3. The multifunctional network information security server of claim 1, wherein: the baffle (22) is set to be arc-shaped, the lower part of the baffle (22) is made of hard plastic, and the upper part of the baffle (22) is made of sponge.
4. The multifunctional network information security server of claim 2, wherein: the second flexible rope (33) is flat, and a hand-holding plate (4) is sleeved at one outward end of the second flexible rope (33); the holding plate (4) is made of rubber cotton.
