The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the invention. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
Hereinafter, a wall-mounted type washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the wall-mounted washing machine 100 may include: the air supply device comprises a shell assembly 2 and an air supply assembly 3, wherein an air duct 1 is arranged at the lower part in the shell assembly 2, and the air supply assembly 3 conveys air flow into the air duct 1 from an air inlet 15 of the air duct 1. Referring to fig. 4, the air duct 1 includes a first air duct section 11 and a second air duct section 12 arranged along a length extension direction of the air duct 1 (e.g., a direction F1 shown in fig. 4), and the first air duct section 11 is disposed close to the air inlet 15 of the air duct 1 relative to the second air duct section 12, so that the first air duct section 11 is located upstream of the second air duct section 12, that is, an air flow entering the air duct 1 from the air inlet 15 flows through the first air duct section 11 first and then flows through the second air duct section 12.
It should be noted that the air duct 1 may only have the first air duct section 11 and the second air duct section 12, but is not limited thereto, and the air duct 1 is not limited to only having the first air duct section 11 and the second air duct section 12, and for example, may also have an air duct section located upstream of the first air duct section 11, or an air duct section located downstream of the second air duct section 12, or an air duct section located between the first air duct section 11 and the second air duct section 12.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first air duct section 11 is provided with a first air outlet 13, and the second air duct section 12 is provided with a second air outlet 14, so that the first air duct section 11 can supply air through the first air outlet 13, and the second air duct section 12 can supply air through the second air outlet 14.
In some alternative examples, the first air outlet 13 is formed on the bottom wall of the first air duct section 11 and penetrates through the bottom surface of the cabinet assembly 2, and the second air outlet 14 is formed on the bottom wall of the second air duct section 12 and penetrates through the bottom surface of the cabinet assembly 2. That is to say, the bottom wall of the first air duct section 11 is provided with the first air outlet 13 penetrating through the bottom surface of the casing assembly 2, and the bottom wall of the second air duct section 12 is provided with the second air outlet 14 penetrating through the bottom surface of the casing assembly 2, so that both the first air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 14 can be used for downward air outlet to blow clothes to be dried and the like below the wall-mounted washing machine 100, so as to accelerate moisture evaporation and achieve a drying effect.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, the first air outlet 13 may not be formed on the bottom wall of the first air duct section 11, and the second air outlet 14 may not be formed on the bottom wall of the second air duct section 12, for example, the first air outlet 13 may also be formed on the side wall of the first air duct section 11, the second air outlet 14 may also be formed on the side wall of the second air duct section 12, and the like. For simplicity, only the first air outlet 13 is formed on the bottom wall of the first air duct section 11 and penetrates through the bottom surface of the housing assembly 2, and the second air outlet 14 is formed on the bottom wall of the second air duct section 12 and penetrates through the bottom surface of the housing assembly 2. After reading the technical solutions herein, it is obvious to understand that the first air outlet 13 is formed at other positions of the first air duct section 11, and the second air outlet 14 is formed at other positions of the second air duct section 12, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the resistance of the airflow in the air duct 1 to the air flowing out from the first air outlet 13 is greater than the resistance of the airflow in the air duct 1 to the air flowing out from the second air outlet 14. Therefore, because the first air duct section 11 is located at the upstream of the second air duct section 12, and the resistance of the air flow from the first air outlet 13 is greater than the resistance of the air flow from the second air outlet 14, the air flow entering the first air duct section 11 can not only be discharged from the first air outlet 13, but also a part of the air flow can better enter the second air duct section 12 to be discharged through the second air outlet 14, that is, by setting "the resistance of the air flow from the first air outlet 13 is greater than the resistance of the air flow from the second air outlet 14", the function of guiding the air flow direction can be played, more air flows in the first air duct section 11 are guided to enter the second air duct section 12, and the air output quantity of the air flow from the first air outlet 13 is more uniform than the air output quantity of the air flow from the second air outlet 14, when air flows to different parts of the clothes to be dried corresponding to the first air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 14, the drying uniformity of different parts of the clothes can be improved, and the drying effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the area of the first air outlet 13 is smaller than that of the second air outlet 14. Therefore, the requirement that the resistance of the air flow from the first air outlet 13 of the first air duct section 11 to wind out of the first air outlet 13 is greater than the resistance of the air flow from the second air outlet 14 of the second air duct section 12 to wind out of the second air outlet 14 can be effectively met, and in some cases, the resistance of the air flow from the first air outlet 13 of the first air duct section 11 to wind out of the first air outlet 13 and the resistance of the air flow from the second air outlet 14 of the second air duct section 12 to wind out of the second air outlet 14 can be adjusted by controlling the area ratio of the first air outlet 13 to the area ratio of the second air outlet 14, so that the uniformity of the air output quantity of the air out of the first air outlet 13 and the air output quantity of the air out of the second air outlet 14 can be better improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, each of the first air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 14 is multiple, the multiple first air outlets 13 and the multiple second air outlets 14 are arranged at intervals along the length extension direction of the air duct 1, and along the length extension direction of the air duct 1 (for example, the direction F1 shown in fig. 7), the width W1 of the first air outlet 13 is smaller than the width W2 of the second air outlet 14. Therefore, the requirement that the area of the first air outlet 13 is smaller than the area of the second air outlet 14 can be effectively satisfied, and in some cases, the size relationship between the area of the first air outlet 13 and the area of the second air outlet 14 can be adjusted by controlling the width ratio of the first air outlet 13 to the second air outlet 14, so that the uniformity of the air output from the plurality of first air outlets 13 and the air output from the plurality of second air outlets 14 is better improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, along the width extension direction of the wind tunnel 1 (e.g., the direction of F2 shown in fig. 7), the length of the first wind outlet 13 (e.g., L1+ L2+ L3 shown in fig. 7) is smaller than the length of the second wind outlet 14 (e.g., L4 shown in fig. 7). Therefore, the requirement that the area of the first air outlet 13 is smaller than the area of the second air outlet 14 can be effectively satisfied, and in some cases, the size relationship between the area of the first air outlet 13 and the area of the second air outlet 14 can be adjusted by controlling the length ratio of the first air outlet 13 to the second air outlet 14, so that the uniformity of the air output from the first air outlet 13 and the air output from the second air outlet 14 can be better improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first air outlet 13 includes a plurality of sub air outlets arranged at intervals along the width extension direction of the air duct 1 (for example, the direction of F2 shown in fig. 7), and along the width extension direction of the air duct 1, the sum of the lengths of the plurality of sub air outlets included in the first air outlet 13 is the length of the first air outlet 13, for example, the length of one first air outlet 13 shown in fig. 7 is the sum of the lengths of three sub air outlets, that is, L1+ L2+ L3. Therefore, the first air outlet 13 with the shorter length can be ensured to have a larger air outlet dispersion range in the width extension direction (for example, the direction F2 shown in fig. 7) of the air duct 1, so that the air outlet dispersion and uniformity are improved, the drying uniformity of clothes at different positions in the width direction of the air duct 1 can be improved, and the drying effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, each of the first air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 14 is multiple, the multiple first air outlets 13 and the multiple second air outlets 14 are arranged at intervals along a length extension direction (for example, a direction F1 shown in fig. 7) of the air duct 1, and a distance W3 between two adjacent first air outlets 13 is greater than a distance W4 between two adjacent second air outlets 14. The requirement that the resistance of the air flow from the first air duct section 11 to the air flow from the first air outlets 13 is greater than the resistance of the air flow from the second air outlets 14 of the second air duct section 12 to the air flow from the second air outlets 14 can be effectively met, and in some cases, the resistance of the air flow from the first air duct section 11 to the air flow from the first air outlets 13 and the resistance of the air flow from the second air duct section 12 to the air flow from the second air outlets 14 can be adjusted by controlling the distance between two adjacent first air outlets 13 and the distance between two adjacent second air outlets 14, so that the uniformity of the air output amount of the air flow from the first air outlets 13 and the air output amount of the air flow from the second air outlets 14 can be better improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, in the direction of the length extension of the tunnel 1 (e.g., the direction F1 shown in FIG. 4), the length of the second tunnel segment 12 (e.g., S shown in FIG. 4) is greater than the length of the first tunnel segment 11 (e.g., S0 shown in FIG. 4), and the length of the first tunnel segment 11 (e.g., S0 shown in FIG. 4) is greater than 1/3 of the length of the second tunnel segment 12 (e.g., S shown in FIG. 4), i.e., S/3 < S0 < S. Therefore, the length of the first air duct section 11 relative to the second air duct section 12 can be effectively ensured not to be too short or too long, so that the air output from the first air outlet 13 and the air output from the second air outlet 14 can be better ensured to be uniform, and when air is supplied to different parts of clothes corresponding to the first air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 14 respectively, the drying uniformity of different parts of the clothes can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the second duct section 12 is two and located on two sides of the first duct section 11 along the length extension direction of the duct 1 (for example, the direction of F1 shown in fig. 4), and the air inlet 15 of the duct 1 is arranged opposite to the first duct section 11. From this, the air current can directly get into first wind channel section 11 from air intake 15, then disperses the second wind channel section 12 of both sides uniformly, and the air-out of the second air outlet 14 of both sides is comparatively unanimous for air-out on the whole length direction in wind channel 1 is comparatively even, when the different positions of the clothing that correspond respectively to first air outlet 13 and second air outlet 14 send the wind, can improve the stoving homogeneity of clothing different positions.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the air supply assembly 3 is disposed opposite to the air inlet 15 of the air duct 1. Therefore, the distance between the air supply assembly 3 and the air inlet 15 can be shortened, so that the air flow loss from the air supply assembly 3 to the air inlet 15 is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. Alternatively, when the air inlet 15 is located in the middle of the air duct 1 and the air supply assembly 3 is disposed opposite to the air inlet 15 of the air duct 1, the air supply assembly 3 may be located in the middle of the air duct 1, so as to improve the installation balance of the wall-mounted washing machine 100, and only one air supply assembly 3 may be employed, so as to reduce the cost.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of air supply assemblies 3 may be further provided, for example, the air inlet 15 and the air supply assembly 3 may be respectively provided at two ends of the length of the air duct 1, so as to ensure the installation balance of the wall-mounted washing machine 100 and improve the air supply capability. At this time, there are two first air duct sections 11, and along the length extension direction of the air duct 1 (for example, the direction of F1 shown in fig. 4), the two first air duct sections 11 are respectively located at two sides of the second air duct section 12.
It should be noted that the installation position of the air supply assembly 3 is not limited, for example, the air supply assembly 3 may be installed inside the casing assembly 2 to obtain the protection of the casing assembly 2, for example, the air supply assembly 3 may also be installed outside the casing assembly 2 to facilitate the maintenance, for example, a part of the air supply assembly 3 may also be installed inside the casing assembly 2, and another part may be installed outside the casing assembly 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the bottom surface of the cabinet assembly 2 includes an inclined portion 221, the inclined portion 221 extends obliquely upward from a rear direction to a front direction, and at least a portion of at least one of the first outlet 13 and the second outlet 14 is formed on the inclined portion 221. Therefore, the air outlet area of the air outlets (such as the first air outlet 13 and/or the second air outlet 14) arranged on the inclined portion 221 can be increased to a certain extent, so that the air outlet amount is increased, and according to the test, the air outlets (such as the first air outlet 13 and/or the second air outlet 14) arranged on the inclined portion 221 can effectively blow air onto the front surface of the clothes to be dried below the inclined portion 221, so that the clothes drying efficiency is increased.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cabinet assembly 2 may include: casing bottom plate 21 and air-out apron 22, casing bottom plate 21 limits the open recess 211 in bottom, and as can be seen in fig. 10, the lateral wall 212 of recess 211, air-out apron 22 locates the open department of recess 211, and limits wind channel 1 with recess 211 jointly, and first air outlet 13 and second air outlet 14 all run through air-out apron 22. From this, through all processing first air outlet 13 and second air outlet 14 on solitary air-out apron 22, can be convenient for first air outlet 13 and second air outlet 14's processing, reduce the complete machine processing degree of difficulty. Furthermore, if it is necessary to machine the inclined portion 221 on the bottom surface of the casing assembly 2, the inclined portion 221 may be provided on the outlet cover 22, thereby facilitating the machining of the inclined portion 221. In addition, in some embodiments, the casing bottom plate 21 and the air outlet cover plate 22 may be detachably connected, so as to facilitate operations such as detaching and cleaning the air outlet cover plate 22. Furthermore, the air duct 1 can be cleaned, thereby improving the cleanliness of the drying and air supply.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the wall-mounted washing machine 100 may further include: the hanging rack 4 and the heating component, the hanging rack 4 is arranged at the bottom of the machine shell component 2, therefore, clothes and the like can be directly or indirectly hung on the hanging rack 4 by utilizing the hanging rack 4, so that the clothes and the like can be positioned below the wall-mounted washing machine 100, and when the first air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 14 at the bottom of the wall-mounted washing machine 100 supply air outwards, the air supply can pass through the clothes hung on the hanging rack 4, so as to dry the clothes. The heating assembly is arranged on the hanger 4 and/or the air duct 1, that is, the hanger 4 can be provided with the heating assembly, the air duct 1 can also be provided with the heating assembly, and the hanger 4 and the air duct 1 can also be respectively provided with the heating assembly.
From this, when heating element locates wind channel 1, the air current can be with the heating element heat transfer when flowing through wind channel 1 to make the wind that blows off from first air outlet 13 and from second air outlet 14 be hot-blast, when hot-blast blow to treating the stoving clothing, can accelerate moisture evaporation better, improve drying efficiency.
