The fixing seat 17 is adjustably mounted on the base 1 in the following manner, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the fixing seat 17 is provided with an adjusting elongated slot 23, the base 1 is provided with at least three adjusting screw holes 24 corresponding to the adjusting elongated slot 23, a pressure bolt 25 is screwed in any adjusting screw hole 24, a thread section of the pressure bolt 25 vertically penetrates through the adjusting elongated slot 23, and a nut part of the pressure bolt is pressed on the upper surface of the fixing seat 17; when the position of the fixing seat 17 needs to be adjusted and the lower die holder is adjusted, the fixing seat 17 can be slid by loosening the pressing bolt 25, after the adjustment is completed, the mobility of the fixing seat 17 can be limited by tightening the pressing bolt 25, it should be noted that three adjusting screw holes 24 are adopted to be matched with one adjusting long groove 23, so that each adjusting screw hole 24 can endow the fixing seat 17 with a certain adjusting range, and the adjustable range of the fixing seat 17 is effectively improved.
The structure of the sheared workpiece 14 is as follows, as shown in fig. 6, the sheared workpiece 14 comprises a tool block 26 fixed on the base 1, a sheared block 27 vertically connected with the tool block 26, and an upper push compression spring 28 arranged between the bottom surface of the sheared block 27 and the base 1, the sheared block 27 horizontally penetrates through a sheared clamp 29, and the opening of the sheared clamp 29 faces the deformation stress platform 13; when the shearing block 27 stops applying downward force to the shearing block 27 by the shearing table 34, the elastic potential energy is released by the upper pushing and compressing spring 28 to push the shearing block 27 to reset in time, and waiting for the subsequent material belt to enter the shearing nip 29; in conclusion, the shearing workpiece 14 is in linkage fit with the lifting of the lifting seat 3, so that the material belt and the outer conductor can be sheared without additionally providing kinetic energy, the coordination is better, and the control is more convenient.
In order to facilitate the cable to be smoothly inserted into the outer conductor, as shown in fig. 8, a first guiding tapered groove 30 is formed on the upper surface of the cutting block 27, a telescopic block 36 is slidably fitted on the cutting table 34, and a second guiding tapered groove 37 is arranged on the telescopic block 36, which faces the first guiding tapered groove 30, so that the first guiding tapered groove 30 and the second guiding tapered groove 37 cooperate to guide the end of the cable, thereby facilitating the smooth insertion of the end of the cable into the outer conductor.
In order to limit the moving range of the telescopic block 36, as shown in fig. 8, the telescopic block 36 is formed with a hook 38, and the shearing and pushing table 34 is provided with a hook groove 39 for the hook 38 to slide, so that the downward moving range of the telescopic block 36 is limited by the cooperation between the hook 38 and the hook groove 39, and the telescopic block 36 is effectively prevented from being separated from the shearing and pushing table 34 when the lifting seat 3 is lifted; in order to improve the actual guiding effect of the second guiding cone groove 37, a downward pushing compression spring 40 is arranged between the hook head 38 and the hook groove 39 in a cushioning mode, so that the potential energy of the downward pushing compression spring 40 is utilized, the hidden danger that the telescopic block 36 is pushed to rise by the end of the cable is reduced, and the actual guiding effect of the second guiding cone groove 37 is effectively improved; in order to prevent the telescopic block 36 from moving down along with the shearing and pushing table 34 without limitation, two supporting feet 41 are formed at the bottom end of the telescopic block 36 in a machining mode, and the two supporting feet 41 are in butt fit with the upper surface of the tool block 26, so that the telescopic block 36 is prevented from descending along with the shearing and pushing table 34 excessively.
The upper cutter group is mounted on the lifting seat 3 in the following way, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lifting seat 3 is provided with a cutter mounting notch 42, the avoiding cutter 32, the deformation pressing platform 33 and the shearing and pushing platform 34 are sequentially embedded in the cutter mounting notch 42, and a cutter mounting bolt 43 is in threaded fit with the cutter mounting notch and sequentially penetrates through the shearing and pushing platform 34, the deformation pressing platform 33 and the avoiding cutter 32 and extends into the lifting seat 3; cutter 32, deformation pressure platform 33 and cut off and push away platform 34 are dodged in independent processing production, and the gomphosis installation is carried out to rethread dress sword notch 42, utilizes dress sword bolt 43 to consolidate at last, effectively improves the convenience of production to have the ability of changing a certain part of upper slitter group alone, effectively reduce the in-service use cost of this application.
