Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette paper preparation, and particularly relates to cigarette paper.
Background
The low tar and low harm cigarette becomes the mainstream of cigarette development, and only after the cigarette taste compensation technology is realized, the tar can be reduced, meanwhile, higher smoking quality can be obtained, and the quality and the characteristics of the original product can be maintained.
The cigarette paper is used as an auxiliary material of the cigarette, and not only plays a role in wrapping tobacco shreds, participating in combustion and adjusting the release amount of carbon monoxide and tar. Compared with the high-temperature oxygen-poor state when the tobacco shreds are burnt, the cigarette paper is positioned at the periphery of a cigarette, the burning temperature is lower, and oxygen is sufficient, so that the burning speed is too high, the tobacco shreds are easy to fall off, the burning temperature of the cigarette paper is low, the effective transfer of functional aroma components can be realized, and the generation of harmful components is reduced.
At present, for example, cigarette flavoring technologies such as an inclusion compound flavoring technology, a microcapsule flavoring technology, a microporous polymer flavoring technology, an adsorbent flavoring technology and the like are all carried out in tobacco shreds or filter sticks, so that the production cost is high, the volatilization is easy, the retention of functional aroma cannot be lasting, and the like.
The prior art also proposes that the cigarette is flavored by functional flavoring on the cigarette paper, but the functional flavoring, or functional flavoring inclusion compound, functional flavoring microcapsule and the like are adhered to the outer surface of the cigarette paper by a coating mode outside the prepared cigarette paper.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide cigarette paper, which solves the problems that the production cost is increased, the combustion performance is reduced and the functional essence and spice is easy to fall off from the cigarette paper due to the fact that the functional essence and spice is coated on the cigarette paper in the prior art.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a cigarette paper is prepared by adding tobacco stem biomass charcoal composite particles into conventional cigarette paper pulp, wherein the tobacco stem biomass charcoal composite particles are composite particles prepared from biomass charcoal prepared from tobacco stems and attachments attached to pores of the tobacco stem biomass charcoal;
the attachment is tobacco extract and/or essence.
Furthermore, the composite particles of the tobacco stalk and the biomass charcoal account for 0.1 to 5 percent of the weight of the cigarette paper.
Furthermore, the weight of the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal composite particles is 1-3% of the weight of the cigarette paper.
Furthermore, the weight percentage of attachments in the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal composite particles is 1-3%.
Further, the tobacco extract is extracted from more than one of tobacco leaves, tobacco fragments, tobacco powder, tobacco stems or tobacco straws; the flavors and fragrances include, but are not limited to, one or more of tobacco extract, tobacco absolute, tobacco flavor and fragrance, fruit flavor extract or flower extract.
Further, when the attachments are the tobacco extract and the essence and flavor, the weight ratio of the tobacco extract to the essence and flavor is (0-10): (0-10).
Further, the preparation method of the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal comprises the following steps:
1) preparing tobacco stalks into tobacco stalk biomass charcoal;
2) diluting the attachment used for immersing into the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal by 10-50 times to obtain an attachment solution, spraying the attachment solution on the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal, and then spraying Peru extract accounting for 0.1-1% of the weight of the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal and a fixative accounting for 0.1-1% of the weight of the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal on the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal, wherein the weight ratio of the attachment to the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal is (1-3): (99-97);
3) crushing the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal obtained in the step 2) by using a disc particle leaning machine, and then screening to obtain the tobacco stalk biomass charcoal composite particles.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, the tobacco stem biomass charcoal composite particles are added into the conventional paper pulp for producing the cigarette paper, the tobacco stem biomass charcoal has certain similarity with the combustion of tobacco shreds in the combustion process, the combustion time of the tobacco stem biomass charcoal can be prolonged and is matched with the combustion of the tobacco shreds in the cigarette, and the functional essence and spice or the tobacco extract of the cigarette paper is released by adding the internal attachments by utilizing the porous property of the tobacco stem biomass charcoal, so that the manufacturing cost of the cigarette paper is not increased, and the combustion performance of the cigarette paper is not reduced although the functional essence and spice is added.
