converting the first language voice sequence or the second language voice sequence extracted by the segmented voice action extraction component into a character sequence, and then carrying out word segmentation processing to identify long-tail words;
and taking the long tail word as the input of a segmented voice instruction recognition component.
And the segmented voice instruction recognition component compares the input long-tail words with the operation paths corresponding to the historical operation records of the callable function items, and obtains an execution instruction of at least one callable function item by combining the first language voice sequence or the second language voice sequence.
It should be pointed out that, because of the universality of the plug-ins, by using the technical scheme of the invention, corresponding plug-ins can be developed aiming at different table software on different platforms, including Office of microsoft, LibreOffice of free source, a national Jinshan WPS suite and permanently Office; iWorks in apple iOS environment, LibreOffice in Linux environment, Jinshan WPS, and the like.
Through the technical scheme, the method and the device can be suitable for improving the portability of table operation, and particularly have higher identification accuracy on occasions of mixed business languages or instructions.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
