When mounting, the transverse plate 141 is aligned with the clip groove 172, and the transverse plate 141 is pushed into the clip groove 172.
Referring to fig. 3, the top wall 112 of the lamp housing 11 is provided with a plurality of atmosphere lamp holes 181 for supplying atmosphere light to penetrate out and illuminate to the environment, the atmosphere lamp holes 181 are round holes and are arranged on the top wall 112, and the distance between the atmosphere lamp holes 181 gradually increases in the direction close to the two ends of the top wall 112. According to the eye structure characteristics of people, the amount of light entering the eyes of the front of the display screen 3 is large, and in order to reduce the brightness difference between the front of the display screen 3 and the background environment, more supplementary lighting is needed compared with the two sides, so the atmosphere lamp holes 181 in the middle of the lamp 1 are arranged more densely, and the generation of glare is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, an opening 115, a blocking piece 116 adapted to the shape of the opening 115, and a distance-adjusting device 117 are disposed at a connection portion between the bottom wall 111 and the rear sidewall 114 of the lamp housing 11, the blocking piece 116 is installed in the opening 115, and one end of the blocking piece 116 is rotatably connected to an edge of the lamp housing 11 at the opening 115.
Referring to fig. 6, the distance calibration device 117 includes a rotating motor (not shown in the figure) disposed on the lamp housing 11, a distance measurement sensor 1171 disposed on the blocking piece 116, and a control unit connected to the distance measurement sensor 1171, wherein a rotating shaft of the rotating motor is connected to a rotating shaft of the blocking piece 116 through a gear transmission mechanism, the distance measurement sensor 1171 is used for detecting a distance between the blocking piece 116 and the display screen 3 and sending a corresponding distance measurement signal, and the control unit receives the distance measurement signal and controls the rotating motor to rotate based on the distance measurement signal to keep the distance between the distance measurement sensor 1171 and the display screen 3 constant.
Referring to fig. 4, the bottom wall 111 of the lamp housing 11 is provided with a light exit slit 182 along the length direction of the bottom wall 111, and the light exit slit 182 is used for light supplement of the screen to pass out to illuminate the display screen 3. The bottom wall 111 is provided with two clamping walls 191 at two sides of the light-emitting slit 182, and the two clamping walls 191 are oppositely arranged and matched with the bottom wall 111 to form a clamping groove 192. The light-transmitting plate 193 is connected in the clamping groove 192 in a clamping manner, the light-transmitting plate 193 is a strip-shaped square plate made of acrylic, the width and the depth of the clamping groove 192 are matched with the light-transmitting plate 193, and the light-transmitting plate 193 slides in the clamping groove 192 and is connected with the clamping groove 192 in a sliding manner. The light-transmitting plate 193 is provided with diffusing corrugations, so that screen supplementary lighting transmitted by the light-transmitting plate 193 is changed into soft diffusing light, and light emitted by the display screen 3 is supplemented, so that the proportion of blue light in the light received by the eyes is reduced, and the eye protection effect and the eye fatigue reduction effect are achieved. The opposite side of the clamping wall 191 is provided with a light-gathering arc surface 194, and the light-gathering arc surface 194 is bent towards the screen light supplement lamp 13 in the direction away from the light-transmitting plate 193, so that light rays emitted by the screen light supplement lamp 13 towards the front side wall 113 and the rear side wall 114 of the lamp housing 11 are converged towards the light-transmitting plate 193, and the light output quantity of the light-transmitting plate 193 is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, the fixture 2 includes a cap holder 21 for holding the lamp 1, a clamping portion 22 for fixing the edge of the display screen 3, a rotating mechanism 23 for connecting the cap holder 21 and the clamping portion 22, a driving mechanism 26 for driving the cap holder 21 to rotate toward or away from the clamping portion 22, and a control circuit for controlling the driving mechanism 26.
Referring to fig. 8, the cap fixing member 21 is a square tube, and the shape of the cavity inside the square tube is adapted to the shape of the lamp housing 11. The side wall of the lamp holder fixing member 21 is provided with a notch 211 for the lamp 1 to be embedded in along the length direction of the lamp holder fixing member 21, and the lamp 1 is connected with the lamp holder fixing member 21 in a buckling manner. When the lamp holder fixing piece 21 is used, the lamp shell 11 is abutted against the notch 211 of the lamp holder fixing piece 21 and is pressed in forcibly, the notch 211 of the lamp holder fixing piece 21 is expanded and deformed by the lamp shell 11 until the lamp shell 11 is completely embedded into the lamp holder fixing piece 21, and at the moment, the lamp holder fixing piece 21 is deformed and restored and is connected with the lamp shell 11 in a buckling mode. Due to the rounded connection between the sides of the lamp housing 11, the lamp housing 11 can be easily embedded in the cap holder 21.
The lamp holder fixing member 21 is provided with a socket 212 for inserting the TYPE-C connector to connect with the lamp 1, and when the lamp is to be installed, the socket 212 is aligned with the through hole 161 of the wire protecting base 16, so that the TYPE-C connector can be inserted into the lamp housing 11 and connected with the TYPE-C connector 143.
With continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, the clamping portion 22 includes a base 221 and a balance base 222 rotatably connected to the base 221 through a torsion mechanism 24, the rotation mechanism 23 includes two stoppers 231 oppositely disposed on the base 221, a rotation block 232 disposed on the outer surface of the lamp holder fixing member 21 and located between the stoppers 231, and a fixing shaft 233 passing through the stoppers 231 and the rotation block 232, in this embodiment, the fixing shaft 233 is a wire passing through the stoppers 231 and the rotation block 232, and one end of the wire away from the head is in threaded connection with a nut, and the nut locks the wire on the stoppers 231. The rotating block 232 is rotatably connected with the machine wire, and the side surface of the rotating block 232 facing the stop block 231 is abutted against the stop block 231, so that the friction force between the stop block 231 and the rotating block 232 can prevent the rotation of the rotating block 232 caused by self weight. When the lamp 1 is used, the lamp 1 is only required to be manually pulled, so that the external force applied to the lamp 1 is greater than the friction force between the rotating block 232 and the stop block 231, and the irradiation angle of the lamp 1 can be adjusted.
The side of the stopper 231 facing the base fixture 21 is a slope 234 on the rotation path of the base fixture 21, and the base fixture 21 moves closer to or away from the slope 234 when the rotation block 232 rotates around the fixed shaft 233 in the forward or reverse direction. The driving mechanism 26 includes a permanent magnet 261 provided on the inclined surface 234, and an electromagnet 262 (see fig. 3) provided on the lamp head fixing member 21 on the side facing the inclined surface 234, in the embodiment, the permanent magnet 261 is embedded in the stopper 231, and one end close to the inclined surface 234 is a north pole, and the electromagnet 262 is installed in the lamp head fixing member 21, and a magnetic pole of one end faces the permanent magnet 261. Referring to fig. 7, a lamp cap metal contact 264 electrically connected to the power supply terminal of the electromagnet 262 is disposed on the inner side wall of the lamp cap fixing member 21, referring to fig. 3, a lamp housing metal contact 263 corresponding to the lamp cap metal contact 264 is disposed on the lamp housing 11, and the controller is electrically connected to the lamp housing metal contact 263 and supplies power to the lamp housing metal contact 263.
The control circuit is arranged in a controller in the lamp tube and comprises a detection module, a control module and an execution module.
Referring to fig. 6, the detection module includes an illumination sensor 1172 disposed on the lamp 1, and in this embodiment, the illumination sensor 1172 is located on a side of the baffle 116 where the distance measuring sensor 1171 is disposed. The illumination sensor 1172 is configured to detect the brightness of the display screen 3 and to emit a detection signal based on the brightness of the display screen 3. When the lamp 1 is rotated, the illuminated area of the lamp 1 will change. The detection module detects the brightness of the display screen 3 and sends out a corresponding detection signal, and the intensity of the detection signal is in direct proportion to the brightness of the display screen 3.
The control module comprises a preset voltage output source for outputting a preset signal, receives the detection signal and outputs a control signal based on the relative size of the detection signal and the preset signal; the preset signal is equivalent to a change threshold of the detection signal and corresponds to a preset brightness, and the control module compares the detection signal with the preset signal and outputs a control signal based on a comparison result.
The execution module is connected to the control module and controls the driving mechanism 26 to drive the lamp head fixing member 21 to rotate towards or away from the clamping portion 22 based on the control signal.
When the intensity of the detection signal is greater than the preset signal, that is, the brightness of the display screen 3 is higher than the preset brightness, at this time, the control signal controls the execution module to enable the magnetic pole magnetism of the electromagnet 262 facing the permanent magnet 261 to be a south pole, the electromagnet 262 adsorbs the permanent magnet to drive the lamp holder fixing piece 21 to rotate towards the inclined plane 234, at this time, the illuminated area of the lamp 1 is turned to the display screen 3 from the keyboard 4, so that the lamp 1 supplements light to the display screen 3, and the proportion of blue light received by human eyes in light is reduced.
When the intensity of the detection signal is smaller than the preset signal, that is, the brightness of the display screen 3 is lower than the preset brightness, at this time, the control signal controls the execution module to enable the magnetic pole of the electromagnet 262 facing the permanent magnet 261 to be a north pole, the electromagnet 262 and the permanent magnet repel each other, the driving mechanism 26 drives the lamp holder fixing piece 21 to rotate away from the inclined plane 234, that is, the illuminated area of the lamp 1 is to be turned from the display screen 3 to the keyboard 4, so that the keyboard 4 is supplemented with light.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the balancing base 222 includes a balancing shell 2221 and a balancing weight 2222 disposed inside the balancing shell 2221, the balancing shell 2221 includes two end surfaces parallel to each other and an arc-shaped side surface connecting the end surfaces, the end surfaces are shaped like a water drop, the limiting rod 241 is rotatably connected to the thin end of the end surface, and the thick end of the end surface is fixedly connected to the balancing weight 2222. In this embodiment, the balancing weight 2222 is a cylindrical solid iron block, and two ends of the balancing weight are connected to the end surfaces of the balancing shell 2221.
With continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, the torsion mechanism 24 includes a limiting rod 241 fixed on the base 221 and a torsion spring 242 sleeved on the limiting rod 241, two ends of the limiting rod 241 penetrate through the base 221 and are rotatably connected with the balance shell 2221, a torsion arm at one end of the torsion spring 242 is fixedly connected with the base 221, and a torsion arm at the other end is fixedly connected with the balance shell 2221. The base 221 is provided with a clamping plate 223, the clamping plate 223 and the balance base 222 cooperate to form a clamping cavity 224 for the edge of the display screen 3 to be embedded, and the torsion spring 242 drives the balance base 222 to approach the clamping plate 223 to clamp the edge of the display screen 3. In particular, the clamping plate 223, the balancing shell 2221 and the base 221 are provided with anti-slip gaskets 25 at the portions located in the clamping cavities 224.
