Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the application. The embodiments of the application may be practiced in many other ways other than those herein described, and those of skill in the art may similarly implement the embodiments of the application without departing from the spirit of the embodiments of the application, so that the embodiments of the application are not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the scheme of the present application, a detailed description of a specific application scenario of an embodiment of the present application is described below based on the information interaction method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of the application scenario provided by the first embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the application scene is a medical live broadcast scene, the medical live broadcast scene comprises a first end corresponding to a target user, the first end can be a mobile phone or a tablet computer, and the target user is an initiator of interaction information; and a second end corresponding to the at least one service provider, wherein the second end can be a mobile phone or a tablet computer, and the service provider is a receiver of the interaction information.
In this scenario, in order to promote the interactive interest between the target user and the service provider, the service provider may interact with the target user according to the information interaction request initiated by the first end. Specifically, after the second end confirms that the information interaction request is accepted, the interactive interface of the first end displays an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user, an image template for acquiring the information to be analyzed is displayed in the information acquisition window, the image information of the target user is correspondingly acquired in the image template through the image acquisition device, and the image information is used as the information to be analyzed. The first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user and then sends the information to the second end, or the first end can send the information to be analyzed to a third-party server for processing. Specifically, the first end or the second end obtains feature information of information to be analyzed, obtains at least one dimension feature information of the feature information, obtains dimension feature identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database, matches the dimension feature information with the dimension feature identifiers corresponding to all the analysis results to obtain a target analysis result, screens out the corresponding analysis result from the preset analysis result database as the target analysis result, and displays the analysis result on an information acquisition window of the first end.
In this scenario, in order to simplify the content on the playing page at the first end, the analysis result displayed in the information acquisition window on the interactive interface at the first end is only a part of the analysis result, specifically, the first score. The target user can obtain the interaction result through visual scoring. Of course, in this scenario, the whole content of the analysis result may be displayed on the interactive interface of the first end, and the display manner may be text or voice, that is, the whole content of the analysis result is displayed by text information, or the whole content of the analysis result is played by voice playing.
In the scene, interaction with the second end is actively initiated through the first end, the first end or the second end obtains an analysis result after analysis of information to be analyzed, so that a target user corresponding to the first end and a service provider corresponding to the second end are in an interaction process, not only are interaction modes of text or video chat, but also related images can be analyzed, the interaction interestingness is increased, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the obtained analysis result is higher, and therefore user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the application scenario is only one embodiment of the application scenario, and the purpose of this embodiment of the application scenario is to facilitate understanding of the multimedia information interaction method of the present application, and is not limited to the multimedia information interaction method of the present application.
The information interaction method and the other two information interaction methods provided by the application are respectively described in detail through different embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to a first embodiment of the present application. The method is applied to the user side, and particularly to the target user side used by the target user. The method comprises the following steps.
Step S101: the method comprises the steps that a first end obtains information to be analyzed of a target user and then sends the information to be analyzed to a second end, or the first end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result after obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user and then sends the analysis result to the second end.
In this step, the first end and the second end are the first end and the second end that can interact with instant information, and the first end and the second end at least interact with video information. The first end and the second end can be clients used by any user, and the clients specifically comprise mobile phones, tablet computers and the like. In the method, the first end corresponds to at least one target user, and the second end corresponds to at least one service provider, and the service provider is a live broadcast service provider. When a target user corresponding to a first end wants to interact information with a service provider corresponding to a second end, the target user needs to initiate an information interaction request through the first end. Specifically, a first end obtains a first triggering operation of a target user for an information interaction request, and the first end sends the information interaction request to a second end according to the first triggering operation.
In addition, the first end comprises an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user. The information acquisition window can be directly presented on the interactive interface of the first end when the first end and the second end perform information interaction, or can be presented on the interactive interface of the first end after the first end sends an information interaction request to the second end. The information to be analyzed includes medical information that the target user can provide. The information acquisition window is an image recognition window and is used for at least acquiring facial information, limb information and hair style information of the target user.
The information acquisition window based on the first end acquires the information to be analyzed of the target user through language, in order to acquire the information to be analyzed of the target user, a second end or the first end is required to initiate an information acquisition request to be analyzed, and after the first end or the second end agrees, an information acquisition program is started, and the first end acquires the information to be analyzed of the target user through the information acquisition window.
The first end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user through the information obtaining window, and the information to be analyzed comprises the following steps: and starting the information acquisition program, and displaying an image template for acquiring the information to be analyzed of the target user in the information acquisition window. Wherein the image template comprises at least one of the following templates: a facial image template, a limb image template, and a hairstyle image template; correspondingly, the image information at least comprises one of the following information: facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information. And then, correspondingly acquiring the image information of the target user in the image template through the image acquisition device at the first end, and taking the image information as information to be analyzed of the target user. Corresponding to the image template, the image information correspondingly obtained in the image template by the image obtaining device comprises at least one of the following image information: facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information.
It should be noted that, when the image template displayed in the information acquisition window is specifically what kind of image template, the image information acquired by the target user side corresponds to the image template. Taking the case that the information to be analyzed is facial feature information as an example, when a facial image template is displayed in the information acquisition window, the image information obtained by the first end is the facial information of the target user, namely, a facial image, an eye image, a blackhead image, a color spot image and the like, and the coordinate information, the quantity information and the like of the images in the facial image.
In this step, the image obtaining device may be a front camera at the first end, the obtained image information of the target user may be a dynamic image including at least one frame of still picture, and the dynamic image of the multiple frames may enable the obtained image information of the target user to be more accurate. And then, the accuracy of the analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user, which is obtained later, is improved.
In the first embodiment of the present application, after the first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user, the information to be analyzed of the target user may be sent to the second end, the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the second end presents the analysis result to the service provider. Or after the first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user, analyzing the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and sending the analysis result to the second end. The manner in which the information to be analyzed is processed is the same or similar on the basis of the first end and the second end, and a specific explanation will be made below.
The first end or the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, which comprises the following steps: the first end or the second end obtains characteristic information of the information to be analyzed, specifically, the first end or the second end performs imaging processing on the information to be analyzed to obtain image information corresponding to the information to be analyzed, and obtains each characteristic information in the image according to an image processing technology, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises skin characteristics, eye characteristics, nose characteristics, blackhead characteristics, color spots characteristics and the like. And then, screening out corresponding analysis results from a preset analysis result database according to the characteristic information. Specifically, first, at least one dimension characteristic information of characteristic information is obtained, wherein the dimension characteristic information is information of the characteristic information in different dimensions. For example, the feature information is skin feature, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be skin feature information, skin visual effect feature information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is color spot feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be color spot coordinate information, color spot number information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is pore feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be pore coordinate information, pore number information, or the like. And then, obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database, wherein in the step, each analysis result is correspondingly obtained according to historical data, namely, related analysis results are correspondingly obtained through historical dimension characteristic information, and all the analysis results are stored in the preset analysis result database. To facilitate subsequent use of the respective results, the respective analysis results may correspond to the associated dimension characteristic identifiers so that the corresponding dimension characteristic information matches the analysis results. And finally, matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain a target analysis result, and screening the target analysis result from a preset analysis result database to obtain a corresponding analysis result.
After the first end obtains the analysis result, the analysis result may be sent to the second end. After the second end obtains the analysis results, the second end presents the analysis results to the service provider. In the first embodiment of the present application, in consideration of the large number of analysis results, in order to simplify the interaction between the service provider and the target user, the service provider may purposefully reselect the target analysis result from among the numerous analysis results and push the target analysis result to the first end, so that the target user corresponding to the first end may obtain the target analysis result. Specifically, the second end obtains a triggering operation of the service provider on an analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user, selects a target analysis result of the target user from the analysis results according to the triggering operation, sends the target analysis result to the first end, and the first end presents the target analysis result of the target user.
In the first embodiment of the present application, the analysis result may be a score corresponding to the information to be analyzed, text content or voice content corresponding to the analysis result of the information to be analyzed, or the like. The first end and the second end respectively display analysis results, wherein the first end displays the analysis results in the following two modes: in a first mode, the analysis result is correspondingly displayed in an image template in an information acquisition window of the first end, and specifically, a first part of analysis result of the analysis result is correspondingly displayed in the image template, wherein the first part of analysis result comprises a first scoring score. In a second mode, the analysis result is played in the interactive interface of the first end, specifically, a second part of analysis result of the analysis result is played in the interactive interface of the first end, and the second part of analysis result comprises each dimension characteristic information of information to be analyzed aiming at a target user and suggestion information aiming at each dimension characteristic information.
According to the method, only the first score is displayed in the interactive interface of the first end, so that the target user can directly obtain the score aiming at the information to be analyzed, and meanwhile, the complexity of the interactive interface of the first end can be simplified. According to the second mode, the suggestion information of each dimensional characteristic information of the target user is displayed in the interactive interface of the first end, so that the target user can clearly know the specific situation of the target user, and the target user can further process according to the suggestion information. Such as the coordinates of the stain, the number of stains, and the corresponding advice information may be specific information on how to repair the coordinates, number of stains. It should be noted that, the two ways of displaying the information included in the analysis result displayed at the first end may be displayed separately or simultaneously.
In a first embodiment of the present application, further comprising: and after the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, obtaining associated object information associated with the analysis result according to the analysis result, and presenting the associated object information to the service provider by the second end. After the service provider sees the associated object information through the second end, the method further comprises: the second end sends the associated object information to the first end, and the first end presents the associated object information to the target user. The associated object information includes at least case information or product link information. Specifically, the second end obtains triggering operation for the associated object information, sends the associated object information to the first end, and loads a floating layer on a playing page of the first end, wherein the floating layer is loaded with case information or product link information associated with information to be analyzed.
Of course, the case information or the product link information obtained by the first end may also be irrelevant to the current information to be analyzed, that is, when the service provider requests the specified medical case, the second end may actively push the case information or the product link information corresponding to the medical case to the first end through a triggering operation of the second end, so that the target user using the first end may obtain the case information or the product link information through the first end.
In the first embodiment of the application, the first end and the second end can also interact with the third end corresponding to other users, so as to increase interactivity and interestingness of interaction. Specifically, the method further comprises the following steps: and the third end can interact with the first end and the second end in real-time information, and corresponds to at least one other user. The third end obtains information to be analyzed of the other users and then sends the information to the second end, the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the second end presents the analysis result to the service provider; or after the third end obtains the information to be analyzed of the other users, an analysis result is obtained according to the information to be analyzed, the analysis result is sent to a second end, and the second end presents the analysis result to the service provider. The step of analyzing the information to be analyzed of the other users by the third end and the second end to obtain the corresponding analysis results is the same as the step of analyzing the information to be analyzed of the target user by the first end and the second end to obtain the corresponding analysis results, and specific steps can refer to specific descriptions of the above contents, and repeated descriptions are omitted here.
In the first embodiment of the present application, the connection between the first end and the third end may be established through the second end, or the connection between the first end and the third end may be established through the third party server. The specific steps of establishing the connection between the first end and the third end through the second end will be described in detail below, specifically, after the second end obtains the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users, the second end obtains a trigger operation of the service provider on the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users, and sends the analysis results of the other users to the first end according to the trigger operation, where the first end presents the analysis results of the other users.
In the first embodiment of the present application, the analysis result of the other user may be a score corresponding to the information to be analyzed of the other user, text content or voice content corresponding to the analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the other user, or the like. The third end and the second end respectively display analysis results of other users, wherein the first end displays analysis results of other users in the following two modes: in a first mode, an image template is added in an information acquisition window of a first end, analysis results of other users are correspondingly displayed in the added image template, and specifically, a first part of analysis results of the other users are correspondingly displayed in the image template, wherein the first part of analysis results comprise a second scoring score. In a second mode, the analysis results of other users are played in the interactive interface of the first end, specifically, the second part of analysis results of the analysis results of other users are played in the interactive interface of the first end, and the second part of analysis results comprise each dimension characteristic information of information to be analyzed of other users and suggestion information of each dimension characteristic information.
According to the method, only the second score is displayed in the interactive interface of the first end, so that the target user can directly obtain the score of the information to be analyzed aiming at other users, and meanwhile, the complexity of the interactive interface of the first end can be simplified. According to the second mode, the suggestion information of each dimensional characteristic information of other users is displayed in the interactive interface of the first end, so that the target user can clearly know the specific situation of the target user through comparison, and the target user can further process according to the suggestion information. It should be noted that, the two ways of displaying the information included in the analysis result displayed at the first end may be displayed separately or simultaneously.
Further, considering that the number of analysis results of other users is larger, the second end obtains a trigger operation of the service provider on the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users, selects the target analysis results of the other users from the analysis results of the other users according to the trigger operation, sends the target analysis results to the first end, and the first end presents the target analysis results of the other users.
In addition, after the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed of the other users to obtain an analysis result, the second end obtains associated object information associated with the analysis result of the other users according to the analysis result, and the second end presents the associated object information to the service provider. After the service provider sees the associated object information through the second end, the method further comprises: the second end sends the associated object information to the first end, and the first end presents the associated object information to the target user so that the target user can obtain associated object information of analysis results corresponding to information to be analyzed of other users. The associated object information includes at least case information or product link information.
The first embodiment of the application provides an information interaction method, which comprises the following steps: the first end and the second end can interact with instant information, and the first end and the second end at least interact with video information; the first end corresponds to at least one target user, the second end corresponds to at least one service provider, and the first end comprises an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user; and the first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user and then sends the information to the second end, or the first end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result after obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user and sends the analysis result to the second end. According to the first embodiment of the application, the analysis result based on the information to be analyzed is obtained through analysis processing, so that the first end or the second end obtains the analysis result of the information to be analyzed aiming at the target user, namely, the accuracy of the analysis result provided by the live broadcast service side aiming at the information to be analyzed is improved while the interaction between the live broadcast service side and the target user is increased.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to a second embodiment of the present application. The method is applied to a first end, and in particular to a first end used by a target user. The method comprises the following steps.
Step 201, a first end obtains information to be analyzed of a target user and sends the information to a second end, or after the first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user, an analysis result is obtained according to the information to be analyzed, and the analysis result is sent to the second end.
In this step, the first end and the second end are the first end and the second end that can interact with instant information, and the first end and the second end at least interact with video information. The first end and the second end can be clients used by any user, and the clients specifically comprise mobile phones, tablet computers and the like. In the method, the first end corresponds to at least one target user, and the second end corresponds to at least one service provider, and the service provider is a live broadcast service provider. When a target user corresponding to a first end wants to interact information with a service provider corresponding to a second end, the target user needs to initiate an information interaction request through the first end. Specifically, a first end obtains a first triggering operation of a target user for an information interaction request, and the first end sends the information interaction request to a second end according to the first triggering operation.
In addition, the first end comprises an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user. The information acquisition window can be directly presented on the interactive interface of the first end when the first end and the second end perform information interaction, or can be presented on the interactive interface of the first end after the first end sends an information interaction request to the second end. The information acquisition window is an image recognition window and is used for at least acquiring facial information, limb information and hair style information of the target user.
The method comprises the steps that information to be analyzed of a target user is acquired through a language based on an information acquisition window of a first end, in order to acquire the information to be analyzed of the target user, the first end initiates an information acquisition request to be analyzed, and after the first end agrees, an information acquisition program is started, and the first end acquires the information to be analyzed of the target user through the information acquisition window.
In the second embodiment of the present application, the step of the first end obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user through the information obtaining window is the same as the specific step of the first end obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user through the information obtaining window in the first embodiment of the present application, so that detailed description will not be repeated here, and the detailed description can be referred to the specific description of the first embodiment. In addition, the specific step of analyzing the information to be analyzed by the first end to obtain the analysis result may also refer to the specific description of the first embodiment, and the detailed description will not be repeated here.
The second embodiment of the application provides an information interaction method, which comprises the following steps: the first end can interact with the second end corresponding to at least one service provider in real-time information, and the first end corresponds to at least one target user; the first end comprises an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user; and the first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user and sends the information to be analyzed to the second end, or the first end obtains the analysis result according to the information to be analyzed after obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user and sends the analysis result to the second end. According to the second embodiment of the application, the analysis result based on the information to be analyzed is obtained through analysis processing, so that the first end or the second end obtains the analysis result of the information to be analyzed aiming at the target user, namely, the accuracy of the analysis result provided by the live broadcast service side aiming at the information to be analyzed is improved while the interaction between the live broadcast service side and the target user is increased.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to a third embodiment of the present application. The method applies to the second end and in particular to the second end used by the service provider. The method comprises the following steps.
In step 301, the second end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user sent by the first end, or the second end obtains an analysis result sent by the first end.
In this step, the first end and the second end are the first end and the second end that can interact with instant information, and the first end and the second end at least interact with video information. The first end and the second end can be clients used by any user, and the clients specifically comprise mobile phones, tablet computers and the like. In the method, the first end corresponds to at least one target user, and the second end corresponds to at least one service provider, and the service provider is a live broadcast service provider.
In the third embodiment of the present application, the information to be analyzed of the target user sent by the first end and the process of obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user by the first end may be referred to the specific description of the first embodiment, and will not be repeated here. In addition, the process of the first end obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user and analyzing the information to be analyzed of the target user to obtain the analysis result may also refer to the specific description of the first embodiment, which will not be repeated here. The third embodiment of the present application specifically describes a process in which the second end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user, and analyzes the information to be analyzed of the target user to obtain an analysis result.
Specifically, the second end performs imaging processing on the information to be analyzed to obtain image information corresponding to the information to be analyzed, and obtains each piece of characteristic information in the image according to an image processing technology, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises skin characteristics, eye characteristics, nose characteristics, blackhead characteristics, color spots characteristics and the like. And then, screening out corresponding analysis results from a preset analysis result database according to the characteristic information. Specifically, first, at least one dimension characteristic information of characteristic information is obtained, wherein the dimension characteristic information is information of the characteristic information in different dimensions. For example, the feature information is skin feature, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be skin feature information, skin visual effect feature information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is color spot feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be color spot coordinate information, color spot number information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is pore feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be pore coordinate information, pore number information, or the like. And then, obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database, specifically, in the step, each analysis result is correspondingly obtained according to historical data, namely, related analysis results are correspondingly obtained through historical dimension characteristic information, and all the analysis results are stored in the preset analysis result database. To facilitate subsequent use of the respective results, the respective analysis results may correspond to the associated dimension characteristic identifiers so that the corresponding dimension characteristic information matches the analysis results. And finally, matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain a target analysis result, and screening the target analysis result from a preset analysis result database to obtain a corresponding analysis result.
After the second end obtains the analysis results, the second end presents the analysis results to the service provider. In the third embodiment of the present application, in consideration of the large number of analysis results, in order to simplify the interaction between the service provider and the target user, the service provider may purposefully reselect the target analysis result from among the numerous analysis results and push the target analysis result to the first end, so that the target user corresponding to the first end may obtain the target analysis result. Specifically, the second end obtains a triggering operation of the service provider on an analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user, selects a target analysis result of the target user from the analysis results according to the triggering operation, sends the target analysis result to the first end, and the first end presents the target analysis result of the target user.
In a third embodiment of the present application, further comprising: and after the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, obtaining associated object information associated with the analysis result according to the analysis result, and presenting the associated object information to the service provider by the second end. After the service provider sees the associated object information through the second end, the method further comprises: the second end sends the associated object information to the first end, and the first end presents the associated object information to the target user. Specifically, the second end obtains triggering operation for the associated object information, sends the associated object information to the first end, and loads a floating layer on a playing page of the first end, wherein the floating layer is loaded with case information or product link information associated with information to be analyzed. Wherein the associated object information includes at least case information or product link information.
Of course, the case information or the product link information obtained by the first end may also be irrelevant to the current information to be analyzed, that is, when the service provider requests the specified medical case, the second end may actively push the case information or the product link information corresponding to the medical case to the first end through a triggering operation of the second end, so that the target user using the first end may obtain the case information or the product link information through the first end.
In the third embodiment of the present application, the first end and the second end may also interact with a third end corresponding to other users, so as to increase interactivity and interestingness of the interaction. Specifically, the method further comprises the following steps: and the third end can interact with the first end and the second end in real-time information, and corresponds to at least one other user. The third end obtains information to be analyzed of the other users and then sends the information to the second end, the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the second end presents the analysis result to the service provider; or after the third end obtains the information to be analyzed of the other users, an analysis result is obtained according to the information to be analyzed, the analysis result is sent to a second end, and the second end presents the analysis result to the service provider. The step of analyzing the information to be analyzed of the other users by the third end and the second end to obtain the corresponding analysis results is the same as the step of analyzing the information to be analyzed of the target user by the first end and the second end to obtain the corresponding analysis results, and specific steps can refer to specific descriptions of the above contents, and repeated descriptions are omitted here.
In the first embodiment of the present application, the connection between the first end and the third end may be established through the second end, or the connection between the first end and the third end may be established through the third party server. The specific steps of establishing the connection between the first end and the third end through the second end will be described in detail below, specifically, after the second end obtains the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users, the second end obtains a trigger operation of the service provider on the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users, and sends the analysis results of the other users to the first end according to the trigger operation, where the first end presents the analysis results of the other users.
In addition, after the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed of the other users to obtain an analysis result, the second end obtains associated object information associated with the analysis result of the other users according to the analysis result, and the second end presents the associated object information to the service provider. After the service provider sees the associated object information through the second end, the method further comprises: the second end sends the associated object information to the first end, and the first end presents the associated object information to the target user so that the target user can obtain associated object information of analysis results corresponding to information to be analyzed of other users. The associated object information includes at least case information or product link information.
A third embodiment of the present application provides an information interaction method, including: the second end can interact with the first end corresponding to at least one target user in real-time information, and the second end corresponds to at least one service provider; the second end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user sent by the first end, or the second end obtains an analysis result sent by the first end. The analysis result of the information to be analyzed obtained by the second end in the third embodiment of the application is obtained after analysis processing, so that the analysis result of the information to be analyzed for the target user obtained by the second end is more targeted, namely, the accuracy of the analysis result provided by the live broadcast service side aiming at the information to be analyzed is improved while the interaction between the live broadcast service side and the target user is increased.
The fourth embodiment of the present application further provides an information interaction method, and in order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the scheme of the present application, a specific application scenario of an embodiment of the information interaction method provided by the present application is described in detail below, as shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of the application scenario provided by the fourth embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the application scene is a medical live broadcast scene. The medical live broadcast is mainly used for providing purchase decision service for users in medical consumption. When a doctor and beauty anchor performs live broadcast, the doctor and beauty anchor firstly needs to enter a live broadcast interface through a live broadcast end which can be operated by the doctor and beauty anchor, and the live broadcast interface can establish communication connection with a live broadcast client application used by a user (including a target user end of a target user and other user ends of other users), so that when the anchor performs live broadcast on the live broadcast interface, a user can watch live broadcast contents of the anchor after the live broadcast client used by the user enters a corresponding live broadcast room.
In the scene, in order to increase the interactive interest of the anchor and the user and improve the accuracy of providing medical service information by the anchor. When the doctor and the united states are subjected to doctor and united states live broadcast, the target user performs watching interaction on the target user side used by the doctor and united states live broadcast. On a playing page of the target user side, the target user can see the video of the live broadcast by the anchor. When the doctor and beauty anchor port is used for broadcasting the appointed doctor and beauty case, the doctor and beauty anchor can trigger the operation of the live broadcast end used by the doctor and beauty anchor, specifically can click a virtual button on the interface of the live broadcast end, the live broadcast end receives the touch operation to generate a corresponding control instruction, the control instruction is sent to a playing page watched by a target user for loading a floating layer, the floating layer is loaded with case information corresponding to the doctor and beauty case, the anchor end can control the automatic playing of the case information, the target user can also control the playing of the case information, specifically, the target user triggers the floating and sinking operation, the playing page (a third playing page) of the target user obtains the triggering operation aiming at the floating layer, and the case information is selected in the floating layer according to the triggering operation so as to realize the playing.
In addition, the target user may interact with the anchor according to a first request message initiated by the anchor for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of the target user, and specifically, in this scenario, a first instruction module including the first request message on a control page of the anchor is obtained, a third trigger operation for the first instruction module is obtained, and according to the third trigger operation, the first request message for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of the target user is sent to a target user terminal associated with the anchor. The target user side obtains the first request message, loads a first information request area to be analyzed on a playing page of the target user side, and the target user operates the first information request area to be analyzed to upload information to be analyzed of the target user. Specifically, after obtaining a first trigger operation for a first to-be-analyzed information request area, the target user side displays an image template for obtaining image information of the target user in the first to-be-analyzed information request area, and correspondingly obtains the image information (a first playing page) of the target user in the image template through an image obtaining device, wherein the image information is used as to-be-analyzed information of the target user. The target user side sends the information to be analyzed to the anchor side, the anchor side obtains image information of the information to be analyzed of the target user, obtains target dimension characteristic information of the image information, screens out an analysis result matched with the target dimension characteristic information from a preset analysis result information base according to the target dimension characteristic information, displays the analysis result on a control page of the anchor side, and sends the analysis result to the target user.
In this scenario, in order to simplify the content on the playing page of the target user side, the analysis result displayed on the playing page of the target user side is only a partial analysis result, specifically, the first score. The target user can obtain the situation of the facial diagnosis problem by visual scoring score, and know the solution of the facial diagnosis problem through the voice explanation of the host. Of course, in this scenario, the whole content of the analysis result may be displayed on the playing page of the target user side, and the display manner may be text or voice, that is, the whole content of the analysis result is displayed by text information, or the whole content of the analysis result is displayed by voice playing.
Further, in this scenario, the anchor side may further send a third request message for requesting to obtain information to be analyzed of the other user to the other user side, when the other user side obtains the third request message, obtain information to be analyzed of the other user, and feed back the information to be analyzed of the other user to the anchor side, where the anchor side may obtain an analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the other user after obtaining the information to be analyzed of the other user, and send the analysis result to the target user side and/or the other user side.
The scene is described by sending analysis results of information to be analyzed of other users to a target user side, namely, at least one second information request area to be analyzed loaded on the playing page of the target user side, an image template which is displayed in the second information request area to be analyzed and is used for obtaining image information of the other users is obtained, and the analysis results of the other users are correspondingly displayed in the image template corresponding to the image information of the other users. In order to simplify the content on the playing page of the target user side, a first analysis result of the analysis results of the other users is correspondingly displayed in the image template corresponding to the image information of the other users, and the first analysis result comprises a second scoring score.
In addition, the anchor terminal can also screen target analysis results according to analysis results of information to be analyzed of other users and analysis results of information to be analyzed of target users, and send the screened target analysis results to the target user terminal. In order to perform the interaction effect, the anchor end can obtain the associated object associated with the information to be analyzed according to the information to be analyzed of the target user or the information to be analyzed of other users, determine the user associated with the target analysis result according to the target analysis result, and give the corresponding associated object to the user.
Therefore, the initiative of the user to participate in the interaction can be increased by actively initiating the interaction with the user by the anchor; in addition, the anchor terminal can actively push related case information to the user, or analyze the information to be analyzed of the user to obtain an analysis result, so that the accuracy of the analysis result obtained by the user is higher, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the application scenario is only one embodiment of the application scenario, and this embodiment of the application scenario is provided for facilitating understanding of the information interaction method of the present application, and is not limited to the information interaction method of the present application.
The information interaction method and another information interaction method provided by the application are respectively described in detail by different embodiments.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to a fourth embodiment of the present application. The method is applied to the user side, and particularly to the target user side used by the target user. The method comprises the following steps.
Step S501: and obtaining a first request message sent by a main broadcasting end associated with the target user end and used for requesting to obtain the information to be analyzed of the target user.
In this step, the target user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the target user, and the target user is a user who uses the current user terminal (see the user terminal playing page in fig. 5) to watch live broadcast. The information to be analyzed comprises medical information which can be provided by the target user, and can be specifically facial feature information of the target user, limb feature information of the target user, voice information or text information provided by the target user. The fourth embodiment of the present application will be explained mainly taking facial feature information of a target user as an example.
The target ue obtains a first request message for requesting to obtain the information to be analyzed of the target ue, and the target ue may obtain the information to be analyzed of the target ue based on the first request message, specifically see step S502.
Step S502: and obtaining information to be analyzed of the target user aiming at the first request message.
In this step, in order to increase the interaction effect between the anchor and the user, the anchor end may actively initiate the interaction with the user, so that the target user end may obtain a first request message sent by the anchor end associated with the target user end and used for requesting to obtain information to be analyzed of the target user, after the target user end obtains the first request message, the first information request area to be analyzed may be loaded on a playing page of the target user end, where a prompt flag for obtaining information to be analyzed of the target user is presented in the first information request area to be analyzed. The prompt sign may be presented in a text manner, for example, "magic mirror skin test", so that after the target user sees the prompt sign on its playing page, it can be clarified that the first information request area to be analyzed is used for obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user. Then, a first trigger operation for the first information request area to be analyzed is obtained, namely, the target user triggers the first information request area to be analyzed, so that the target user side obtains the first trigger operation for the first information request area to be analyzed. And finally, obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user according to the first triggering operation, specifically, displaying an image template for obtaining the image information of the target user in a first information request area to be analyzed according to the first triggering operation, correspondingly obtaining the image information of the target user in the image template through an image obtaining device, and taking the image information as the information to be analyzed of the target user.
Wherein the image template comprises at least one of the following templates: facial image template, limbs image template and hairstyle image template, corresponding, the image information that obtains includes one of the following image information at least: facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information. That is, when the image template displayed in the first information request area to be analyzed is specifically what kind of image template, the image information obtained by the target user side corresponds to the image template. Taking the to-be-analyzed information as facial feature information as an example, when a facial image template is displayed in the first to-be-analyzed information request area, the image information obtained by the target user side is the facial information of the target user, specifically, face images, eye images, blackhead images, color spot images and the like, and the coordinate information and the number information of the images in the facial images and the like.
In this step, the image obtaining device may be a front camera of the target user, the obtained image information of the target user may be a dynamic image including at least one frame of still picture, and the dynamic image of the multiple frames may enable the obtained image information of the target user to be more accurate. And then, the accuracy of the analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user, which is obtained later, is improved.
Step S503: and sending the information to be analyzed to the anchor terminal.
And after the target user side obtains the information to be analyzed, the information to be analyzed is sent to the anchor side.
Step S504: and obtaining an analysis result of the information to be analyzed, which is returned by the anchor terminal and aims at the target user.
In this step, after the anchor terminal receives the information to be analyzed sent by the target user terminal, the information to be analyzed is analyzed, and an analysis result of the information to be analyzed obtained by the analysis is returned to the target user terminal, i.e. the target user terminal obtains the analysis result of the information to be analyzed, which is returned by the anchor terminal, for the target user. In this step, the obtaining of the analysis result of the information to be analyzed for the target user returned by the anchor terminal includes the following two methods.
In the first mode, the analysis result is correspondingly displayed in the image template corresponding to the image information of the target user, specifically, a first part of analysis result of the analysis result is correspondingly displayed in the image template corresponding to the image information of the target user, wherein the first part of analysis result comprises a first grading score. In a second mode, the analysis result is played in a play page of the target user side, specifically, a second part of analysis result of the analysis result is played in the play page of the target user side, the second part of analysis result comprises analysis information of each dimension feature of information to be analyzed of the target user and suggestion information of the analysis information, and the analysis information of each dimension feature at least comprises skin feature information, skin visual effect feature information, color spot coordinates, quantity information, pore coordinates and quantity information.
According to the method, only the first score is displayed in the playing page of the target user side, so that the target user can directly obtain the evaluation score of the face of the target user, and meanwhile, the complexity of the playing page of the target user side can be simplified. In the second mode, the analysis information of each dimension characteristic of the target user is displayed in the playing page of the target user side, so that the target user can clearly know the specific condition of the target user (such as a face) and the suggestion information corresponding to the analysis information. Such as the coordinates of the stain, the number of stains, and the corresponding advice information may be specific information on how to repair the coordinates, number of stains. It should be noted that, the two ways of obtaining the analysis result of the information to be analyzed, which is returned by the anchor, and is aimed at the target user may be used alone or together.
In this step, the target ue may further obtain an analysis result of the information to be analyzed returned by the anchor ue for at least one other user, where the other user refers to a user who uses the other ue. Specifically, at least one second information request area to be analyzed loaded on a playing page of the target user side is obtained, a prompt sign for obtaining information to be analyzed of other users is displayed in the second information request area to be analyzed, an image template for obtaining image information of the other users, which is displayed in the second information request area to be analyzed, is obtained, an analysis result for the other users is correspondingly displayed in the image template corresponding to the image information of the other users, and/or an analysis result for the other users is played in the playing page of the target user side.
The second information request area to be analyzed is different from the first information request area to be analyzed in that when other users use the target user end, the image information of the other users can be displayed in the second information request area to be analyzed through the image acquisition device of the target user end; when the target user terminal is not used by other users, namely the other users use the user terminal of the target user terminal, the image information of the other users can be displayed in the second information request area to be analyzed, and the analysis results of the other users can be correspondingly displayed.
In this step, the analysis results for the other users are correspondingly displayed in the image templates corresponding to the image information of the other users, which specifically includes: and correspondingly displaying a first analysis result of the analysis results aiming at other users in an image template corresponding to the image information of the other users, wherein the first analysis result comprises a second scoring score. The target user can intuitively see the scoring scores corresponding to the facial feature information of the target user at the target user end used by the target user and the scoring scores corresponding to the facial feature information of other users.
In this step, the analysis results for other users are played in the playing page of the target user end, which specifically includes: playing a second part of analysis results of the analysis results of other users in a play page of the target user side, wherein the second part of analysis results comprise analysis information of each dimension characteristic of information to be analyzed of the other users and suggestion information of the analysis information; the analysis information of each dimension feature at least comprises one of the following information: skin characteristic information, skin visual effect characteristic information, color spot coordinates, quantity information, pore coordinates and quantity information.
The first score of the target user and the first score of other users are only displayed in the playing page of the target user side, so that the target user can directly obtain the score of the face of the target user, and meanwhile, the complexity of the playing page of the target user side can be simplified. The analysis information of each dimension characteristic of the target user is displayed in the playing page of the target user side, so that the target user can clearly know the specific conditions of the face of the target user and the specific conditions of the face of other users, and the suggestion information of the analysis information of the corresponding user can be obtained. Such as the coordinates of the stain, the number of stains, and the corresponding advice information may be specific information on how to repair the coordinates, number of stains. It should be noted that, the two ways of obtaining the analysis result of the information to be analyzed, which is returned by the anchor, and is aimed at the target user may be used alone or together.
Further, after the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users and the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the target users are obtained, the target analysis results screened from the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users and the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the target users returned by the anchor terminal can be obtained. In one case, the information to be analyzed of other users is closer to the information to be analyzed of the target user, and the anchor terminal can automatically select a more reasonable analysis result based on big information or working experience of the anchor, so that the information to be analyzed of the other users and the target user can be used as references.
Still further, the target user side may further obtain associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed for the target user returned by the anchor side, and/or obtain associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed for at least one other user returned by the anchor side. The association object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the target user and the association object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the other user refer to link information associated with the information to be analyzed, such as commodity link information for repairing facial problems. Or the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the target user and the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the other user refer to case information associated with the information to be analyzed. When other users exist in the play page of the target user side, the target user side can acquire the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the other users. Of course, when other users exist in the playing page of the target user end, the target user is also presented in the playing page of the target user end, and it can be seen that the target user end can obtain the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the target user and the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the other users.
In this step, in order to promote interactivity between the anchor and the user, the target user side may also obtain the user corresponding to the target analysis result returned by the anchor side. For example, the evaluation may be performed by a first score of the analysis result of the target user and a second score of the analysis result of the other users, where the score is high, that is, the user corresponding to the target analysis result.
In the fourth embodiment of the present application, the target client may send a second request message for requesting to obtain the case information associated with the information to be analyzed to the anchor, and obtain the case information associated with the information to be analyzed returned by the anchor with respect to the second request message. Specifically, a floating layer is loaded on a playing page of a target user side, case information related to information to be analyzed is loaded on the floating layer, a second triggering operation for the floating layer is obtained, and the case information related to the information to be analyzed is selected in the floating layer according to the second triggering operation. The floating layer is also called a mask layer or a mask, and has a view with a specific shape (e.g., rectangle, circle) that can be floating in the interface of the client, and may also have functions of detecting touch (e.g., clicking, sliding) operation and image drawing.
Of course, the case information obtained by the target user end may be irrelevant to the current information to be analyzed, that is, when the anchor port plays the designated medical case, the anchor end actively pushes the case information corresponding to the medical case to the target user end through the triggering operation of the anchor end, so that the user using the target user end can obtain the case information through the target user end.
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an information interaction method, including: acquiring a first request message which is sent by a host end and is used for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of a target user, wherein the first request message is associated with the target user end, and the target user end is a user end corresponding to the target user; aiming at the first request message, obtaining information to be analyzed of the target user; the information to be analyzed is sent to the anchor terminal; and obtaining an analysis result of the information to be analyzed, which is returned by the anchor terminal and aims at the target user. According to the target user terminal of the fourth embodiment of the application, the first request message of the target user for acquiring the information to be analyzed of the target user, which is actively initiated by the anchor terminal, can be obtained, the information to be analyzed of the target user is obtained in a targeted manner according to the first request message, and after the information to be analyzed is sent to the anchor terminal, the anchor terminal analyzes and processes the information to be analyzed so as to correspondingly obtain the analysis result of the information to be analyzed, and the analysis result based on the information to be analyzed is obtained through analysis processing, so that the analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user returned by the anchor terminal is more targeted, namely, the accuracy of the analysis result provided by the anchor for the information to be analyzed is improved while the interaction between the anchor and the user is increased.
The application also provides another information interaction method. The method is applied to the anchor side. Fig. 7 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to a fifth embodiment of the present application, where the method specifically includes the following steps.
Step S601: and sending a first request message for requesting to acquire the information to be analyzed of the target user to the target user side associated with the anchor side.
In this step, the target user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the target user, and the target user is a user who uses the current user terminal (see the user terminal playing page of the figure) to watch live broadcast. The information to be analyzed refers to medical information provided by the target user, and specifically can be facial feature information of the target user, limb feature information of the target user, and voice information or text information provided by the target user. The fifth embodiment of the present application will be explained mainly taking facial feature information of a target user as an example.
The method comprises the steps that a first request message for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of a target user is actively sent to the target user corresponding to the target user through a host side, so that interaction between the host and the user is increased. Specifically, a first instruction module containing a first request message on a control page of a main broadcasting end is obtained, a third triggering operation aiming at the first instruction module is obtained, and a first request message for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of a target user is sent to the target user end associated with the main broadcasting end according to the third triggering operation.
Step S602: and obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user returned by the target user terminal.
In this step, the specific step of the target ue obtaining the first request message for requesting to obtain the information to be analyzed of the target ue, and obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target ue for the first request message may refer to the content of the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein. After the target user side obtains the information to be analyzed, the information to be analyzed is sent to the anchor side, namely the anchor side obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user returned by the target user side.
Step S603: and obtaining an analysis result of the information to be analyzed aiming at the target user.
After the anchor side obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user returned by the target user side, the anchor side analyzes the information to be analyzed, specifically, firstly, obtains the image information of the information to be analyzed of the target user, namely, performs imaging processing on the information to be analyzed to obtain the image information corresponding to the information to be analyzed, and obtains each characteristic information in the image according to the image processing technology, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises skin characteristics, eye characteristics, nose characteristics, blackhead characteristics, color spots characteristics and the like. And then, screening out corresponding analysis results from a preset analysis result database according to the characteristic information. Specifically, first, at least one dimension characteristic information of characteristic information is obtained, wherein the dimension characteristic information is information of the characteristic information in different dimensions. For example, the feature information is skin feature, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be skin feature information, skin visual effect feature information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is color spot feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be color spot coordinate information, color spot number information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is pore feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be pore coordinate information, pore number information, or the like. And then, obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database, wherein in the step, each analysis result is correspondingly obtained according to historical data, namely, related analysis results are correspondingly obtained through historical dimension characteristic information, and all the analysis results are stored in the preset analysis result database. To facilitate subsequent use of the respective results, the respective analysis results may correspond to the associated dimension characteristic identifiers so that the corresponding dimension characteristic information matches the analysis results. And finally, matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain a target analysis result, and screening the target analysis result from a preset analysis result database to obtain a corresponding analysis result.
In the fifth embodiment of the present application, in order to further promote the interaction between the anchor and the user, the anchor may invite other users to participate in the interaction. Specifically, first, a third request message for requesting to obtain information to be analyzed of other users is sent to at least one other user end associated with the anchor end, where the at least one other user end is a user end corresponding to the at least one other user. Specifically, a third instruction module containing a third request message on a control page of the anchor terminal is obtained, a fourth trigger operation aiming at the third instruction module is obtained, and a third request message for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of other users is sent to other user terminals associated with the anchor terminal according to the fourth trigger operation. Then, obtaining information to be analyzed of other users returned by other user terminals; the method for obtaining the information to be analyzed of the user based on the other user side and the target user side is the same, and the step is not repeated here.
Then, the analysis results of the information to be analyzed for other users are obtained, and specific steps can be seen in obtaining the analysis results of the information to be analyzed for the target user, which only replace the target user with the other users.
Further, after the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users and the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the target users are obtained, the target analysis results can be screened from the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users and the analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the target users. Specifically, a first score of the analysis result of the target user is obtained, a second score of the analysis result of other users is obtained, the scores of the first dimension feature score and the second dimension feature score are compared, and the analysis result corresponding to the score is taken as the target analysis result.
Still further, the anchor end can also obtain the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed for the target user; and/or obtaining associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed for at least one other user; the association object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the target user and the association object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the other user refer to link information associated with the information to be analyzed, such as commodity link information for repairing facial problems. The associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the target user and the associated object information associated with the information to be analyzed of the other user refer to case information associated with the information to be analyzed.
In the fifth embodiment of the present application, in order to enhance interactivity between the anchor and the user, the anchor may further determine the user associated with the target analysis result. For example, the evaluation may be performed by a first score of the analysis result of the target user and a second score of the analysis result of the other users, where the score is high, that is, the user corresponding to the target analysis result.
In a fifth embodiment of the present application, further comprising: the method comprises the steps that a host side can obtain a second request message sent by a target user side and used for requesting to obtain case information related to information to be analyzed, and for the second request message, the second request message comprises characteristic identifiers related to the information to be analyzed, namely, the characteristic identifiers related to the information to be analyzed, which are included in the second request message, are obtained, then, case marks of all case information in a preset case information base are obtained, the characteristic identifiers related to the information to be analyzed are matched with the case marks, target case information corresponding to the case marks related to the characteristic identifiers related to the information to be analyzed is matched from the preset case information base, and the target case information is used as the case information related to the information to be analyzed. And finally, sending the case information associated with the information to be analyzed to a target user side.
Of course, the case information sent by the anchor terminal may be unrelated to the current information to be analyzed, that is, when the anchor terminal plays the designated medical case, the anchor terminal actively pushes the case information corresponding to the medical case to the target user terminal through the triggering operation of the anchor terminal, so that the user using the target user terminal can obtain the case information through the target user terminal.
Step S604: and sending the analysis result to the target user terminal.
After the analysis result of the information to be analyzed aiming at the target user is obtained, the analysis result of the information to be analyzed aiming at the target user is sent to the target user side. Or the analysis result of the information to be analyzed for the target user can be sent to other user terminals. And after the anchor side obtains the analysis results of the information to be analyzed for other users, the analysis results of the information to be analyzed for other users are sent to the target user side. A fifth embodiment of the present application provides an information interaction method, including: sending a first request message for requesting to acquire information to be analyzed of a target user to a target user end associated with a host, wherein the target user end is a user end corresponding to the target user; obtaining information to be analyzed of the target user returned by the target user side; obtaining an analysis result of information to be analyzed aiming at the target user; and sending the analysis result to the target user terminal. According to the method and the system for obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user, the anchor terminal actively initiates the first request message for obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user, the information to be analyzed of the target user sent by the target user terminal is obtained in a targeted mode according to the first request message, the anchor terminal analyzes and processes the information to be analyzed to correspondingly obtain the analysis result of the information to be analyzed, the analysis result based on the information to be analyzed is obtained through analysis, so that the analysis result of the anchor terminal on the information to be analyzed of the target user is more targeted, namely, the accuracy of the analysis result provided by the anchor terminal on the information to be analyzed is improved while interaction between the anchor terminal and the user is increased.

An eleventh embodiment of the present application provides an electronic apparatus including: a processor 1001; the memory 1002 is configured to store a computer program that is executed by a processor to perform the information interaction methods provided in the first to fifth respective embodiments of the present application described above.
A twelfth embodiment of the present application provides a computer storage medium corresponding to the methods of the first to fifth respective embodiments. A twelfth embodiment of the present application provides a computer storage medium storing a computer program that is executed by a processor to perform the information interaction methods provided in the first to fifth respective embodiments of the present application described above.
The application also provides a multimedia information interaction method. The method is used in the multimedia information interaction process. Fig. 12 is a flowchart of a multimedia information interaction method according to a thirteenth embodiment of the application, and the method specifically includes the following steps.
Step S1101: and initiating an information interaction request through a first end capable of initiating the interaction request.
In this step, the first end may be a client used by any user, and the client specifically includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like. When a first user corresponding to a first end wants to interact information with users corresponding to other clients, the first user needs to initiate an information interaction request through the first end. Specifically, the first end obtains a first triggering operation of the first user for the information interaction request, and the first end sends the information interaction request to other clients according to the first triggering operation. In a thirteenth embodiment of the present application, the other client is defined as a second client, and the user corresponding to the second client is a second user.
Step S1102: and at least one second end receives the information interaction request initiated by the first end.
In a thirteenth embodiment of the present application, a first user may interact with one second user or interact with a plurality of second users, so that the second end of the step is provided with a plurality of second ends, that is, the step includes at least one second end corresponding to the second user, and the second end receives the information interaction request initiated by the first end.
Step S1103: responding to the operation request of the second end for confirming acceptance of the information interaction request, and acquiring triggering of an image recognition window aiming at the second end, wherein the image recognition window recognizes the image of the second end and acquires the required information to be analyzed.
In this step, after the second end receives the information interaction request initiated by the first end, the interactive interface corresponding to the second end displays a message frame for confirming acceptance or rejection of the information interaction request, so that the second user corresponding to the second end performs further operations according to the prompt of the message frame. Specifically, the second user obtains a prompt message for confirming acceptance or rejection of the information interaction request from the interaction interface corresponding to the second end, when the second user performs information interaction with the first user, a message box corresponding to the accepted information interaction request in the message box is triggered, and the second end confirms acceptance of the information interaction request according to the triggering operation. When the second user does not interact with the first user, triggering a message box corresponding to the refused information interaction request in the message box, and refusing the information interaction request by the second end according to the triggering operation.
After the second end confirms to accept the operation of the information interaction request, the second end confirms to accept the information interaction request, and an interaction interface of the second end can display a dynamic image of the first user corresponding to the first client, wherein the dynamic image of the first user is obtained through an image obtaining device of the first end, and the dynamic image of the first user at least comprises the dynamic image of the first user and the dynamic image of the environment where the first user is located. In this step, the moving image associated with the first user is used for video interaction with a second user corresponding to the second end.
In this step, the interactive interface of the second end may display an image recognition window, where the image recognition window may be directly displayed on the interactive interface of the second end after the second end confirms that the information interaction request is received, and may also display the image recognition window on the interactive interface according to a first triggering operation obtained by the interactive interface of the second end. The image recognition window is used for recognizing the image of the second end and acquiring the required information to be analyzed. The image of the second end may include an image of the second user and an image of the environment in which the second user is located. This step is mainly explained with the image of the second user.
Specifically, firstly, triggering an image recognition window at a second end, and displaying an image template for obtaining information to be analyzed in the image recognition window, wherein the image template at least comprises one of the following templates: a facial image template, a limb image template, and a hairstyle image template. And then, correspondingly obtaining image information in an image template through an image acquisition device, and taking the image information as the information to be analyzed. Wherein, corresponding to the image template, the image information correspondingly obtained in the image template by the image obtaining device comprises at least one of the following image information: facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information.
Step S1104: analyzing the information to be analyzed and obtaining an analysis result.
And after the information to be analyzed is obtained, the second end can send the information to be analyzed to the first end for analysis, or the information is forwarded to a third-party server for information analysis through the first end, and the third-party server can analyze the information to be analyzed and obtain an analysis result. Specifically, the information to be analyzed is subjected to imaging processing to obtain image information corresponding to the information to be analyzed, and each piece of characteristic information in the image is obtained according to an image processing technology, wherein the characteristic information at least comprises skin characteristics, eye characteristics, nose characteristics, blackhead characteristics, color spot characteristics and the like. And then, screening out corresponding analysis results from a preset analysis result database according to the characteristic information. Specifically, first, at least one dimension characteristic information of characteristic information is obtained, wherein the dimension characteristic information is information of the characteristic information in different dimensions. For example, the feature information is skin feature, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be skin feature information, skin visual effect feature information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is color spot feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be color spot coordinate information, color spot number information, etc.; for another example, the feature information is pore feature information, and the corresponding dimension feature information may be pore coordinate information, pore number information, or the like. And then, obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database, wherein in the step, each analysis result is correspondingly obtained according to historical data, namely, related analysis results are correspondingly obtained through historical dimension characteristic information, and all the analysis results are stored in the preset analysis result database. To facilitate subsequent use of the respective results, the respective analysis results may correspond to the associated dimension characteristic identifiers so that the corresponding dimension characteristic information matches the analysis results. And finally, matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain a target analysis result, and screening the target analysis result from a preset analysis result database to obtain a corresponding analysis result.
Step S1105: the analysis result is sent to at least the first end.
After the analysis result is obtained, the analysis result may be sent to the first end. In a thirteenth embodiment of the present application, transmitting the analysis result to the first end includes: and sending the analysis result to the first end and simultaneously sending the analysis result to the second end, so that the image recognition window at the second end correspondingly displays the analysis result, a second user corresponding to the second end can conveniently know the analysis result, and the information interaction between the first user and the second user corresponding to the second end is facilitated.
A thirteenth embodiment of the present application provides a multimedia information interaction method, including: initiating an information interaction request through a first end capable of initiating the interaction request; at least one second end receives an information interaction request initiated by the first end; responding to the operation request of the second end for confirming acceptance of the information interaction request, and acquiring triggering of an image recognition window aiming at the second end, wherein the image recognition window recognizes an image of the second end and acquires required information to be analyzed; analyzing the information to be analyzed and obtaining an analysis result; and sending the analysis result to the second end. According to the thirteenth embodiment of the application, the first end actively initiates interaction with the second end, the second end can obtain an analysis result, so that the first user corresponding to the first end and the second user corresponding to the second end can analyze images obtained by the second end not only in an interactive interaction mode of text or video chat, but also in an interactive interaction process, the analysis result can be directly obtained while the interactive interestingness is increased, and the accuracy of the obtained analysis result is higher, so that the user experience is improved.
In order to further understand the multimedia information interaction method provided by the thirteenth embodiment of the present application, the following explanation will be made with reference to a specific application scenario. Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario provided in a thirteenth embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the application scene is an instant messaging scene, the instant messaging scene comprises a first end corresponding to a first user, the first end can be a mobile phone or a tablet computer, and the first user is an initiator of interaction information; and at least one second end corresponding to a second user, wherein the second end can be a mobile phone or a tablet personal computer, and the second user is a receiver of the interaction information.
In this scenario, in order to promote the interactive interest of the first user and the second user, the second user may interact with the first user according to the information interaction request initiated by the first end. Specifically, a first user initiates an information interaction request by triggering a first end, and the first end sends the information interaction request to a second end. The second end obtains the information interaction request, and a message frame for confirming acceptance or rejection of the information interaction request is displayed on an interaction interface corresponding to the second end, so that a second user corresponding to the second end can perform further operation according to the prompt of the message frame. Specifically, the second user obtains a prompt message confirming acceptance or rejection of the information interaction request from an interaction interface corresponding to the second end, and triggers a message box corresponding to the accepted information interaction request in the message box, and the second end confirms acceptance of the information interaction request according to the triggering operation. And after the second end confirms that the information interaction request is accepted, the interactive interface of the second end displays an image recognition window, an image template for obtaining the information to be analyzed is displayed in the image recognition window, the image information of the second user is correspondingly obtained in the image template through an image obtaining device, and the image information is used as the information to be analyzed. The second end can send the information to be analyzed to a third party server for processing, or the information to be analyzed is processed at the second end. Specifically, target dimension characteristic information of the image information is obtained, an analysis result matched with the target dimension characteristic information is screened out from a preset analysis result information base according to the target dimension characteristic information, the analysis result is displayed on an image recognition window of the second end, and the analysis result is sent to the first end.
In this scenario, in order to simplify the content on the playing page at the first end, the analysis result displayed in the image recognition window on the interactive interface at the first end is only a part of the analysis result, specifically, the first score. The first user may obtain the interaction result through an intuitive scoring score. Of course, in this scenario, the whole content of the analysis result may be displayed on the interactive interface of the first end, and the display manner may be text or voice, that is, the whole content of the analysis result is displayed by text information, or the whole content of the analysis result is displayed by voice playing.
Therefore, interaction with the second end is actively initiated through the first end, the first end can obtain an analysis result of the second end after analysis of the information to be analyzed, so that in the interaction process, a first user corresponding to the first end and a second user corresponding to the second end are not only interactive interaction modes of text or video chat, but also can analyze related images, the interaction interestingness is increased, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the obtained analysis result is higher, and therefore user experience is improved.
In the thirteenth embodiment of the present application, a multimedia information interaction method is provided, and the present application provides a multimedia information interaction device corresponding to the method. Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a multimedia information interaction device according to a fourteenth embodiment of the present application. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative. The fourteenth embodiment of the present application further provides a multimedia information interaction device, which is used in a multimedia information interaction process, and includes: an information interaction request sending unit 1201, configured to initiate an information interaction request through a first end capable of initiating an interaction request; an information interaction request receiving unit 1202, configured to receive, by at least one second end, an information interaction request initiated by the first end; the to-be-analyzed information obtaining unit 1203 is configured to respond to the operation request that the second end confirms to accept the information interaction request, and obtain a trigger for an image recognition window of the second end, where the image recognition window recognizes an image of the second end and obtains required to-be-analyzed information; an analysis unit 1204, configured to analyze the information to be analyzed and obtain an analysis result; an analysis result transmitting unit 1205 is configured to transmit the analysis result to at least the first end.
A thirteenth embodiment of the present application provides a multimedia information interaction method, and a fifteenth embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device corresponding to the method of the thirteenth embodiment. Reference is made to fig. 11, which shows a schematic diagram of an electronic device according to the present embodiment. Claims (27)

1. An information interaction method, comprising:
the first end and the second end can interact with instant information, and the first end and the second end at least interact with video information;
the first end corresponds to at least one target user, the second end corresponds to at least one service provider, and the first end comprises an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user; the first end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user through the information obtaining window, and the information to be analyzed comprises: starting an information acquisition program, and displaying an image template for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user in the information acquisition window; correspondingly obtaining the image information of the target user in the image template through the image obtaining device of the first end; taking the image information as information to be analyzed of the target user; wherein the image template comprises at least one of the following templates: a facial image template, a limb image template, and a hairstyle image template; correspondingly, the image information at least comprises one of the following information: facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information; the first end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user and then sends the information to the second end, the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the second end presents the analysis result to the service provider; or after the first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user, analyzing the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and sending the analysis result to the second end; the first end or the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the analysis result is correspondingly displayed in an image template in an information acquisition window of the first end; the first end or the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, which comprises the following steps: the first end or the second end obtains feature information of information to be analyzed, and corresponding analysis results are screened out from a preset analysis result database according to the feature information, wherein the obtained feature information comprises dimension feature information, and the dimension feature information at least comprises one of the following information: skin characteristic information, skin visual effect characteristic information, color spot coordinates, quantity information, pore coordinates and quantity information.
2. The information interaction method according to claim 1, wherein the information acquisition window is an image recognition window for acquiring at least facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information of the target user.
3. The information interaction method of claim 1, wherein the service provider is a live service provider.
4. The information interaction method according to claim 1, further comprising: and the second end or the first end initiates an information acquisition request to be analyzed, and after the first end or the second end agrees, the information acquisition program is started, and the first end acquires the information to be analyzed of the target user through the information acquisition window.
5. The information interaction method according to claim 1, further comprising:
the second end obtains triggering operation of the service provider on an analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user;
selecting a target analysis result of the target user from the analysis results according to the triggering operation;
and sending the target analysis result to the first end, wherein the first end presents the target analysis result of the target user.
6. The information interaction method according to claim 1, wherein the screening the corresponding analysis result from the preset data analysis result database according to the feature information includes:
obtaining at least one dimension characteristic information of the characteristic information;
obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database;
and matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain target analysis results, and screening the target analysis results from a preset analysis result database to obtain corresponding analysis results.
7. The information interaction method according to claim 1, further comprising: and after the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, obtaining associated object information associated with the analysis result according to the analysis result, and presenting the associated object information to the service provider by the second end.
8. The information interaction method according to claim 7, further comprising: the second end sends the associated object information to the first end, and the first end presents the associated object information to the target user.

11. The information interaction method according to claim 10, further comprising:
the second end obtains triggering operation of the service provider on analysis results of the information to be analyzed of the other users;
selecting target analysis results of the other users from the analysis results of the other users according to the triggering operation;
And sending the target analysis result to the first end, wherein the first end presents the target analysis results of the other users.
12. An information interaction method, comprising:
the first end can interact with the second end corresponding to at least one service provider in real-time information, and the first end corresponds to at least one target user;
the first end comprises an information acquisition window for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user; the first end obtains information to be analyzed of the target user through the information obtaining window, and the information to be analyzed comprises: starting an information acquisition program, and displaying an image template for acquiring information to be analyzed of the target user in the information acquisition window; correspondingly obtaining the image information of the target user in the image template through the image obtaining device of the first end; taking the image information as information to be analyzed of the target user; wherein the image template comprises at least one of the following templates: a facial image template, a limb image template, and a hairstyle image template; correspondingly, the image information at least comprises one of the following information: facial information, limb information, and hairstyle information;
The first end obtains the information to be analyzed of the target user and sends the information to be analyzed to the second end, or the first end obtains the analysis result according to the information to be analyzed after obtaining the information to be analyzed of the target user and sends the analysis result to the second end; the first end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, and the analysis result is correspondingly displayed in an image template in an information acquisition window of the first end; the first end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, which comprises the following steps: the first end obtains feature information of information to be analyzed, and screens out corresponding analysis results from a preset analysis result database according to the feature information, wherein the obtained feature information comprises dimension feature information, and the dimension feature information at least comprises one of the following information: skin characteristic information, skin visual effect characteristic information, color spot coordinates, quantity information, pore coordinates and quantity information.

The information interaction method according to claim 12, further comprising: and the first end initiates an information acquisition request to be analyzed, and after the first end agrees, the information acquisition program is started, and the first end acquires the information to be analyzed of the target user through the information acquisition window.
14. The information interaction method according to claim 12, wherein the screening the corresponding analysis result from the preset data analysis result database according to the characteristic information includes:
obtaining at least one dimension characteristic information of the characteristic information;
obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database;
and matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain target analysis results, and screening the target analysis results from a preset analysis result database to obtain corresponding analysis results.
15. An information interaction method, comprising:
the second end can interact with the first end corresponding to at least one target user in real-time information, and the second end corresponds to at least one service provider;

16. The information interaction method according to claim 15, wherein the screening the corresponding analysis result from the preset data analysis result database according to the characteristic information includes:
obtaining at least one dimension characteristic information of the characteristic information;
obtaining dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to all analysis results in the preset analysis result database;
and matching the dimension characteristic information with the dimension characteristic identifiers corresponding to the analysis results to obtain target analysis results, and screening the target analysis results from a preset analysis result database to obtain corresponding analysis results.
17. The information interaction method of claim 15, further comprising:
the second end obtains triggering operation of the service provider on an analysis result of the information to be analyzed of the target user;
selecting a target analysis result of the target user from the analysis results according to the triggering operation;
and sending the target analysis result to the first end.

The information interaction method of claim 15, further comprising: and after the second end analyzes the information to be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, obtaining associated object information associated with the analysis result according to the analysis result, and presenting the associated object information to the service provider by the second end.
19. The information interaction method of claim 18, further comprising: the second end sends the associated object information to the first end.

and sending the analysis result to at least the first end.
24. The method for multimedia information interaction according to claim 23, wherein said transmitting the analysis result to at least the first terminal comprises: and sending the analysis result to the first end and simultaneously sending the analysis result to the second end.
25. An information interaction device, comprising:
