A welding device for a crawler beam of an excavator comprises a welding equipment operation platform (1), a feeding equipment operation track (2), a feeding equipment base (3), a feeding equipment rotating base (4), a feeding pitching balancing rod (5), a feeding telescopic rod (6), a feeding pitching balancing rod counter weight (7), a material variable-angle circular track clamp (8), a first crawler beam material welding clamping arm (9), a second crawler beam material welding clamping arm (10), a third crawler beam material welding clamping arm (11) and a fourth crawler beam material welding clamping arm (12), and is characterized in that the upper portion of the welding equipment operation platform (1) is provided with two feeding equipment operation tracks (2) near the edge position, the feeding equipment base (3) is clamped on the surfaces of the two feeding equipment operation tracks (2) through a plurality of groups of rollers, the upper portion of the feeding equipment base (3) is connected with the feeding equipment rotating base (4) through a rotating shaft, one side surface of a rotating base (4) of feeding equipment is connected with a feeding pitching balancing rod (5) through a rotating shaft with a damper, a feeding telescopic rod (6) is installed at the front end of the feeding pitching balancing rod (5) through a through hole, the rear end of the feeding pitching balancing rod (5) is connected with a feeding pitching balancing rod counterweight (7) through a steel wire rope, a material variable-angle circular track clamp (8) is fixedly connected at the front end of the feeding telescopic rod (6), a first crawler beam material welding clamping arm (9), a second crawler beam material welding clamping arm (10), a third crawler beam material welding clamping arm (11) and a fourth crawler beam material welding clamping arm (12) are fixedly installed at one side edge of an upper part of a welding equipment operating platform (1) relative to a feeding equipment operating track (2) in sequence, the welding equipment operating platform (1) is respectively connected with the material variable-angle circular track clamp (8), the first crawler beam material welding clamping arm (9), A second crawler beam material welding clamping arm (10), a third crawler beam material welding clamping arm (11) and a fourth crawler beam material welding clamping arm (12); the material direction-changeable circular rail clamp (8) consists of a circular rail clamp connecting base (8-1), an outer circular rail (8-2), an inner circular rail (8-3), a first electric control clamping plate base (8-4), a first electric control clamping plate driving electric control pillar (8-5), a first electric control clamping plate (8-6), a second electric control clamping plate base (8-7), a second electric control clamping plate driving electric control pillar (8-8), a second electric control clamping plate (8-9) and an electric control clamping plate driving electric control pillar controller (8-10), wherein the electric control clamping plate driving electric control pillar controller (8-10) and the outer circular rail (8-2) are fixedly installed on the surface of the circular rail clamp connecting base (8-1), the inner side of the outer circular rail (8-2) is connected with the inner circular rail (8-3) through a sliding rail, the outer ring circular track (8-2) and the inner ring circular track (8-3) are provided with openings with the same opening degree and distance, a first electric control clamping plate base (8-4) and a second electric control clamping plate base (8-7) are respectively and fixedly installed in the inner ring circular track (8-3), the first electric control clamping plate base (8-4) is connected with a first electric control clamping plate (8-6) through more than two first electric control clamping plate drive electric control pillars (8-5), the second electric control clamping plate base (8-7) is connected with a second electric control clamping plate (8-9) through more than two second electric control clamping plate drive electric control pillars (8-8), the first electric control clamping plate drives the electric control pillar (8-5) and the second electric control clamping plate drives the electric control pillar (8-8) to be respectively electrically connected with the electric control clamping plate to drive the electric control pillar controller (8-10); 2. A welding device for excavator track beams according to claim 1, characterized in that said damper couplings (9-5) are equipped with dampers and stoppers.
3. The welding device for the crawler beam of the excavator according to claim 1, wherein the welding equipment operating platform (1) is made of reinforced concrete and is provided with a prefabricated groove of a power supply device.

The excavator track beam welding device according to claim 1, wherein the first track beam material welding and clamping arm (9) is the same as the second track beam material welding and clamping arm (10), the third track beam material welding and clamping arm (11) and the fourth track beam material welding and clamping arm (12) in structural dimension and material.
5. The excavator track beam welding device according to claim 1, characterized in that the balance bar (9-3) and the damper coupling (9-5) are made of square steel pipes.
6. The excavator track beam welding device according to claim 1, characterized in that a walking driving mechanism is arranged in the feeding device base (3).
7. The excavator track beam welding device according to claim 1, characterized in that the openings at two ends of the slide rail of the outer ring rail (8-2) connected with the inner ring rail (8-3) are provided with guide plates.

The excavator track beam welding device according to claim 1, wherein translation rails are arranged at the bottoms of the first track beam material welding and clamping arm (9), the second track beam material welding and clamping arm (10), the third track beam material welding and clamping arm (11) and the fourth track beam material welding and clamping arm (12).
