Background
At present, in order to implement the transition from analog trunking service to broadband trunking service, the broadband trunking (B-TrunC) industry alliance has established a B-TrunC protocol in combination with the 3GPP LTE protocol and the characteristics of trunking service to implement broadband trunking service, including various broadband trunking services of trunking voice, video call, and trunking multimedia. In the B-TrunC protocol cluster, the end-to-end protocol describes the flow of talk right management in the group call service. The system architecture comprises a cluster terminal, a base station and core network equipment.
The TCN (Trunking Core Network) includes functional entities of an eMME (enhanced mobility management entity), a TCF (Trunking control plane function), a TMF (Trunking media function), an eHSS (enhanced home subscriber server), and an SGW (serving gateway), and completes functions of access control, radio link management, mobility management, session management, and Trunking service control in the B-TrunC Network. The TCF (Trunking Control Function) functions include registration and cancellation of Trunking users, establishment and release of Trunking single call flows, establishment and release of Trunking group call flows, and group call right management group call extension, and in the call process, the allocation and release of Trunking bearer resources are realized through a network element eMME. In order to guarantee the voice and video quality of the speaking right party, the cluster core network establishes a special bearer for the speaking right party so as to provide higher bandwidth.
In the group calling process, the speaking right party is changed frequently, the terminal equipment and the core network equipment need to establish a communication channel for the speaking right party as soon as possible, and a user can not feel delay as much as possible. However, the prior art has the following defects: when the user speaking right changes, a speaking right user terminal is required to initiate a speaking right application flow, and when the speaking right is applied, the terminal, the base station and the core network are required to perform a cluster private bearer establishment flow so as to provide a broadband data transmission channel for a speaking right user, and the complicated flow increases the time for establishing the speaking right.
