The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Example one
The first embodiment of the present invention is explained below with reference to fig. 1 to 5. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a pulsator washing machine as a laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a drum washing machine as a laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a power supply module and a light emitting lamp of a laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention, fig. 4 is a top view of fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a first embodiment of a cross-sectional view taken at a-a in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, to solve the problems that the internal external power supply of the conventional clothes treatment apparatus is difficult to arrange and the light source is difficult to increase, taking the clothes treatment apparatus as a pulsator washing machine as an example, the pulsator washing machine includes a driving device 3 and a rotating component 4, the rotating component is a pulsator, the rotating shaft of the driving device 3 is connected with the pulsator, the pulsator washing machine further includes a light emitting lamp 2 and a power supply module 1, the internal structure of the power supply module 1 is as shown in fig. 1 and 5, and includes a first base 11, a rotary sealing member 12 and a power generating member 13, the first base 11 is fixed on the pulsator and has a recess 111 therein, the rotary sealing member 12 includes a rotating shaft 121 and a rotating plate 122, the rotating shaft 121 is fixedly connected with the rotating plate 122, the recess 111 of the first base 11 has a shaft hole 1111, the rotating shaft 121 is inserted into the shaft hole 1111, and a bearing 123 is disposed between the rotating shaft 121 and the shaft hole 1111, the rotating plate 122 is dynamically sealed with the recess 111, the power generating member 13 includes a magnet 131 and a coil 132, the magnet 131 is fixed on the first base 11, the coil 132 is correspondingly fixed on the rotating plate 122, and since the light emitting lamp 2 is electrically connected to the coil 132, the light emitting lamp 2 is also fixed on the rotating plate 122 accordingly.
When the impeller is driven by the driving device 3 to rotate, the first base 11 and the magnet 131 fixed therein rotate rapidly, and at this time, the rotating shaft 121, the rotating plate 122 and the coil 132 are integrated, and a bearing 123 is provided between the rotating shaft and the first base 11, so that the impeller can rotate and realize dynamic sealing, and a sealed cavity 124 is formed, and due to hysteresis, a relative motion is inevitably generated between the coil 132 and the magnet 131, so that the coil 132 cuts a magnetic induction line, generates current, and supplies light to the light emitting lamp 2 to emit light.
Through the arrangement mode, other power supplies are not needed to be introduced, self-power generation is realized by the rotation of the impeller, the problem that a light source is difficult to increase in the clothes treatment equipment is solved, the structure is simple and reliable, the cost is low, the installation is easy, and the integral structure does not need to greatly change the production line of the washing machine and can be installed at any time.
Further embodiments of the invention are further supplemented below with further reference to fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, the power supply module 1 further includes a second base 15, and the second base 15 is fixedly connected to the first base 11 to achieve the integral sealing of the power supply module 1. The power supply module 1 further includes a weight member 14, and the weight member 14 is fixed to the edge of the rotating plate 122 and rotates together with the rotating plate 122, as shown in fig. 5.
The setting mode has the advantages that: although the rotating plate 122 and the concave 111 are designed into a dynamic sealing structure, the washing machine still needs to pay attention to safety performance because the washing machine belongs to equipment used for a long time, and the dynamic sealing is easy to form a condition of loose sealing after being used for a long time, at the moment, the second base body 15 is additionally and fixedly connected with the first base body 11 to realize the integral sealing of the power supply module 1, so that double guarantee is provided for the condition of water leakage, and the power supply module 1 is better in water resistance. It should be noted that the second substrate 15 may be transparent to allow the light of the light emitting lamp 2 to be fully radiated, and in a special environment, for example, when the light emitting lamp 2 is an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, the second substrate 15 may be designed to be partially transparent to prevent the ultraviolet rays from directly radiating to the human body through the second substrate 15, and the inside of the washing machine is sterilized through a set light transmission angle. In addition, the addition of the weight member 14 can further increase the hysteresis between the magnet 131 and the coil 132, and when the pulsator stops rotating, the rotating plate 122 can be rotated for a while, and the light emitting lamp 2 can emit light for a while.
Example two
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6, wherein fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 4.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the weight member 14 does not have to be eccentric to enable the light emitting time of the light emitting lamp 2 to be prolonged, but in the second embodiment, the weight member 14 is directly disposed at the central position, and at this time, although the eccentric function cannot be generated, the hysteresis is obviously increased due to the increase of the mass of the coil 132, the rotating plate 122 and the rotating shaft 121 as a whole, and after the pulsator is stopped, the coil continues to rotate due to the larger inertia, and the time from the rotation to the complete stop of the rotation is prolonged accordingly.
EXAMPLE III
A third embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 5 and 7, wherein fig. 7 is a third embodiment of the cross-sectional view taken at a-a in fig. 4.
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the rotatable connection between the rotary sealing member 12 and the recess 111 is not necessarily the engagement between the rotary shaft 121 and the shaft hole 1111 as in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the rotary sealing member 12 is a rotary end cap 125, the rotary end cap 125 is provided with an annular protrusion 1251, the first base 11 is correspondingly provided with an annular groove 112 matching with the rotary end cap 125, and the rotary end cap 125 is inserted into the annular groove 112 of the first base 11 through the annular protrusion 1251, so that the rotary end cap 125 and the recess 111 are dynamically sealed.
In the embodiment of fig. 7, since the design of the rotating shaft 121 and the shaft hole 1111 is not provided, the overall structure is more concise, and the cost is more saved. In the third embodiment, the coil 132 is directly fixed on the rotating end cap 125, and accordingly the magnet 131 is correspondingly fixed on the first base 11, so that the magnet 131 and the coil 132 can rotate relatively to each other, thereby supplying power to the light emitting lamp 2.
Example four
A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8, in which fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken at a-a in fig. 4.
The difference between the fourth embodiment and the third embodiment is that the roller 1252 is added between the annular protrusion 1251 and the annular groove 112, so that the rotation of the rotating end cover 125 is smoother, the energy loss is less, and the power generation capability is stronger.
In summary, the present invention designs the power supply module 1 capable of generating power by itself based on the rotation of the driving device 3 to illuminate the inside of the pulsator washing machine, thereby solving the problem that it is difficult to add a light source inside the clothes treatment apparatus.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the magnets 131 and the coils 132 in fig. 5-8 can obviously be exchanged, that is, the coils 132 are fixed on the first base 11, the magnets 131 are fixed on the rotating plate 122, accordingly, since the coils 132 and the light-emitting lamps 2 need to be electrically connected, the light-emitting lamps 2 are not suitable to be arranged on the rotating plate 122, and more preferably on the first base 11 or the second base 15, as long as the power generation inside the power supply module 1 and the light-emitting lamps 2 can be realized to emit light, which do not depart from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the magnet 131 and the coil 132 in fig. 5-8 are obviously not limited to the type of cutting magnetic induction line power generation, but can be directly replaced by a first friction block and a second friction block which are abutted against each other, and power generation can be performed by means of friction generation through relative movement of the two friction blocks, and the like, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the rotating shaft 121 and the rotating plate 122 in fig. 5 may be integrally formed. In addition, it is obvious that the bearing 123 may not be added between the rotating shaft 121 and the shaft hole 1111, and the two may be matched to realize the rotation of the rotating shaft 121 in the shaft hole 1111, which does not depart from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, all of them will fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the output shaft of the drive device 3 is connected to the impeller, the design of the first base 11 fixed to the impeller is obviously not the only design, for example, the first base 11 can also be directly fixed to the output shaft of the drive device 3, and these similar simple modifications do not depart from the principle of the present invention, and therefore all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Finally, although the present invention is described by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, it is obvious that the laundry processing apparatus of the present invention may be other apparatuses, such as a drum washing machine and the like (as shown in fig. 2), and accordingly, the rotating member 4 is an inner drum and the like.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
