Claims (10)

1. A method of servicing an elevator, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that an elevator local client acquires operation data of an elevator to be acquired and sends the operation data to an elevator cloud server, wherein the operation data comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) opening and closing conditions of an elevator door, a stopping floor of the elevator, the speeds of an upper floor and a lower floor of the elevator, the running time of the elevator, the running distance of the elevator, the rotating speed of an elevator tractor and the stopping time of the elevator on each floor;
the elevator cloud server side analyzes the operation data, judges whether the operation data are abnormal or not, generates a corresponding elevator fault code if the operation data are abnormal, and sends the operation data and the elevator fault code to an elevator maintenance client side;
and the elevator maintenance client informs an elevator maintenance person of the elevator fault code and the operation data so that the elevator maintenance person maintains the elevator to be acquired according to the elevator fault code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the elevator cloud server analyzes the operational data, determines whether the operational data is abnormal, generates a corresponding elevator fault code if the operational data is abnormal, and sends the operational data and the elevator fault code to an elevator service client, the method further comprises:
and the elevator cloud server side preprocesses the operation data and removes numerical values of which the difference value with the sample data is greater than a sample data threshold value from the operation data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the elevator local client obtains the operational data of the elevator to be obtained and sends the operational data to an elevator cloud server, the method further comprises:
and the third party monitoring elevator client receives and audits the operation data sent by the elevator cloud server, judges whether the operation data of the elevator to be obtained is abnormal or not, and informs to maintain the elevator to be obtained when the operation data of the elevator to be obtained is abnormal.
4. The method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the elevator cloud server side analyzing the operational data to determine whether the operational data is abnormal comprises:
correspondingly comparing the operating data with a preset operating data threshold;
and if the operating data is higher than the operating data threshold value, judging that the operating data is abnormal.
5. The method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the elevator local client obtaining operational data for an elevator to be obtained comprises:
the elevator local client acquires the operation data through a data sensor installed in the elevator to be acquired; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the elevator local client reads the operation data from the chip of the industrial control board of the elevator to be obtained.
6. A system for servicing an elevator, the system comprising:

and the elevator maintenance client is used for informing an elevator maintenance person of the elevator fault code and the operation data so that the elevator maintenance person maintains the elevator to be obtained according to the elevator fault code.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the elevator cloud server preprocesses the operational data to remove values in the operational data that differ from sample data by more than a sample data threshold.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises:
and the third party monitoring elevator client is used for receiving and auditing the operation data sent by the elevator cloud server, judging whether the operation data of the elevator to be acquired is abnormal or not, and informing the elevator to be acquired to maintain when the operation data is abnormal.
9. The system of any one of claims 6-8, wherein the elevator cloud server side analyzing the operational data to determine whether the operational data is abnormal comprises:
