Abstract
The invention discloses a chrome green sand gold glaze material, which comprises the following raw materials: 40-50 wt% of albite, 20-30 wt% of quartz, 2-10 wt% of Longyan clay, 5-20 wt% of calcite, 0.5-5 wt% of dolomite, 1-10 wt% of strontium carbonate, 0.5-5 wt% of chromium oxide and 0.5-5 wt% of copper oxide. In addition, also discloses application of the chrome green sand gold glaze. According to the invention, by optimizing the formula design and introducing chromium oxide into the glaze, the chrome green sand gold glaze which is from light green to dark green and does not contain heavy metal ions is obtained, and is glittering like gold under the illumination condition, thereby being popular and having great ornamental value; and has strong adaptability to the process conditions, and other glaze surfaces cannot be formed due to the change of the process conditions.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic glaze materials, in particular to a chrome green sand gold glaze material and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the improvement of aesthetic level of people, the decoration requirement of ceramic products is increasing. In order to meet the requirements of people on ceramic decoration, various novel crack glazes, matte glazes, blue jun fancy glazes, gold grits and the like are developed. The alluvial gold glaze is a special glaze with gold fine crystals in the crystal in glaze, the crystal surface directions in the glaze are different, bright and glittering and translucent feelings are given to people due to light reflection, and the crystals are similar to the alluvial gold in minerals, so that the alluvial gold glaze is named. At present, the commonly used gold sand glaze is prepared by utilizing an iron oxide crystallizing agent to separate out a plurality of fine iron oxide crystal grains during the later stage of high-temperature sintering to form a gold sand shape, and obtaining black, even reddish brown, tawny and other gold sand glazes. However, the glaze containing iron oxide is sensitive to the process conditions, and due to the difference of process control, rabbit hair glaze, raindrop glaze, iron red gold ring glaze and the like can be obtained, so that the defect of difficult control exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a chrome green alluvial gold glaze which is strong in technological condition adaptability and free of heavy metal ions by optimizing formula design and introducing chromium oxide into glaze. The invention also aims to provide application of the chrome green sand gold glaze.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a chrome green sand gold glaze which comprises the following raw materials: 40-50 wt% of albite, 20-30 wt% of quartz, 2-10 wt% of Longyan clay, 5-20 wt% of calcite, 0.5-5 wt% of dolomite, 1-10 wt% of strontium carbonate, 0.5-5 wt% of chromium oxide and 0.5-5 wt% of copper oxide.
Furthermore, the purity of the copper oxide is more than or equal to 98 percent, and the fineness of the copper oxide is less than or equal to 0.5 mu m.
The other purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the application of the chrome green sand gold glaze provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing, ball-milling and sieving the raw materials to obtain glaze slip;
(2) glazing the surface of the green body;
(3) firing and forming the glazed green body according to the following three stages:
a temperature rising stage: uniformly heating to 1270-1300 ℃ from a normal temperature state in an oxidizing atmosphere within 6-8 h;
and (3) high-temperature heat preservation stage: preserving the heat for 0.2 to 0.5h at the temperature of 1270 to 1300 ℃;
cooling-heat preservation stage: cooling from 1270-1300 ℃ to 1170-1190 ℃ within 0.5-0.8 h, and preserving heat at 1170-1190 ℃ for 1-3 h;
then naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the ceramic product with the chrome green sand gold glaze surface.
In the scheme, the fineness of the glaze slurry obtained in the step (1) in the application of the invention is that the glaze slurry is sieved by a 250-mesh sieve, and the residue on the sieve is 0.04-0.06%.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the chrome green placer gold glaze provided by the invention takes albite, quartz, Longyan clay, calcite, dolomite and strontium carbonate as basic glaze, chromium oxide is introduced as a crystallizing agent, copper oxide is introduced as a cosolvent and a coloring agent, a large amount of chromium oxide crystals are separated out by a method of rapidly cooling to 1170-1190 ℃ and preserving heat for a period of time in the later firing period to form placer gold glaze, and under the illumination condition, the placer gold glaze flashes like gold seeds, is greenish black by matching with the copper oxide coloring agent, is popular, and has great ornamental value.
(2) The formula design of the chrome green sand gold glaze material provided by the invention has strong adaptability to process conditions, and other glaze surfaces cannot be formed due to the change of the process conditions.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
