Background
The transformer is a device for changing alternating voltage by using the principle of electromagnetic induction, and main components are a primary coil, a secondary coil and an iron core. The main functions are as follows: voltage transformation, current transformation, impedance transformation, isolation, voltage stabilization, and the like. An oil-immersed transformer is one kind of transformer, and generally adopts a cylindrical structure with copper foil around a shaft; the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, so that the ampere-turn distribution of the winding is balanced, the magnetic leakage is small, the mechanical strength is high, and the short-circuit resistance is strong. Most of the existing oil-immersed transformers do not have a waterproof structure, so that the phenomenon of internal water inflow easily occurs when the oil-immersed transformers are used outdoors, and then the oil-immersed transformers are easily short-circuited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an outdoor oil-immersed transformer with a waterproof structure, and aims to solve the problems that most of the existing oil-immersed transformers in the background art do not have the waterproof structure, so that internal water inflow is easy to occur when the oil-immersed transformers are used outdoors, and further the oil-immersed transformers are easy to cause short circuit, and the existing oil-immersed transformers are poor in heat dissipation, so that faults are easy to occur due to overhigh temperature.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an outdoor oil-immersed transformer with a waterproof structure comprises a supporting mechanism, a protection mechanism, a rainproof mechanism and an air cooling mechanism,
the supporting mechanism comprises a bottom plate, screws and supporting columns, the screws are symmetrically arranged on the bottom plate, the supporting columns are symmetrically arranged at the tops of the supporting mechanism, and the water cooling mechanisms are arranged on the inner sides of the supporting columns;
the protection mechanism comprises a rainproof shell, a heat dissipation fan, heat dissipation holes, a filter screen, protection plates, an electric telescopic rod, cooling fins, a protection door and a fluorescent strip, wherein the rainproof shell is fixedly connected with the top of a support column;
the rainproof mechanism comprises a partition plate, a rainproof ceiling, a battery pack, a solar photovoltaic panel, a water collecting box and a dustproof net, the partition plate is arranged at the top of the rainproof shell, the partition plate is symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the radiating fin, the partition plates are connected through the dustproof net, and the top of the partition plate is connected with the rainproof ceiling;
air cooling mechanism, air cooling mechanism includes equipment box, fan, connecting piece, connecting tube, exhaust pipe and the head of airing exhaust, and the equipment box setting is on rain-proof shell's right side, is provided with the fan simultaneously in the equipment box, the fan pass through the connecting piece respectively with connecting tube and exhaust pipe be connected, and the connecting tube keeps away from the one end on connecting piece and runs through the division board setting on right side at the fin, and exhaust pipe sets up the inside at rain-proof shell simultaneously.
Preferably, the filter screen is arranged on the outer sides of the heat dissipation fan and the heat dissipation holes, and the heat dissipation holes are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the heat dissipation fan.
Preferably, the radiating fins are distributed at the top of the rainproof shell at equal intervals, the front side of the rainproof shell is rotatably connected with a protective door, and meanwhile, fluorescent strips are arranged on the protective door.
Preferably, the top of the rainproof ceiling is symmetrically provided with solar photovoltaic panels, and the battery pack is arranged inside the rainproof ceiling.
Preferably, the bottoms of the left side and the right side of the rainproof ceiling are symmetrically provided with water collecting boxes, and the water collecting boxes are connected with the rainproof ceiling through screws.
Preferably, the water-cooling mechanism includes water tank, liquid pump, inlet tube and drain pipe, and is provided with the liquid pump in the water tank, and the liquid pump passes through the inlet tube simultaneously and is connected with the cooling tube, the even winding of cooling tube is on oil-immersed transformer body, and the one end that the inlet tube was kept away from to the cooling tube is passed through the drain pipe and is connected with the right side top of water tank, and the front side of water tank is provided with the moisturizing pipe simultaneously.
Preferably, the exhaust duct is equidistantly distributed with exhaust heads, and the exhaust duct is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the right side of the rainproof shell.
Preferably, the filtering mechanism comprises a filtering box, a first conveying pipeline, a filtering plate and a second conveying pipeline, the bottom of the filtering box is connected with the rear side of the water tank through the first conveying pipeline, the top of the filtering box is connected with the bottom of the water collecting box through the second conveying pipeline, and the filtering plate is arranged inside the filtering box.
Preferably, the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller, the heat dissipation fan, the electric telescopic rod, the liquid pump and the fan.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the outdoor oil-immersed transformer with the waterproof structure,
(1) the oil-immersed transformer is provided with the rainproof shell, the rainproof shell can effectively prevent external rainwater from contacting the oil-immersed transformer body, so that the oil-immersed transformer body is prevented from short circuit due to internal water inflow, normal work of the oil-immersed transformer body is further convenient to guarantee, and meanwhile, the rainproof ceiling is arranged, so that the rainproof ceiling is convenient to prevent the rainwater from gathering at the top of the rainproof shell, so that the phenomenon of water seepage of the rainproof shell is prevented, and the oil-immersed transformer body is further protected;
(2) the oil-immersed transformer is provided with the liquid pump, under the action of the liquid pump, water in the water tank can enter the cooling pipe through the water inlet pipe, so that heat dissipated by the oil-immersed transformer body during working can be taken away by utilizing flowing water in the cooling pipe, the heat dissipation of the oil-immersed transformer body is facilitated, and the oil-immersed transformer is prevented from being broken down due to overhigh temperature;
(3) the solar photovoltaic panel is arranged, the solar photovoltaic panel can convert collected solar energy into electric energy and store the electric energy into the battery pack, so that electric power can be conveniently provided for the device during accidental power failure, normal work of the device can be conveniently ensured, and meanwhile, the solar energy resource is renewable clean energy, so that the internal structure of the device can be conveniently optimized;
(4) the oil-immersed transformer is provided with the heat dissipation fan and the fan, the heat dissipation fan can quickly exhaust hot air dissipated to the interior of the rainproof shell when the oil-immersed transformer body works to the outside, and meanwhile, the air exhaust head on the air exhaust pipeline can continuously exhaust air to the oil-immersed transformer body under the action of the fan, so that the air circulation speed inside and outside the rainproof shell can be accelerated to a certain extent, and the oil-immersed transformer body is further facilitated to dissipate heat;
(5) be provided with electric telescopic handle, electric telescopic handle can promote the guard plate when the device does not need the heat dissipation and shelter from fan and louvre dispel the heat to be convenient for improve device's leakproofness, and then be convenient for further improve device's waterproof and dustproof performance, be provided with the support column simultaneously, the support column can make rain-proof shell keep away from ground, thereby be convenient for prevent that surface ponding from getting into damage oil-immersed transformer body in the rain-proof shell.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the rain-proof mechanism 4 comprises a partition plate 401, a rain-proof ceiling 402, a battery pack 403, a solar photovoltaic panel 404, a water collection box 405 and a dustproof net 406, the partition plate 401 is arranged on the top of the rain-proof housing 201, the partition plate 401 is symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the heat sink 207, the partition plates 401 are connected through the dustproof net 406, the top of the partition plate 401 is connected with the rain-proof ceiling 402, the solar photovoltaic panel 404 is symmetrically arranged on the top of the rain-proof ceiling 402, the battery pack 403 is arranged inside the rain-proof ceiling 402, the solar photovoltaic panel 404 can convert solar energy into electric energy and then store the electric energy into the battery pack 403, so as to provide power for the device, the water collection boxes 405 are symmetrically arranged on the bottoms of the left side and the right side of the rain-proof ceiling 402, and the water collection boxes 405 are connected with the rain-proof ceiling 402 through screws, so that a worker can detach the water collection boxes 405 for cleaning, the air cooling mechanism 7 comprises an equipment box 701, a fan 702, a connecting piece 703, a connecting pipeline 704, an exhaust pipeline 705 and an exhaust head 706, the equipment box 701 is arranged on the right side of the rainproof shell 201, the fan 702 is arranged in the equipment box 701, the fan 702 is respectively connected with the connecting pipeline 704 and the exhaust pipeline 705 through the connecting piece 703, the exhaust pipeline 705 is equidistantly distributed with the exhaust head 706, the exhaust pipeline 705 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the right side of the rainproof shell 201, the plurality of exhaust heads 706 facilitate the air blowing to different positions of the oil-immersed transformer body 3, thereby facilitating the improvement of the rationality of the device structure, one end of the connecting pipeline 704, which is far away from the connecting piece 703, penetrates through the partition plate 401 on the right side and is arranged on the right side of the radiating fin 207, the exhaust pipeline is arranged in the rainproof shell 201, and the temperature sensor 9 is electrically connected with the controller, the radiating fan 202, the electric telescopic rod 206, the liquid pump 502 and the fan 702, the automation level of the device is convenient to improve, and the device is convenient to prevent from being damaged due to overheating.
The working principle is as follows: the model of the controller is RPCF-6, the model of the temperature sensor 9 is HS1101, when the outdoor oil-immersed transformer with the waterproof structure is used, firstly, the position of the device is fixed by using the screw 102, then, the power supply starting device is connected, the heat radiating fins 207 can transfer heat, which is radiated inside the rainproof shell 201 when the oil-immersed transformer body 3 works, to the self body and then quickly radiate the heat to the outside, the dustproof net 406 is convenient for preventing external dust from polluting the heat radiating fins 207, when the temperature sensor 9 detects that the temperature inside the rainproof shell 201 exceeds a set value, the temperature sensor 9 transmits the information to the controller, the controller starts the electric telescopic rod 206 to drive the protection plate 205 to move, so that the heat radiating holes 202 and the heat radiating holes 203 can be exposed, meanwhile, the controller starts the heat radiating fan 202, the fan 702 and the liquid pump 502, the heat radiating fan 202 can quickly discharge the heat inside the rainproof shell 201, meanwhile, the fan 702 can discharge air flow with lower external temperature into the rainproof casing 201 through the air discharge head 706 on the air discharge pipeline 705, so that the air circulation speed between the rainproof casing 201 and the outside can be increased, the heat dissipation of the oil-immersed transformer body 3 is further facilitated, meanwhile, the fan 702 can blow air to the heat dissipation fins 207 through the connecting pipeline 704, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the heat dissipation fins 207 is increased, on the other hand, the liquid pump 502 can drive the water in the water tank 501 to enter the cooling pipe 6 through the water inlet pipe 503, so that the flowing water in the cooling pipe 6 can be used for carrying out heat exchange and temperature reduction on the oil-immersed transformer body 3, the water after heat exchange can return to the water tank 501 through the water discharge pipe 504 again, the rainproof ceiling 402 can shield and guide rainwater in rainy days to enable the rainwater to enter the water collection box 405, and the water in the water collection box 405 can enter the filter tank 801 through the second conveying pipeline 804 under the action of gravity, the filtering plate 803 filters rainwater entering the filtering plate 803, and the filtered rainwater enters the water tank 501 through the first conveying pipe 802 to supplement water, so that the whole work is completed, and the details which are not described in detail in the present specification belong to the prior art which is well known to those skilled in the art.
