d. manufacturing a rubber pad repairing tool, wherein the rubber pad repairing tool comprises an installation support (1), an arc-shaped base (2), an arc-shaped pressing plate (3), a supporting vertical plate (4), a top plate (5) and a jacking stud (6);
the arc-shaped base (2) is arranged on the mounting support (1), the supporting vertical plate (4) is arranged on the mounting support (1), and the top plate (5) is arranged on the supporting vertical plate (4);
a threaded hole is formed in the top plate (5), the threaded hole is formed right above the arc-shaped base (2), the tightening stud (6) is vertically arranged in the threaded hole, and the tightening stud (6) can move up and down in the threaded hole;
the arc-shaped pressing plate (3) is detachably arranged above the arc-shaped base (2), and the lower end part of the jacking stud (6) can act on the arc-shaped pressing plate (3);
e. improve the laminating degree of tightness of new rubber pad (9) and smooth oil tank support (8), specifically do: firstly, a lubricating oil tank support (8) pre-installed with a new rubber pad (9) is placed on an arc-shaped base (2), then an arc-shaped pressing plate (3) is placed on the lubricating oil tank support (8), and finally a jacking stud (6) is screwed to move downwards, so that the lower end part of the jacking stud (6) acts on the arc-shaped pressing plate (3), and the jacking stud (6) provides a downward acting force for the arc-shaped pressing plate (3) to improve the joint tightness of the new rubber pad (9) and the lubricating oil tank support (8);
f. after the fit tightness of the new rubber pad (9) and the lubricating oil tank support (8) meets the requirement, the jacking stud (6) is screwed to move upwards, the lubricating oil tank support (8) is taken down from the rubber pad repairing tool, and therefore the rubber pad repairing work on the lubricating oil tank support (8) is completed.
2. A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in step a, the used rubber pad is removed by placing the lubricating oil tank bracket (8) in an organic solvent for less than 30 min.
3. A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step b, the adhesive is a quick-drying adhesive composition, and the quick-drying adhesive composition is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of alpha-methyl cyanoacrylate, 2-4 parts of polymethyl methacrylate, 0.5-1.5 parts of liquid fluororubber, 0.5-1.5 parts of ABS ultrafine powder, 2-4 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 0.05-0.15 part of sulfur dioxide and 0.4-0.6 part of KH-550 coupling agent.
4. A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step b, before adhesives are coated on the surface of the lubricating oil tank support (8) and the surface of the new rubber pad (9), the surface of the lubricating oil tank support (8) and the surface of the new rubber pad (9) are polished by sand paper, and then the surface is cleaned for 2-3 times by absolute ethyl alcohol.

A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cross section of the mounting support (1) is rectangular, mounting fastening holes (11) are formed in the periphery of the mounting support (1), and the cross section of each mounting fastening hole (11) is U-shaped.

A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the number of the arc-shaped bases (2) and the number of the arc-shaped pressing plates (3) are four, and one arc-shaped pressing plate (3) can be detachably arranged above one arc-shaped base (2).

A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the number of the arc-shaped bases (2) and the number of the arc-shaped pressing plates (3) are four, and all the arc-shaped pressing plates (3) are uniformly arranged on the mounting support (1).
8. A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 6, wherein: a limiting block (7) is arranged beside the inner side part of each arc-shaped base (2).

A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the quantity of screw hole, tight double-screw bolt in top (6) is a plurality of, is provided with two screw holes respectively directly over every arc base (2), and two screw holes set up respectively in the both sides that correspond arc base (2), and the vertical setting in a screw hole of tight double-screw bolt in top (6).

A method of repairing a rubber pad used on an aircraft engine fuel tank mount as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the supporting vertical plate (4) is vertically arranged on the mounting support (1), the supporting vertical plate (4) is located in the middle of the mounting support (1), and the top plate (5) is horizontally arranged on the supporting vertical plate (4).
