Fig. 2 is a first flowchart of an article management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the article management method of the present invention includes:
step S201, determining an article to be managed.
In order to improve the management efficiency of warehouse articles, reduce the management cost and realize the whole-flow life cycle record of the articles in the warehouse operation, the articles needing warehousing management are managed by the article management method. The variety of the articles arriving at the warehouse is various, however, not all the articles need to be put in the warehouse for management, for example, temporary transfer, errors in logistics distribution and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the articles to be managed that need to be put in storage and managed from a wide variety of articles arriving at the warehouse, and further process the articles to be managed.
Step S202, determining whether an electronic tag exists on the article to be managed; and if so, acquiring the article information corresponding to the electronic tag.
Because various types of labels may exist on the articles to be managed, such as handwriting labels, bar code labels, two-dimensional code labels, electronic labels and the like, in order to monitor the articles to be managed which need to be put in storage so as to facilitate unified management, traceability, special distribution and transportation and the like, the electronic labels are used for setting unique identification codes for the articles to be managed which need to be put in storage, and the whole process life cycle record of warehouse articles is realized. And after the article to be managed is determined, further scanning the article to be managed, and judging whether the electronic tag exists on the article to be managed.
When the electronic tag exists on the article to be managed, acquiring article information corresponding to the electronic tag; the article information comprises label numbers, manufacturers, types, specifications, tastes, measuring units, production places, delivery dates, quality guarantee periods and other information of articles corresponding to the labels; the tag number of the article information is an RFID code, and the article information has its own RFID code encoding system. The presence of the electronic tag on the item to be managed may comprise: for example, the article to be managed is an electronic product, a small household appliance, or the like, and the electronic tag can be placed/attached inside a packaging box of a commodity, and is placed/attached inside the commodity by a manufacturer in a production process; for another example, the article to be managed is food, daily necessities, or the like, and the electronic tag may be attached to an outer package of the article, and attached to the exterior of the article by a manufacturer when the manufacturer leaves the factory.
And when the electronic tag does not exist on the article to be managed, setting the electronic tag on the article to be managed. The setting of the electronic tag on the article to be managed may include: the method comprises the following steps that (1) no label is arranged on an article to be managed, and an electronic label is arranged on the article to be managed according to article information of the article; or, the article to be managed includes a plurality of other types of tags, and an electronic tag is set for the article to be managed according to article information obtained by collecting the plurality of other types of tags, and the plurality of other types of tags may be types of tags such as handwriting, bar codes, two-dimensional codes and the like.
The scanning device can be an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag identification device, can scan a plurality of articles simultaneously, comprises articles in the forms of internally-arranged electronic tags, externally-attached electronic tags and the like, is used for detecting whether the passing articles are provided with the electronic tags or not, identifying tag information on the articles provided with the electronic tags and sending the tag information to the article management device, scans the articles in batches by scanning the articles simultaneously, and can improve the storage management efficiency.
Step S203, determining whether the definition rule of the article information is matched with the target identification rule: if so, performing warehousing management on the article to be managed according to the article information; if not, modifying the article information according to the target identification rule, so that the modified article information is matched with the target identification rule, and performing warehousing management on the article to be managed according to the modified article information.
After the article information corresponding to the electronic tag is acquired, judging whether the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag is matched with the target identification rule; the target identification rule represents the encoding mode of the RFID code. Judging whether the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag is matched with the target identification rule or not, including: determining whether a coding rule corresponding to the electronic tag meets a preset coding strategy; the preset coding strategy comprises one or more coding modes of the target identification rule.
Illustratively, the encoding mode of the RFID code specifies the length of the RFID code and the regular expression requirement that must be met, for example, the length of the RFID code is "10", and the regular expression requirement is "^ 1-9 \ d $"; for another example, the length of the RFID code is "15", and the regular expression requirement is "^ 1-9 \ d \ $"; for another example, the length of the RFID code is "15", and the regular expression is required to be ^ SN% $ ".
Illustratively, an intercommunication mechanism with a server of an existing commodity manufacturer can be established, communication is carried out periodically for updating, the RFID code encoding mode of the existing RFID code commodity is obtained, whether the conflict with the encoding mode of the target identification rule in the preset encoding strategy exists or not is judged, if yes, the obtained encoding mode is stored in the preset encoding strategy, and the management efficiency is further improved.
And when the coding rule of the label number of the article information corresponding to the electronic label is determined to accord with the preset coding strategy, namely the RFID code corresponding to the label number accords with the coding mode of the target identification rule, the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic label is matched with the target identification rule, and the article to be managed is managed in a warehouse according to the article information corresponding to the electronic label.
When it is determined that the encoding rule of the tag number of the item information corresponding to the electronic tag does not conform to the preset encoding strategy, that is, the RFID code corresponding to the tag number does not conform to the encoding mode of the target identification rule, the definition rule of the item information corresponding to the electronic tag is not matched with the target identification rule, the item information corresponding to the electronic tag is modified according to the encoding mode of one target identification rule in the preset encoding strategy, so that the item information corresponding to the modified electronic tag is matched with the target identification rule, and the item to be managed is managed in a warehouse according to the modified item information corresponding to the electronic tag. Wherein, modifying the item information corresponding to the electronic tag may include: and modifying the RFID code corresponding to the label number of the article information corresponding to the electronic label, so that the modified RFID code corresponding to the label number of the article information corresponding to the electronic label is matched with the encoding mode of one target identification rule. For example, a corresponding relationship between the article and the encoding mode of the RFID code is pre-constructed, and when the article information corresponding to the electronic tag is modified, the encoding mode of the RFID code is determined according to the article and the RFID code corresponding to the tag number of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag is modified, so that the modified article information corresponding to the electronic tag is matched with the target identification rule.
When the electronic tags do not exist on the articles to be managed, the electronic tags containing article information are arranged on the articles to be managed, the article information of the electronic tags arranged on the articles to be managed conforms to a target identification rule, namely, the RFID codes corresponding to the tag numbers of the article information of the electronic tags arranged on the articles to be managed conform to a preset coding strategy, and correspondingly, the article information of the electronic tags on the articles to be managed after setting is matched with the target identification rule. And after the electronic tag is arranged on the article to be managed without the electronic tag, performing warehousing management on the article to be managed according to the article information of the electronic tag.
The method for performing warehousing management on the articles to be managed according to the article information of the electronic tag comprises the following steps:
step S2031, a warehousing number is set for the article to be managed;
step S2032, binding the warehousing number, the warehousing time, the article SKU and the article information of the article to be managed to obtain first data, and storing the bound first data into a warehousing management database;
step S2033, a warehousing service of the article to be managed is issued, so that the operator can warehouse the article to be managed according to the warehousing service.
The article information may be modified article information or article information obtained by setting an electronic tag for an article to be managed which does not have an electronic tag.
In the embodiment of the invention, the article to be managed is determined; determining whether an electronic tag exists on the article to be managed; if yes, acquiring article information corresponding to the electronic tag; determining whether the definition rule of the article information is matched with a target identification rule; if so, performing warehousing management on the article to be managed according to the article information; if not, modifying the article information according to the target identification rule to enable the modified article information to be matched with the target identification rule, performing warehousing management on the articles to be managed according to the modified article information, and the like, so that the warehouse articles can be efficiently managed, the warehousing and ex-warehouse management efficiency of the articles is improved, the labor cost is reduced, the full life cycle record of the articles is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a second flowchart of an article management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the article management method of the present invention includes:
step S301, receiving a target delivery instruction, wherein the target delivery instruction indicates target item information of a target delivery item and target delivery operation and/or target allocation operation.
In order to improve the efficiency of warehouse management, it is necessary to handle articles leaving the warehouse in accordance with various requirements such as packaging, distribution, and storage of the target articles. Receiving a target ex-warehouse instruction, and processing a target article according to the target ex-warehouse instruction when the target article is ex-warehouse; the target delivery instruction indicates target item information of the target delivery item and target delivery operation and/or target distribution operation. The target ex-warehouse operation may include a packaging requirement, a storage requirement, and the like, for example, the packaging requirement includes "please split" and the like; the packaging requirements include "fragile products, please use the foam package", or "valuable products, please use the appointed packing box package", etc.; the preservation requirement includes "please freeze" or "please add fresh liquid", etc. The target distribution operation may include personnel requirements, time requirements, and the like, for example, the personnel requirements include "designated distributor delivery" and the like; the time requirements include "between 19:00 and 21: 00", or "1 hour fast", etc.
Step S302, judging whether the current goods out of the warehouse is the target goods out of the warehouse or not according to the target goods information and the electronic tags on the current goods out of the warehouse.
And after receiving the target delivery instruction, judging whether the current delivery object is the target object. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
determining the article information corresponding to the electronic tag on the current goods which are delivered from the warehouse, and judging whether the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag on the goods which are delivered from the warehouse meets the target identification rule or not according to the determined article information; the article information corresponding to the electronic tags on the articles to be delivered from the warehouse comprises RFID codes corresponding to the electronic tags on the articles to be delivered from the warehouse. Because the situation that the label information is tampered and the like can occur in the warehouse, the article management is disordered, the article information corresponding to the electronic label of the article needs to be checked when the article is delivered out of the warehouse, the article information of the article passing through the rotary warehouse is determined to be complete and accord with the rule, and the article management efficiency is improved.
And when the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag on the article out of the warehouse is matched with the target identification rule, the RFID code of the current article out of the warehouse accords with a preset coding strategy, and the record of the whole life cycle of the warehouse is complete. After determining that the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag of the current outbound article meets the target identification rule, judging whether the article information corresponding to the electronic tag of the current outbound article is the same as the target article information or not according to the article information, and if so, determining that the current outbound article is the target outbound article; and if not, carrying out ex-warehouse management on the current ex-warehouse object according to the object information corresponding to the electronic tag of the current ex-warehouse object.
Because the electronic tags may fall off and other types of tags are still complete in the warehouse, so that article management is disordered, when the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tags of the articles out of the warehouse is not matched with the target identification rule, the RFID codes of the current articles out of the warehouse do not conform to the preset coding strategy, comparison is performed according to the warehousing management database, the first data of the current articles out of the warehouse in the warehousing management database is determined, the corresponding first data is deleted, and the first data is re-determined as the articles to be managed.
And step S303, if so, carrying out warehouse-out management on the current warehouse-out article according to the target warehouse-out instruction.
And after the current warehouse-out article is determined to be the target warehouse-out article, warehouse-out management is carried out on the target warehouse-out article according to the target article information contained in the target warehouse-out instruction. And after the target warehouse-out article is subjected to warehouse-out management, carrying out warehouse-out operation and/or allocation operation on the target warehouse-out article according to the target warehouse-out operation and/or the target allocation operation contained in the target warehouse-out instruction.
The current warehouse-out management of the warehouse-out articles according to the identification information comprises the following steps:
step S3031, setting a warehouse-out number for the current warehouse-out article;
step S3032, binding the warehouse-out number, the warehouse-out time, the item SKU and the item information of the current warehouse-out item to obtain second data, and storing the bound second data in a warehouse-out management database; illustratively, the warehousing number and the warehousing time of the current warehouse-out article can also be bound and stored together.
Step S3033, issuing the warehouse-out service of the current warehouse-out article, so that an operator can warehouse out the current warehouse-out article according to the warehouse-out instruction; the ex-warehouse service comprises target ex-warehouse operation and/or target allocation operation of a target ex-warehouse instruction.
And step S304, tracing the current warehouse-out article according to the electronic tag on the current warehouse-out article.
By the article management method, the whole-process life cycle record of the article can be realized. Therefore, after the goods are delivered out of the warehouse, the source of the delivered goods can be traced according to needs. According to the electrons on the goods out of the warehouse, the process information of the current goods out of the warehouse in the warehousing management database and the goods out of the warehouse management database can be searched through the RFID codes corresponding to the electrons, and the current goods out of the warehouse can be traced, so that the tracing requirements of medicine, freshness and the like with safety, timeliness or other standards can be met.
In the embodiment of the invention, a target delivery instruction is received, wherein the target delivery instruction indicates target article information of a target delivery article and target delivery operation and/or target allocation operation; judging whether the current goods are the target goods for delivery according to the target goods information and the electronic tags on the current goods for delivery; if so, carrying out ex-warehouse management on the current ex-warehouse goods according to the target ex-warehouse command; according to the electronic tags on the current warehouse-out articles, the current warehouse-out articles can be subjected to steps of tracing and the like, so that the warehouse articles can be efficiently managed, the warehouse-in and warehouse-out management efficiency of the articles is improved, the labor cost is reduced, the full life cycle record of the articles is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of main blocks of an article management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, an article management apparatus 400 of the present invention includes:
a determining module 401, configured to determine an item to be managed.

After the obtaining module 402 obtains the article information corresponding to the electronic tag, the matching module 403 determines whether the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag matches with the target identification rule; the target identification rule represents the encoding mode of the RFID code. Judging whether the definition rule of the article information corresponding to the electronic tag is matched with the target identification rule or not, including: determining whether a coding rule corresponding to the electronic tag meets a preset coding strategy; the preset coding strategy comprises one or more coding modes of the target identification rule.
When the matching module 403 determines that the encoding rule of the tag number of the item information corresponding to the electronic tag conforms to the preset encoding policy, that is, the RFID code corresponding to the tag number conforms to the encoding mode of the target identification rule, it indicates that the type of the item information corresponding to the electronic tag matches with the target identification rule, and the item to be managed is managed in a warehouse according to the item information corresponding to the electronic tag.
When the matching module 403 determines that the encoding rule of the tag number of the item information corresponding to the electronic tag does not conform to the preset encoding policy, that is, the RFID code corresponding to the tag number does not conform to the encoding mode of the target identification rule, it indicates that the type of the item information corresponding to the electronic tag does not match the target identification rule, and modifies the item information corresponding to the electronic tag according to the encoding mode of one of the target identification rules in the preset encoding policy, so that the modified item information corresponding to the electronic tag matches the target identification rule, and performs warehousing management on the item to be managed according to the modified item information corresponding to the electronic tag.
