In order to solve the problem, two operation platforms are symmetrically arranged at two ends of a trailer of the shield tunneling machine, and the steel pipe is lifted through the lifting assembly so as to be convenient to install and detach the steel pipe.
However, the above-mentioned device has a complicated structure, and needs to add a complicated control device and equipment, and the shield method has a limited operation space, which is not favorable for the smooth operation of the construction process.

The supporting device comprises an inserting rod 5, a first jacking mechanism 6 and a second jacking mechanism 7 which are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the inserting rod 5, wherein the first jacking mechanism 6 and the second jacking mechanism 7 are respectively in sliding connection with the sliding grooves 4 in the supporting plate 1 through a traction device. The first jacking mechanism and the second jacking mechanism are used for fixing the steel pipes from two ends of the steel pipes 19 to enable the steel pipes and the supporting mechanism to be fixedly connected, and then the steel pipes are fixed with the connecting device through the traction mechanism, and the traction device can slide in the sliding groove to adapt to the steel pipes with different lengths.
The first tightening mechanism 6 and the second tightening mechanism 7 have the same structure and comprise a supporting block 8, a limiting block 9 vertically arranged at the end part of the supporting block 8 and an installation block 10 arranged at the outer end of the limiting block 9; more than two self-locking jacks 11 are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the supporting block 8 in the circumferential direction, and arc-shaped blocks 12 are arranged at the outer ends of the self-locking jacks 11. The self-locking jacks jack tightly outwards, the number of the self-locking jacks is preferably 4, and the outer side surface of the arc-shaped block is arc-shaped. When the self-locking type steel pipe clamping device is used, the self-locking type jack is positioned in the steel pipe, the steel pipe is tightly jacked from the steel pipe, and the jacking mechanism and the steel pipe are fixed relatively to clamp the steel pipe.
The supporting block 8 and the limiting block 9 are provided with mounting holes 13 for inserting the insertion rod 5 in an axial direction in a penetrating manner, and two ends of the insertion rod 5 are respectively inserted into the mounting holes 13 of the first tightening mechanism 6 and the second tightening mechanism 7. The traction device comprises two steel wire ropes 17 which are arranged in parallel, one ends of the steel wire ropes 17 are provided with sliding blocks 20 matched with the sliding grooves 4, and the other ends of the steel wire ropes 17 are fixedly connected with the mounting blocks 10.
The outer side of the arc-shaped block 12 is provided with a plurality of anti-skid grooves 18. The anti-skidding groove increases the frictional force of arc piece and steel pipe inner wall, prevents to deviate from at hoist and mount in-process steel pipe and drops.
