Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a connecting assembly of a segmented folding pipe, which includes a first pipe 1 disposed on a first segmented component and a second pipe 2 disposed on a second segmented component, wherein pipe orifices of the first pipe 1 and the second pipe 2 are opposite to each other, the connecting assembly of the segmented folding pipe further includes a first folding sleeve 3, a connecting pipe 4, a second folding sleeve 5 and a connecting bracket 6, and one end of the first folding sleeve 3 is sleeved on the first pipe 1; one end of the connecting pipe 4 is prewelded to the other end of the first folding sleeve 3; one end of the second folding sleeve 5 is prewelded on the second pipeline 2; and the connecting bracket 6 is welded on the third subsection component, the connecting pipe 4 is connected to the connecting bracket 6, and the connecting pipe 4 can move relative to the connecting bracket 6, so that the pipe orifice at the other end of the connecting pipe 4 is just opposite to the pipe orifice of the second folding sleeve 5 and is inserted into the second folding sleeve 5.
The connecting assembly for the segmented folding pipes provided by the embodiment can complete the welding of the connecting pipe 4 and the first folding sleeve 3 and the welding of the second folding sleeve 5 and the second pipeline 2 in a workshop in advance, so that workers can perform less welding in the segmented installation stage, the construction environment is improved, and the construction cost is reduced; because the connecting pipe 4 can move relative to the connecting bracket 6, errors exist in the structures of the first section component and the second section component, the pipeline can be aligned and folded by adjusting the position of the connecting pipe 4, the folded pipe can be advanced to a section stage, and the assembly stage or the supplement stage is not required to be waited for, so that the connecting assembly of the section folded pipe provided by the embodiment can reduce labor intensity and shorten the construction period.
As shown in fig. 3, the connecting bracket 6 includes a connecting member 61 and a pipe code 62, the connecting member 61 is fixedly connected to the third sectional member, the pipe code 62 is movably connected to the connecting member 61, and the connecting pipe 4 is sandwiched between the pipe code 62 and the connecting member 61. The pipe code 62 can be moved on the connecting piece 61, thereby bringing the connecting pipe 4 into position. One end of the connector 61 is welded to the third segmented element and the connector 61 is located in the horizontal plane.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, a plurality of spaced circular holes may be provided on the connecting member 61, and the position of the tube code 62 on the connecting member 61 may be adjusted by replacing the circular hole connected to the tube code 62.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pipe code 62 is a U-shaped stud, the connecting member 61 is provided with two waist-shaped holes 611 arranged at intervals, and each end of the U-shaped stud is correspondingly inserted into one waist-shaped hole 611 and is screwed with a nut 63. The two kidney-shaped holes 611 are spaced apart from each other along the extending direction of the connecting member 61, and the length direction of the kidney-shaped holes 611 is the same as the extending direction of the connecting member 61. When connecting the connecting tube 4 to the connecting bracket 6, the nut 63 locks the tube code 62 to clamp and fix the connecting tube 4; when the horizontal position of the connecting pipe 4 needs to be adjusted, the nut 63 is slightly unscrewed, and the pipe code 62 is driven to move along the length direction of the kidney-shaped hole 611 so as to adjust the horizontal position of the connecting pipe 4; after the horizontal position of the connecting pipe 4 is adjusted to the right position, the bottom end of the connecting pipe 4 is aligned with the second folding sleeve 5, at this time, the nut 63 is continuously unscrewed, the connecting pipe 4 moves vertically until penetrating into the second folding sleeve 5, finally, the connecting pipe 4 and the insertion end of the second folding sleeve 5 are welded, the first folding sleeve 3 and the first pipeline 1 are welded, and then the pipeline folding is finished.
Due to the sectional construction error, when the connecting pipe 4 needs to be finely adjusted in position, the pipe code 62 can be moved in the kidney-shaped hole 611, so as to eliminate the manufacturing error of the structure in the horizontal direction. There is no need to move the connecting piece 61 during fine adjustment of the connecting tube 4, so that unnecessary craters are not left.
Specifically, the width of the waist-shaped hole 611 is L1, the section diameter of the U-shaped stud is d, wherein L1 is larger than or equal to d, and the end of the U-shaped stud can penetrate into the waist-shaped hole 611. The length of the kidney-shaped hole 611 is L2, the manufacturing accuracy of the segment member of the hull is E, wherein L2 is 2 × E + L1, so that the manufacturing error of the structure in the horizontal direction can be eliminated by adjusting the position of the connection pipe 4 within the error range of the segment construction. In the present embodiment, L1 is d, and L2 is 2 × E + d.
Specifically, the connecting member 61 is an angle iron. In the embodiment, the used U-shaped studs and angle steels are all sectional materials for common structures, so that the U-shaped studs and angle steels are low in cost and easy to obtain.
Specifically, the plugging length of the connecting pipe 4 and the first folding sleeve 3 is not less than 25 mm. In this embodiment, the insertion length of the connecting pipe 4 and the first folding sleeve 3 is equal to 25mm, so as to ensure the firmness of the connection between the two.
Alternatively, when the height error between the first duct 1 and the second duct 2 is not more than 50mm, the length of the first folding sleeve 3 is 160 mm. So that the distance between the top end of the connecting pipe 4 and the first pipeline 1 is not more than 60mm when the bottom end of the connecting pipe 4 penetrates into the second folding sleeve 5. In this way, the influence of errors in the vertical direction of the segment construction can be eliminated.
