Background
When a 10kV wire is crossed and spanned over a 0.4kV low-voltage wire or other wires are spanned and spanned over an overhead communication line, an upper-layer wire needs to be lifted to be above a lower-layer wire in the paying-off process of the upper-layer wire, so that time and labor are wasted, and huge operation danger hidden dangers exist.
At present, some constructors do not take any protection measures on the lower layer of wires, and directly press the upper layer of wires on the surface of the lower layer of wires for dragging; or the lower-layer lead is sleeved with a PVC sleeve and dragged, so that the lower-layer lead cannot be effectively protected. Moreover, the existing crossing pay-off mode can cause the situation that the upper-layer wire slides down and is pressed on the lower-layer wire due to the fact that an operator does not hold the upper-layer wire tightly in the construction process, and the wire is damaged due to the fact that the insulating skin is broken, so that potential safety hazards are caused to the operator below, and even electric shock accidents are caused.
