Abstract
本发明提供了一种亲水性常温轧制液,由氨基硅油、石蜡、异构十三醇氧乙烯醚、硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠、2,6‑二叔丁基‑4‑甲基苯酚、苯甲酸钠和去离子水制备组成。本发明提供的一种冷轧机组生产带钢时的轧制液,是一种亲水性的配方,通过这种新型亲水性的配方,能彻底解决传统轧制油的燃爆危险、排污污染、脱脂耗电、搅拌、油水分层的技术问题。本发明在冷轧带钢时无燃爆危险、油水不分层、免脱脂、不搅拌、排污少,实现了安全低耗的清洁生产。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于化工领域,涉及一种轧制液,具体来说是一种亲水性常温轧制液。
背景技术:
近年来,冷轧薄板的轧制技术发生了巨大的进步,冷轧连轧机向高速、全连续、高精度、大变形量和薄规格的方向发展,尤其是不锈钢板对带钢板面的质量和清洁性也提出了越来越高的要求,同时,传统轧制油生产时的燃爆危险性,轧制油废弃物的危废处理,乳化液的外排环保压力,成为了传统轧制油发展的瓶颈。
传统轧制油在投入生产时有以下特点:
1,轧制油生产时需要加温乳化成为乳化液,一般要加温到58℃,加温就需要能源;另外需要不断的搅拌,搅拌同样需要能源;
2,轧制油的基油一般是矿物油、(动、植)物脂肪、合成脂,呈憎水性,所以要分层,油箱内轧制油液面上漂浮废油,每天有很多危废物产生;
3,轧制油成为乳化液时加温,加温造成油雾,生产环境非常恶劣,易***作工人吸入,而且生产环境有燃爆的危险;
4,轧制油为油性产品,轧完后钢板上留有油迹,后道工序需要脱脂清洗,增加了费用和废液排放。
发明内容:
针对现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种亲水性常温轧制液,所述的这种亲水性常温轧制液要解决现有技术中的传统轧制油的加温和搅拌的能耗问题,油水分层产生的危废问题,油雾造成的环境和燃爆问题,脱脂需要的成本和废液环保的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种亲水性常温轧制液,由如下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
氨基硅油 25.00~50.00%;
石蜡 8.00~16.00%;
异构十三醇氧乙烯醚 7.00~14.00%;
硝酸钠 0.10~0.50%;
亚硝酸钠 0.01~0.05%;
2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚 0.01~0.05%;
苯甲酸钠 0.10~0.50%;
去离子水 余量。
具体的,上述的一种亲水性常温轧制液,由如下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
本发明的制备方法是,按照质量百分比称取各反应物质,然后混合均匀即可。
冷轧产线对于轧制液的主要功能是润滑,其次要求带钢表面无斑痕,因此对润滑和防腐蚀要求特别高,同时,通过乳化剂对润滑剂和缓蚀剂进行乳化,因此本发明在制备时需要协同作用,即本发明的轧制液在出厂前已经进行了乳化,达到不分层的目的,从而不需要在轧制生产前加温乳化。
本发明采用的氨基硅油和石蜡具有润滑的作用,异构十三醇氧乙烯醚具有乳化的作用,其中,硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠具有缓蚀的效果,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚具有抗氧化的作用,另外,苯甲酸钠是一种防腐剂。
本发明的技术效果如下:
·带钢在轧制生产过程中,进入轧机前带钢温度为常温,轧制时温度升高,轧制后又恢复常温,呈一个曲线形,因此轧制液除了具备恰到好处的润滑功能,还兼具降温功能;本发明的轧制液中,其石蜡组分是非晶体,石蜡受热时随温度提高而熔点增加,温度下降时其熔点又降低,契合轧制过程的带钢温度曲线;因此,本发明的轧制液在常温时粘度很低,所以很难粘附钢板,但轧制时随着温度升高粘度也随之提高,从而提高润滑性能。
·不分层和节能:由于本发明中的组分制备过程是在常温下完成了乳化过程,因此在带钢轧制时不需要加温乳化,即可满足乳化要求。在轧制生产前不需要预热,轧制生产时不需要保温,也不需要搅拌,因此也节省了加热和搅拌的能源;
·免脱脂:传统的基油性轧制油PH小于7,呈酸性,因此需要在后道工序进行脱脂去油;本发明的轧制液PH=8.77,呈碱性,因此后道工序不需要脱脂,节省了脱脂费用。
·环保:因此不需要脱脂工艺,大大节省了脱脂废液,不仅环保而且节省了水处费。
本发明和已有传统轧制油技术相比,其技术进步是显著的,并且具有颠覆性。本发明产品不分层,没有废弃物,环保,而且用量少,使用成本降低。本发明产品在常温下即可生产,因为是亲水性,所以不需要加温乳化,节省能源。本发明产品不挥发,对环境非常友好,没有燃爆危险。本发明产品在轧制过程中,不存在传统轧制油的油迹,不需要脱脂,省了脱脂费用,减少了废液排放和水处理费用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
种亲水性常温轧制液,由如下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
本发明的制备方法是,按照质量百分比称取各反应物质,然后混合均匀即可。
具体试验:广西某钢铁厂
轧机为串列式三连轧机,仅需一个水箱(利用原油箱),水箱体积分别为220m3,试验时有效存水容积180m3,加入有效存水容积的1.5%的轧制液;(下面的百分比数据为有效存水容积的体积百分数)。
钢种:不锈钢2E板,规格0.6*1250
测试方法:采用梅特勒-托利多折光率仪Easy R40。
实施结果
本实施结果各重要指标与美国斯图尔特公司的弥撒技术轧制油(AS-2200)进行比较
轧制油(乳化液)油基的检测依据武汉双星科技发展有限公司的企业标准《乳化液理化指标检测标准》SXRB,本发明的水基轧制液检测依据GB/T6144-2010的合成切削液标准。
实施结果评价:
1)平均反射率是评价乳化液润滑性和清洁性最重要的指标,反射率越高润滑
性和清洁度越好,本发明的平均反射率明显高于传统轧制油。
2)平均含铁量是评价轧制过程中去氧化皮的指标,本发明的含铁量明显比轧
制油低,说明去除氧化皮的效果比轧制油好。
3)皂化值数据是评价酸值的指标,一般情况下,酸值越低,乳化液PH值越高,
酸值越低越有利于乳化液性能的提高。本发明属于碱性配方,而轧制油属
于酸性配方,本发明的酸值自然比轧制油的酸值低,轧制液(乳化液)性
能自然好。
4)本发明配方为浓缩液,因此使用浓度比传统轧制油低,运输存储试用都有
明显的优势。
5)本发明在常温下使用,省却很多能源。

1.一种亲水性常温轧制液,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
氨基硅油 28.00%;
石蜡 9.00%;
异构十三醇氧乙烯醚 8.00%;
硝酸钠 0.20%
亚硝酸钠 0.02%;
2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚 0.03%;
苯甲酸钠 0.20%;
去离子水 余量;
上述亲水性常温轧制液的制备方法是,按照质量百分比称取各反应物质,然后混合均匀即可。
